Mr Mike, our technician, was an absolute pleasure and did a great job. He was prompt, considerate, knowledgeable, and courteous.

DJ was on time, very polite. He took time to calm and befriend my dog! All in all, it was a good experience.

So far so good, they replaced our downstairs A/C & Heating system yesterday, and the upstairs unit will be today. We requested the same crew to come out today that was here yesterday, because they were very professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working young men. In today's society that's a rare gem! I'll write another review after this next install is completed.

A suggestion for improvement would be to consider a larger service vehicle; the current model's size and tire configuration were not aligned with our expectations. definitely not big enough.

William was pleasant, answered all of my questions. He restored the ac unit to working order and left it in much better condition than how he found it. There were two jobs going on at the same time. One a new install and one a repair. William completed the repair and ensure then checked on the new install . The new install was not running he and Logan made sure the install was in working order before they left. Great to have working ac for this summer heat. Appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.

Luke did a great job checking the whole house for potential plumbing issues. Free Home inspection from experience technician gives us comfort we are in good hands.

My technician was wonderful he made me feel welcome he talked to me about my concerns and was easy on the (most tecs are nasty looking )he was not very professional well mannered and good dressed. He fixed my sink so quickly and the work he did had my kitchen sink back to normal in less than a hour. Love these people they got a customer out of me. His name was Luke hope you all get him!!

Blake came out for our air conditioner maintenance. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We are very satisfied with Foulks!

Our A/C quit so I called Foulks Southern Air about 10:30 Sunday morning and they were very helpful over the phone and told me the service tech should be at our home around 2:00 pm. However, The service tech arrived earlier. Logan got our unit up and running in about 20 minutes. Logan was very professional and courteous. He explained what he did and suggested some improvements that we could have done in the future. Great job!!

I love the service I receive from Foulks Southern Air ! They keep me up to date on my service , they call to remind me, I love that , so I don’t have to keep up with it. When they come to my house , they do the best service on my a/c and heat , they show me with pictures on how dirty is was , then how clean it is . Thank y’all so much for doing a fantastic job . And keeping my a/c &heat running great at all times .

This is the second time my air conditioning has failed during the hottest weekend, although there were years between incidents. The company promptly sent a technician, even though it was likely their busiest period of the year. Technician Austin was highly professional and demonstrated extensive knowledge of the system. Despite the issue being easy to identify, he meticulously checked everything else to ensure thoroughness. With temperatures exceeding 100 degrees in the attic and in the 90s outside, he still ensured no mess was left behind, such as bits of insulation on the floor or grass on his shoes. Once again, I am very satisfied with the company's customer service and the reliability of their work.

My service technician today was Trace, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and unfortunately it was the COMPRESSOR. Hopefully you can get a new one installed ASAP.
