I cannot recommend Servpro gig harbor highly enough! We are building a house, and for multiple reasons beyond our control, our build kept getting pushed out. By the time we finally broke ground and got the framing done, it was October. Unfortunately, the roofers took an entire month to finish putting the roof on, and by that time, the whole house was sopping wet. Add another month for the siders to finish, and even our builder was commenting on how bad the mold smell was. It was growing EVERYWHERE! This was exactly the circumstance we were trying to avoid, as my husband suffers from mold toxin illness.

We called Servpro to see what could be done, and they came up with a plan that I am happy to say worked beautifully. They fogged the entire house and crawlspace heavily to eradicate the mold, and put as many dehumidifiers and fans in as our limited electricity would allow. They even came back out to spray a section in our labyrinth of a crawlspace where the fogging couldn’t reach. They had some difficult circumstances to navigate, but they always figured out a way to get the job done, and to do it well.

We are beyond thankful that they were able to save our house from the mold. They helped us navigate a nightmare situation and afforded us the peace of mind that our new home won’t make anyone sick.

After discovering an "in the wall" leak, we contacted this company. They were amazing. They were out to the residence by the next day and the work was completed on time. We were especially impressed by their knowledge of what to do and how to navigate the insurance claim since we were inexperienced in dealing with this kind of mess. They were helpful at every stage and treated us like a valued family member from the first contact until the last bill was paid. We had used this company before for standard carpet cleaning (both carry-in and wall-to-wall at a residence), they have always exceeded our expectations.

We recommend SERVPRO if you need water/mold mitigation. The entire team was so helpful as we recovered from a leak on the exterior of our home, where the source of the rainwater was difficult to locate. They were responsive in their communication and made it easy to coordinate around our schedule for our three children and other work going on at our house. Their estimate was very reasonable. They kept us well informed throughout so that we understood the process at each step.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with Servpro. I initially called them and requested an estimate for water mitigation after a burst pipe in my kitchen. An employee came out to the house and part way through his visit it became clear that he didn't realize I only wanted an estimate. I clarified this with him multiple times and he spoke to his boss on the phone multiple times. Despite this clarification he went ahead and broke out part of two of my cabinets. It wasn't until after that time his boss called to speak to me and said they would not give me an estimate at all. He would not provide me any information about what needed to be done and said he would only speak directly to my insurance company. As I had not received word back yet from my insurance company as to whether this would be a covered loss, this was not acceptable to me, and it certainly wasn't what was agreed upon previously. The employees ended up leaving without completing their work. Later my father spoke to the boss directly to discuss the situation. The boss lied to him saying they never agreed to an estimate and that I did not state I only wanted an estimate during my initial call or while the employees were at my home. The owner of the company spoke to me and my father later. He apologized and did provide an estimate for me that evening. Additionally he said he called a meeting and addressed the office staff that day to prevent this from happening in the future. While I appreciate the owner's response I did not want to proceed with their service. I called AdvantaClean next and received excellent service with thorough skilled work completed by them.

I own a Property Management company in Poulsbo with roughly 100 homes. My tenant who is an employee of Servepro, used your carpet cleaning services upon vacating in Bremerton. Despite her negligence to open the home and allow for airflow, the amount of water left behind by the cleaning service you provided caused an unprecidented mold growth in the one bedroom unit. We had to do a mold diagnostic and abatement to ensure it was not caused by other sources. You charged $190.75 to clean one 10' x 11' room. This is ridiculous considering the carpet was still very dirty and had pooled water left behind. In addition we had no choice but to replace the carpet and padding. Would NEVER recommend this company for ANY services.

We had a water leak happen in our kitchen at the end of last summer. We had to have mold mitigation taken care of. Our first call was to Servpro and we are so happy about that. They sent their crew out and they got to work. It ended up being a bigger job than they originally thought and they made this stressful experience so smooth and easy. Their crew was always respectful and on time. Our biggest rave would be about how clean it was. They ensured to clean up after themselves and to keep the dust down to a minimum. The team at SERVPRO was amazing. After the 2 straight months of heavy rain earlier this year, a basement room in our office had some water puddles. I called the SERVPRO team at 11:52 and they were on site by 12:15, talk about a fast response time! Nicole and Matt were great and completed a thorough analysis of the of the entire building, which uncovered other minor water damage concerns. I appreciated that they gave us a detailed list and explained what they found. They provided us multiple air scrubbers and had the standing water taken care of that day. Less than a week later, their team completed all the necessary drywall removal. Matt and Nicole stopped by multiple times during the process to check in on the office. They were very easy to work with and gave excellent service from start to finish.

Me and my wife owe the gig harbor servpro team the biggest heartfelt thank you ever. Our poor dog cut himself badly after breaking a window while i was out of town and my wife was at work. There was blood all over the couch, walls, carpet, and even our bed My wife rushed the dog to the vet and before she was even home they had gotten there and did the most amazing job cleaning up. I can honestly say it looks even better than it was before the accident. They had taken a horrible situation and reduced it down to letting us just have to focus on the dog. Very professional, experienced, quick and most of all, easy to work with from my perspective as an affected homeowner with severe damage.
THESE GUYS ARE FIRST CLASS IN EVERY FACET OF WATER REMEDIATION & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
I've HAD to use them 3 times, twice at my 2ndary residence and 1 time in Dec of '15 when a flash flood hit us late in the day at the Gig Harbor Eagles...we had 4" of water shortly covering an approximatly 2,000 sq ft floor in our main entertainment areas, our dance hall and dining area. In less than 8 hours the covers were over the floors and the heaters pumping hot air while the suction was picking up standing water!

WHEN WE CALLED SERVPRO WE WERE DESPERATE. WATER DAMAGE AND NEED FOR ROOF REPAIR AND FINE WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY TARPING THE SKYLIGHT AND GETTING INSULATION REMOVAL, AND DRY WALL REMOVAL AND THEN DRIED OUT THE FOYER FOR A FEW DAYS SO REPAIRS COULD BEGIN. THEY ARE GREAT!!

They are also very active in the community and that is important to me. They have organized events/food drives to benefit those in need in the community. It says a lot about the company's owners and employees when you see them giving back.

The nature of my damage was water damage as a result of an overflowed toilet in my master bathroom!!!! Family of five, facing displacement, start of summer. I was STRESSED. ServPro called me to quickly schedule a crew to clean up the water. No time was wasted, stopping the damage and making my home safe was the priority. The mitigation crew cleaned up the damage and sectioned off any area of potential harm. They were quick but very attentive and patient. They took the time to explain exactly what they there doing and WHY and what came next. Once that process was complete, they smoothly transitioned me into the “repair” portion of the job. This was quite a task as the damage was extensive enough to require being out of my home for a number of weeks. From beginning to end the General Contractor, Dave McCormick, kept me well informed along the way and was able to do so without overwhelming me with needless details about the project. He was AMAZING at handling all the behind the scenes work that obviously goes into repairing a home requiring weeks of restoration without me feeling pressure or concern. I always felt like whatever was happening “Dave had it covered”. I’ve worked with a number of managers in my career and Dave simply excels at multi-tasking and flawless execution. His management style was also evident in the crew he dispatched as they were repeatedly kind, considerate and efficient. Many a times they went above and beyond.
All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with ServPro. The end product was stunning and truly was like “it never happened”. Great team, great work. Thanks for everything.”

Servpro was contracted by our insurance company when we had a roof leak and damage inside our entry hall. Part of the process they had to replace our laminate kitchen/entry hall floor. two years later it is coming up on the edges - for a 10 - 30 year laminate floor this should not be happening. I Contacted Randy at Servpro Gig Harbor - he examined it, said it wasn't their problem and referred me to the manufacturer. Who then denied any responsibility by saying that using a 'damp mop, soap, water, swifter's,' or basically any other product to clean the floor voided the warranty. First of all the product has so many horrible reviews online there is no way I would have chosen this product - I'm surprised they haven't been turned into the Better Business Bureau; second I was never given any warranty instructions with the installation of the product from ServPro. Based upon this I would boycott doing any business with ServPro Gig Harbor, Great Floors (who provided the product) and Shaw Laminates. I am stuck with a horrible floor and nobody - especially ServPro who purchased and installed the floor - is taking any responsibility. If you have any options I would recommend not doing business with companies who leave their customers out to dry like this.
