They arrived when scheduled and went right to work. Respectful of my property. Repaired a lose vent cover because they saw it was lose. I'm very pleased.

I appreciate the hard work of the two technicians that spent hours cleaning my roof and gutters I have been neglecting. I wish someone had taken before and after photos of the front of my house. Come to think of it I’m glad nobody did take pictures.

There was an address mix up , I am very happy to say they were quick to respond and honored the original quote the workers were friendly and professional, and my roof looks great. I would definitely use them again .

Showed up on time and performed scheduled work as requested. They cleaned up after themselves and made the roof and solar panels look like new again. All three team members were very professional and the owner was a hoot to chat with. Additionally they were honest about what services I did and did not need, didn't try to nickel and dime me. Very nice group of people. Worked diligently in the freezing cold to clean my roof and gutters which were pretty mossy and clogged. I hope their boss treats them to some warm drinks after.

Pro Clean Moss just finished cleaning the roofs and siding on our house and detached garage, and they did an outstanding job! The roof looks like new and the neighbors told us that the house (which is white) looked like it had just been painted. Communication was always quick and friendly throughout the process, the folks that came out were professional and considerate, and the price was competitive. The owner, Ted, is a champion for using safe products for both the roof and the environment, and he has put together a great team that he obviously takes care of based on the positive vibes. Left a complete mess after cleaning the roof. Half of what came off the roof the just left on the ground around the house. When I called to discuss it the person who answered the phone immediately started cussing me out.

Only reason they have all good reviews is they get all the low reviews removed.

Edit: this was brought up immediately after the work was done. A negative review was left and the review was removed by owner.

Their team went above and beyond to clean our roof and gutters. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and the result exceeded my expectations. Amazing job! The team that came to our place was professional and personable. They talked me through the process and even sent me a few pictures of the progress. My gutters are so clean it’s incredible. I didn’t know it, but I had several clogged downspouts. Cleaning them out was a highlight of the job for me! And, the price was fair. Clean Pro Moss performed extremely well at cleaning my roof gutters. I was especially impressed how the lead technician was persistent in clearing a blockage to the underground drain. He was awesome! I will call them again when I need my gutters cleaned next fall.

Working with Clean Pro Moss was a great experience. In the course of researching different companies for cleaning the moss off our roof and gathering bids, I had the opportunity to talk at length directly with Ted, the owner, and John, his partner. Both men were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly responsive to my questions. We ended up choosing Clean Moss Pro even though their bid was more costly than others. We chose them because we appreciated that their cleaning process was environmentally friendly, not abrasive to our roof, and we valued the personal effort they made to inform us about all that the job would entail. The fact that they are a local Tacoma company made it all the sweeter.
The two technicians, Ben and Dylan, who came to do the work were kind, personable, and efficient. They arrived on time, surveyed the job and got right to work. They worked consistently from 9am to 7pm thoroughly cleaning the roofs of our home and detached garage. Before they were done they meticulously cleaned the gutters, deck, house and the surrounding areas that had gotten dirty in the process and made sure I was happy with the results. They did tremendous work and now our roofs look like new. In my conversations with Ben and Dylan it became clear that they enjoyed the work they do, the company they work for and they rightfully take pride in doing their job well. Finally, when we received the bill for all the work, it ended up being almost $100 less than the initial bid we were given.
I would strongly recommend Clean Pro Moss to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, hard-working crew and a business run the way they should always be.

These guys are amazing and incredibly fast! I had 7 buildings gutters cleaned and finished in 2 days! The guys they sent were super respectful and answered all of my questions and concerns immediately and were SUPER knowledgeable! They also stayed completely to our estimate no surprise costs anywhere! If I could I’d give 10 stars!

I was especially impressed by their environmentally friendly approach to roof and gutter cleaning. My house and garage roof look like new again. Ted also offered very helpful tips on how to handle patio, deck and fence issues. I will definitely be using their services again.

All the employees were very nice and friendly. I had a couple areas on my roof that were stubborn and didn’t clear off like the rest of the roof. They came back out and treated the areas at no charge. I would hire them again if needed.

This is my second time using these folks to clean off my roof. So, so easy to schedule. Got the job done. Highly recommend.

Clean Pro Moss was the absolute easiest and most accommodating company to work with...from the estimate/quote to the scheduling to the service completion and payment...I was super impressed!
They provided the estimate the same day as my inquiry and provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable with their quote. They were accurate and very thorough.
They provided all their licensing information upfront as well as an explanation of how they came up with the estimate.
Scheduling was just as easy.
On the day of service, Ted and Ayden texted me to let me know they were on their way. They did an amazing job on clearing off the moss on my roof and cleaning my gutters.
They cleaned up and picked up after themselves as well.

We can’t say enough good things about clean pro moss! All of the employees did an exceptional job and were very knowledgeable and professional! We have well water so they encountered an issue with running out too early, so they came to our house two more times to make sure they could finish the job to their standards - which was cleaning our roof until it was completely spotless, cleaning/emptying out the gutters, and cleaning up all around the house so it looked like they were never here. I got 3 quotes from different companies and they not only explained their pricing, gave a set price, and delivered quality performance! Highly recommend! Plus they use eco friendly products and soft scrubbing to help preserve our roof - all of which are huge bonuses! We just moved from NE and are learning about WA and how the climate affects roofs and they took the time to explain a lot of things to us. Pretty awesome guys and company!

I need to shout this out! We just had Clean Pro Moss clean our roof & gutters today! They are finishing up now and have done an AMAZING job! They were in time, professional, did one heck of a great job, and cleaned up so well! Roof and gutters look fabulous!!! HIGHLY Recommend them!! I contacted them last week for a quote and they got us in today! Raving review! Great job guys!! Bonus, they do first responders and military discounts!

The guys were on time, friendly, courteous and explained the whole process to me before they started and listened to our concerns. They worked non-stop. They showed me "live" and in photos what our roof looked like before and after. They cleaned up and everything looks good.

Great experience. After an initial online quote I got on the phone with the owner to discuss. He dialed in his estimator and after discussing the job in more detail they actually trimmed some items they didn't think I needed. Crew showed up when they said they would and sent a heads up on the way in. Very polite, did a quick and efficient cleaning of my house, garage, and shed. Great debris clean up.
