Great experience with demolition and restoration crews. Worked with many members and don't remember all names but Tim and Tyler deserve praise. Very thorough, knowledgeable,considerate and respectful of our home and us. Would highly recommend the Servpro crew. Beautiful job redoing kitchen cabinets and multi room floors.

I had a pipe burst the Sunday before Thanksgiving in the middle of night. I called Servpro Monday morning and they were nothing short of incredible the whole time. They explained the process from beginning to end and made it as easy as possible for me in such an incredibly stressful situation. Not only was the customer service great, but the repairs they made were nothing short of incredible. Thank you guys for everything that you have done!

I recently had my kitchen sink clog during the night when I left my kitchen faucet on to prevent the pipes from freezing which caused flooding in my kitchen and basement. I honestly can't say enough positive things regarding my experience with Servpro for the cleaning and drying process that they did for me along with working with my home owners insurance company. I own a historical house and they did an amazing job confirming that everything was dried out before removing all of their equipment. Thank you so much for everything.

I highly recommend Servpro of Greensburg! Each member of this entire team (Supv., office, cleaners, painters etc.) were very nice, friendly, efficient, helpful and did an amazing job being very caring with our furniture/items, cleaning our fireplace bricks, walls, ceilings, wall hangings, light fixtures etc. & then sealing & painting after we had a malfunction from our gas logs which caused a lot of black soot to permeate throughout our living room.

I recently had a major 'water issue' at my home.
After calling Serve Pro Greensburg (and discussing my problem with Mary Lou) I knew all my concerns would be taken care of.
Within a day, a full crew of excellent guys and girls came to take care of my issue. JR, Matt and the rest of his crew were FABULOUS. The took care of everything in a very professional and timely way.
The follow-up crew of Angi and Hayden came to check the water humidity levels several times. All of the follow-up crew were efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Great Job Serve Pro. excellent company to call when unexpected events like mine happens.

To deal with a water leak in the basement, we called Servpro in Greensburg. Caroline greeted us with the utmost of kindness and compassion and responded to each of my six (no joke) phone calls in one day with the same level of care. They sent a team out the very next day to mitigate the inches of water that had come in. There were some outstanding family health issues that we had to contend with as well, and the team they sent out on the job were respectful of our situation.

When the second rain storm came faster than we could get a contractor out, we called Servpro of Greensburg again. It was kind of like calling family at the office, and seeing Brandon and Hayden again was like a small family reunion.

I spoke with Mary Lou, the owner, about her team last week and said that we could not have asked for nicer people. It is wonderful to know that such a competent and capable business is right here in southwestern PA.

When anything happens to the house, I tend to go full anxiety mode. Servepro of Greensburg was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Matt was so knowledgeable and walked me through the process and eased my worries. Every member of the crew was wonderful. Always respectful of my time, friendly, extremely careful. They came out next day, but were willing to come the same night. They got our house dry in no time. Great to see a family-run business that takes such great care of their customers. After our entire finished basement flooded due to our hot water tank breaking. I had waited to be contacted by other firms my insurance company suggested for 18 hours after the incident, and received no calls. I contacted SERVOPRO of Greensburg at the suggestion of my local agent. After explaining my situation to them, they had a crew to my house within a few hours. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful and DEPENDABLE!!! Qualities becoming harder and harder to find these days. I would highly recommend ServePro of Greensburg. Very professional, friendly efficient employees and very reasonably priced. Great job and thank you for everything!!!!

They were ok when they repaired water damage in the kitchen but when I called to schedule a spring deep cleaning of the basement, they called 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to cancel after I’d made arrangements to be there to meet them on time. Plus they now charge a $200 non refundable estimate fee. Bunk.

Outstanding service. I thought I could do this myself, I was wrong. They did a great job. Helpful, friendly staff.

The team from ServePro Greensburg did a terrific job with our mitigation problem. They were prompt, explained exactly what was needed and the process and they did exactly what they said they would when they would. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Be aware that you can choose your own restoration company even if you're Insurance company has a contract with them to do the mitigation. it's about saving the insurance companies money, also here's another thing you should be cautious of and that is the Adjusters can take license an over age your home and belongs to make them beyond replacement. Just cause you pay them big bucks doesn't mean you're getting your money worth.

if I could give them a negative I would my insurance company sent them out for a claim to tarp my roof and seal my ceiling from water damage from a storm The same day they did that I come home from work and it looks like they just threw insulation everywhere and my office was destroyed. I called them and had them come back out and retarp the inside of my home which the did but it was almost like it was a problem they had to fix their mistake. fast forward to today I finally had my insurance approve everything 3 days ago now my ceiling is pouring water because of the trash of a tarp job they did. I called their operation manger it was a lady not sure what her name was because she didn't seem to know to much I told her the situation and that I need this fixed and all she did was be rude and say I'm not in the mood for this and act like they were not responsible then she hung up because I told her she needs to learn how to run a business. A 12yr old with a hammer and a garbage bag could do a better job it amazing you guys even have one good review. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE BELIEVE BAD REVIEWS

My mother had a water loss that was caused by the toilet overflowing. It caused damage to the bathroom walls and vanity, hallway carpet, and garage ceiling. James and his crew came and did a great mitigation and restoration job. Everyone that we dealt with was very understanding and professional. Collette made this whole job a little less stressful with her positive attitude and always took the time to answer my mother's questions. I wanted to thank everyone for a great job done.

You people gave me the run-around for 4 months to get my work done. Months of excuses, and bad-faith promises to complete my work, and after all that, you still couldn’t complete the job properly to the point where I had to bring in another contractor. What little you got done, you did wrong, multiple times over. I can’t believe I didn’t fire you months before I did.
And then you have the nerve to charge me a finance charge? What’s the matter, you don’t like getting jerked around for months? Guess what: NEITHER DO I.
I’ll pay you, but I’m not paying the finance charge. You people need to get your act together.
