ServPro of Hammond cleaned my mother’s house from top to bottom. Renters had left the house in such terrible shape that we had to rip out several hundred square feet of wood parquet flooring. Animal feces from pets and rodents was everywhere. After hauling off 1,200# of garbage to the landfill and filling up both a 20yard and 12yard dumpster, we called in the pros for cleanup. In less than a week’s time the gag inducing smell was gone and was replaced by a seasonally appropriate cinnamon smell. They told me they could clean it up and I doubted them. I was wrong. They gave us our mother’s house back! I cannot recommend them enough.

To say it has been a chaotic few months is putting it lightly, but Servpro gave me serious peace of mind when dealing with the aftermath of an a/c drainage leak.

The quote and inspection was easy, they referred me to a mold testing company to determine how bad it was, and scheduling was simple.

Christopher and Adam were able to come out the week I scheduled for the remediation and removal of damaged sheetrock. They were quick, polite, and overall on top of it! I also loved that they were brothers and worked well together. Great teamwork!

They even made sure to accommodate my giant cat by working around the room we had her in to reduce any stress on her with the HVAC vacuum noise, and to work around the fact I work remote and had meetings. Absolutely fantastic!

I am thrilled with my ServPro experience! When a pipe burst in my home, it caused significant flooding and water damage. It was extremely stressful for me, but Servpro staff were very empathic and put my mind at ease. They were very timely and thorough. It's as if the flooding never happened! When I tell you the most amazing men that came to my rescue do dry out all water from a leaking hot water heater. Ken and the young man with him were amazing! This shop is amazing. My tire blew out on 190 and I pulled over to check everything out and call my husband as I didn't have a jack or any way to change the tire myself and the owner saw me there and not only checked on me to see if I was alright but helped me by changing the tire to my spare. He was a god send!

Mike, Larry and all the guys from Servpro Hammond were amazing. They had dehumidifiers in my home within an hour of my first call. They got to the work quickly and did a great job. The crew was clean, polite and respectful during a tough time for my family. Flooding is awful but Servpro definitely gave me confidence that my home is clean dry and ready to rebuild.

We used this company for minor water damage caused by a plumbing problem. Servpro of Hammond responded quickly and were extremely in professional in the handling of the job. They tore out the damaged laminate flooring, hauling it with them, and dried out the room with a dehumidifier and large fans. They kept in daily contact with us and checked on their equipment and the progress of the job. The technicians doing the work were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Servpro and would absolutely hire them again for any damage to my home.
