The company is very responsive and quick to come and clean windows. The first time out there was streaking on my windows but after showing them they were quick to come right back out and clean it up. They did a great job! They are so friendly and work hard to give you the best window cleaning job.

Super Clean did a great job on our windows. It’s the first time we used them and plan to continue. Very efficient, courteous, and professional. I would have given them 5 stars if they hadn’t needed to postpone service twice due to issues with the boom lift.

This team is just the best! Easy scheduling and great communication leading up to cleaning day! We live in an older home and when they came out to clean they felt they couldn't do justice with a power sprayer so they did their best to manually clean our windows and then didn't charge us. We'll be lifelong customers when we get our windows replaced.

Very pricey-- They were substantially over the other two quotes I received. I appreciated that they took the time to do an in-person quote, so I went with them. But it was under the assumption that I would receive a discount for committing to two cleanings per year. I indicated that's what I wanted to do when I booked the cleaning. They didn't disclose until *after* the cleaning that they charge a membership fee, which negates 1/3 of the discount savings. NOTE: The owner stated I didn’t read the form carefully. Nonsense. As stated, I didn’t receive the sign up form until **AFTER** my cleaning even though I requested sign up before. The website says the same thing as the flyer: no fee disclosed. The cleaning was fine, but I'm not convinced it was worth the extra price I paid over the other quotes I received. Do your homework and be aware of the hidden membership fee, which was not on the flyer they handed me. I will be using a more reasonably priced company next time. I reduced the number of stars for the manager implying I didn’t use attention to detail when in fact they had not provided the relevant paperwork.

I thought I had a minor clogged gutter problem. I did not want to have the gutters cleaned for the whole house. The quoted charge of $200 was the minimum that the company could do.

Gabriel and Tryston came out and I asked them to use their camera to inspect the whole house in case I changed my mind about the cleaning. They showed me that, not only was my minor problem clear of debris already, the entire rest of the house was clear as well.

They told me it would be a waste of money to do any level of cleaning given the excellent condition of the gutters. They did not charge me at all, even for the trip.

I greatly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of both gentlemen. I will not hesitate to call Super Clean again, when necessary.

Super clean, came out to the house and were very professional. The representative wore booties inside of my house. I will use them every single time from here on out and will recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood.

Mark was great. He really took his time--not your typical hit&git. Was skeptical at first because they use a unique exterior window cleaning method, but it worked perfectly as advertised. Can’t recommend them enough!!!! They do our exterior window annually, I brought them in for our chandelier and front windows, we have 30 foot ceilings so this is no easy feat, Matt is amazing, and he changed the light bulbs, seriously, they where all burned out. Gabe did all the exterior windows and wow, I didnt realize how much we needed them cleaned. Super clean isn’t just their name, it’s their mantra!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

My experience with Super Clean, Eric and his amazing team has always been stellar. They are always on time (if not early), communicative, professional and passionate about what they do. They take care of your home like it’s their own. Their products are clean and pure (they have a unique, differentiating product that they can explain better than I can in this post). I have used Super Clean window cleaning since 2017 and experienced outstanding service each time.
Most recently a team of four came to address an issue (stubborn water spots) that I should have had taken care of several years ago. I can recall the window cleaners mentioning a service to remove these spots but I failed to act. After consulting with Super Clean, a new water soluble and earth friendly product was used. The crew spent 2hrs and removed most of the spots and the windows look so much better.
As always, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to address the issue. Thankfully, I won’t need to replace windows any time soon.
