Contacted Roof Crafters after parts of my soffit blew away after the recent storms. Josh Olsen, the Project Manager came by to inspect the project and found the missing pieces sitting on my roof where I could not see them. He promptly put the pieces back in for me, inspected my roof, told me everything was fine and loaded up his ladder. I offered to pay a service call fee but he insisted that I just refer his service to friends and family. We had a really great experience with Louisiana Roof Crafters installing skylights. Our salesperson Ben was always attentive and responsive, their installation team was flawless and I barely noticed they were here. The timeline was fulfilled as promised. We were so pleased with everything.

Because of previous reviews on Reddit for Louisiana Roof Crafter, I contacted them. After several proposals from roofing companies, I went with Brian at Louisiana Roof Crafter. They were very professional, timely in their response to any question I had and was very much compatible with the pricing of replacing my roof. You get to see the products they will use in the installation and Brian gives you a detail of each product and why they are using that particular product. My roof was a one day job, the clean up was superb and I am very please with the quality of the roof.

Our experience with Louisiana Roof Crafters was excellent. Josh came out and measured our roof and we had an estimate in a day or two. Then he sat down with us and discussed our options regarding all the details. I was very impressed with his straightforward answers and knowledge. Then the installation day came. It was amazing. I was updated every step of the way with pictures or a phone call. We had a lot of rotten wood, unfortunately. It was all replaced. Nothing was ignored or left undone. It sounds really nerdy to get excited about a roof, but I think this is the best roof our 70 year old home has ever had. We are very pleased. Thank you Josh and Sean!!!

Louisiana Roof Crafters just replaced our roof this month, JAN 25. It was an excellent installation and timed to avoid both cold temperatures (temps need to be 45 or higher) and precipitation. One of the owners was out today conducting a final inspection before final payment. Very pleased with the roofing crew, onsite supervisor, and the company. We opted for a grade 4 impact resistant shingle in estate grey. Overall, I would use them again and can certainly recommend them to others needing a new roof. They can be trusted to arrive on time, be efficient, be respectful of your property, communicate well before, during and after the install, and followup after job completion.

Roof crafters replaced our roof several years ago and we would choose them again and again. Having to replace your roof is stressful but they made it such an easy process. Ben came out and diagnosed our roof leak after the last hurricane. Turns out the builders stapled tarp to the roof when applying stucco to the dormer. Nothing like shingles full of staples. The team they sent out completed the repairs in a day and left everything as clean as they found it. Very polite and honest. Would recommend and use again.

Brice usey was our project manager that came out to do the inspection and made sure we get the stuff we needed to do our roof . Brice gave us a estimate on an architectural shingle . We sign the deal into play . When I would call him for anything he answered my calls or call me back right away. Brice is very knowledgeable and smart at what he do . Louisiana Roof Crafters replaced our roof just several days ago. So far so good, the roof looks great. We elected this contractor because the company has excellent online record and because a person whom we respect recommended it based on his own experience. It was a pleasure to work with Michael Warren, who answered all our questions and very patient. The entire work was done within one long day. The team worked well together, everybody knew his role. The supervisor was onsite all the time. The team also covered the perimeter of the house to catch the debris and cleaned the site very thoroughly.

The roofers did a great job. Very efficient. Took their time making sure our yard was clean and free from debris.
Brice Usey answered all our questions, thoroughly discussed all of the options we were considering with no pressure and made an effort to work around our schedule. Very professional yet comfortable manner. We are greatful for our decision, roof looks great!

I would like to thank Louisiana Roof Crafters for doing a great job on replacing our roof. Brian Ballard came out and inspected roof after the hail storms in July and August. He provided us with pictures of the damage from both storms. We did not have enough damage to file with our insurance company, but due to age of the roof we elected to replace it.
Brian provided us with an estimate and scope of the work that would be done. His estimate was the best out of the three that we had done. They also offered some things that the other contractors did not.
Our installed was delayed by one day, but Brian notified us right away. On the day of the install everyone showed up on time and were very organized. They knew just what to do and when to do it. The crew found a few spots of sheeting and flashing that needed to be repaired and repaired them as needed. The install went smoothly and was completed in a timely manor. After the install was completed everyone cleaned up very well.
Brian came by two days after the job was completed to inspect the job and do one final cleanup.
I would also like to thank Sean, Thomas and the installers for doing a great job.
I highly recommend Louisiana Roof Crafters and would use them again for my roofing needs.

tl;dr: An all-around outstanding experience.

We called Louisiana Roof Crafters on the recommendation of a friend who owns a roofing company in a different state, and we were not disappointed. Brian Ballard came out and worked with us, from initial consultation through to follow-up after installation. Communication was clear throughout, even around weather changes. Install was smooth, even with additional repair that was needed. (By the way, make sure you go with a company that strips the roof all the way down to the decking, so that they can see and repair any issues hidden by the underlayment!) We could not have been happier with the work, and they even did a good job with cleanup after, as well. 10/10 would recommend. Hopefully we don't need another roof for a long time, but I know who to call if we do.

Louisiana Roof Crafters did our roof in 2016, recently we had some issues on the back of our roof. Even though we were technically out of warranty, Sean and his crew took care of our problem and fixed our roof. We could not be happier with them. Sean Biglane was very kind and patient with us. Afterwards he also mentioned we may have some shingle warranty with the algae growth on our shingles. Josh came out and helped us file a warranty claim with Owen’s Corning. This is something we would not have been able to figure out alone. Thank you so much to Sean, Josh and everyone at Louisiana Roof Crafters. Fast and efficient response. Their representative, Josh, went above and beyond to work with us. RC fixed an issue with a leak that the prior roof installer was unable to rectify after three attempts in addition to identifying and repairing poorly nailed shingles from the prior contractor. We highly recommended Roof Crafters for any project, large or small. Great company!

These guys were total pros, fixed my roof and in very bad weather, did not quit until it was done.

Although I wasn't notified until the morning the installation crew was to arrive, they came exactly the day the sales representative said they would and... they were fast and cleared my yard of all leftover debris. But most importantly, they corrected within a reasonable time, a slow leak in a few areas of the installed gutter system. And... the price for the gutter system fit my budget.

I used Roof Crafters for two roofing projects. Initially in 2021 to fix a leaking heater vent and to replace rotten boot jacks plus again this year (2024) to replace the entire roof. The process was simple and straightforward. Michael was prompt, thorough, and provided details of what to expect at every step of the process. He assisted with recommendations for the best type of shingle for my home including color recommendations based on prior installs. The installation crew and communication were great. They showed up when they promised and completed the project on time. There was constant communication and follow up at every step with multiple opportunities for me to ask questions. Also, when the job was complete, they were incredibly thorough with cleaning up the site. I appreciated the special care given to our flowerbeds which we just completed earlier this year. I had several companies to come out and give me an estimate. I was really impressed when Brice Usey came out. He checked the attics to see if there was any leaks and if needed they would get on the roof to cover any spots that had leaks before they could get your roof done.Brice was very thorough. They weren’t the most expensive neither the lowest.
When it came time to picking a shingle color I had no idea. Brice helped us to choose a color. I love that weathered wood it blends so well. I would recommend Louisiana Roof Crafters to my family and friends.

Very good and fast work. They came out and help through the entire insurance claim process and was there for when the adjuster came out. With them there was absolutely no stress making a claim and getting our roof installed. 10/10 recommend for any roofing needs at all!

I couldn’t recommend them enough! I had skylights that needed to be either replaced or removed. After coming out for the replacement quote, I had to make a decision on if I wanted to keep or remove them. They were very helpful and did not leave or ghost during my thought process. I eventually got the skylights removed! Book them.

The work done on my attic ventilation and insulation has the second floor of my home much cooler. The crew also provided excellent customer service. Brian was particularly patient and helpful by answering all of my questions.

I fixed my father’s house in Folsom in 2019. We had what we thought was one leak by a skylight. I had several roofers come out and assess the problem. My contractor pointed out moisture issues in another ceiling that was not obvious to any of the other roofers. Michael,, from Roof Crafters came out and not only showed pictures, but videos, and not only checked on the roof, but in the attic. It turned out all three skylights were leaking, plus the flashing around the fireplace. We have been monitoring the humidity in the ceiling and have a dehumidifier. After completing the repairs, it seems all the problems have been solved. Other roofers missed this. . Roof Crafters came out, were respectful of the mess that changing skylights produce in the house, and put down drop clothes and cleaned up all the mess inside and outside the house. The skylights look fabulous and have a 10 year warranty. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I should have used them for my roof in 2020. I had so many problems with Garcia, which you can check on my review, but they used wrong size boots, cut an ac vent, wrong nails, bent fireplace pipe, fixed dormers wrong twice, after over cutting to put new flashing, on….and I thought all was well, until my IDA fixed home started leaking… so this time, I called Roofcrafters. They replace unregulated vent cover, wrong size boots, wrong nails, wrong plywood depth and cut by chimney flashing, etc. The shingles by the dormer were not the ones that are supposed to go on the first layer. But now my roof oils fixed right. I should have gone with roofers whom I already had a great experience. They are now my permanent roofers. They are very thorough and do it right.

The Roof Crafters team did a great job. We used them about 5 years ago to replace 3 skylights. They did a great job then and we had no issues. We had our roof replaced last year and unfortunately used another roofing company. Within a couple months we started to have water leaking through the skylights. The team at Roof Crafters did an inspection, and identified some potential installation problems. They promptly provided a quote and the repairs were made.

Thank you Michael for your professional service today. You were honest with me about what was needed to put 3 shingles back on that had come off my roof. My house is only 7 1/2 years & after you inspected it & found no other problems there was no charge.
