Mike and his crew (thomas,trystin and tyler) are courteous and accomidating, they are respectfull of our property and of the personal items in our home. They have made us feel secure as they are knowlegable and skilled in thier work, as thier work ethic is excellence.

ServePro was not only extremely prompt in handling our issue with water in our basement, but they were professional, friendly, and extremely detailed as well! I was so impressed by how our team (Christian, Thomas, Jon, & Eli) had extreme attention to detail AND showed extreme care with our furniture that they had to move by hand, as well as clean. They also kept us updated every step of the way. Communication is top-notch! I feel so much better knowing our basement is cleaned and sanitized as our children regularly play down there. Servpro came out in 2019 to help with a mold remediation for me. They were highly responsive and compared with other quotes in the area for the same service they were more cost effective. I am now working with them on another situation and know they will handle it as well as give me a cost effective price. Highly recommend.

I dealt with Landen and Dan they did an awesome job. Work was performed in a timely manner, quality was top notch and fair pricing. I would definitely hire them again.

We called Servpro to come out after our basement flooded. They were recommended to us by my daughter and let me tell you we were not disappointed. They sent a whole crew over as quickly as possible. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They also made a point of keeping our home clean while they were working. They tore out drywall and put a whole lot of fans in the attic. Everything was dry in just a few days. Eli was especially helpful and informative. Nathaniel, Jon, Jose, Dakota, Tristin and Orlando were also a pleasure to work with. They all made a difficult time as pleasant as possible. It was a relief to have such a good group of people helping us in our time of need.

Nathan and Tristan did a good job of drying my basement up. I would recommend Servpro to anyone who has flooding problems in their house or basement.

The entire ServPro team was amazing! When my basement flooded, they were at my house quickly and had the equipment going within hours! Not only were they efficient the day of the flooding, but the follow through was excellent. We received calls to know that they would be arriving at our home, and they gave us detailed descriptions of their work. ServPro not only helped us save our basement from the flooding, but they walked us through the insurance process and provided detailed documents that were needed. ServPro of Franklin County was so helpful and we would recommend them to anyone!

The workers who came in to do the job were very friendly and helpful, they were efficient and courteous in dealing with an emergency situation.

Like many others that were effected by the heavy rains on 11/4/24 & 11/5/24, our basement got flooded. We called SERVPRO and we are so grateful we did. EVERYONE at the company that we dealt with was very professional and very eager and willing to help. They were at our home within a few hours of calling and went right to work making sure to explain things as they went. Each day they came to monitor the progress and communicated to us how things were going. We had a courtesy call from a young lady named Holly, just making sure that we were having a good experience with their crew and checking to see if we had any questions or needed anything else. They even came on Saturday and Sunday to make sure everything was handled properly. In an ideal world none of us would ever need these kind of services, but rest assured if you do, call SERVPRO, you will be glad you did! Personal thank to to Chase, Holly, Mike, Nathan, Tim, Christian and Tony, you made a bad experience manageable and it is much appreciated! Great Job SERVPRO team, you are the real deal!!!

November was the second time in six months that I required Servpro's services. Both times the have been very accomodating, efficient, and professional. All the staff showed empathy for me and my problems. They were prompt and great to work with.

We had a pipe leak inside our wall which damaged sheet rock and our flooring with water and mold! We called Servpro and they sent out Tim and Tristan to demo the job and they worked their butts off and did a great job! Over the days Jon and Mike joined them and they also did a great job!
This team of courteous and fine young gentlemen did an excellent job on what to us was a devastating situation! And we thank each of them for what they did!!

Homeowners beware! I requested an estimate for a mold remediation in my basement (1300sqft house) and was quoted $28,707.71, over 10% the cost of the house itself. Unreal. I got bids from other contractors in the area that were all quoting around $5,000 for the work, and after mentioning the price gap to the contractors, they stated that ServPro jacks their prices up to take advantage of insurance company claims. Wish I had known this ahead of time. The kicker: they charged $150 for the estimate, while none of the other contractors did. They didn’t even send me the estimate until I asked where it was multiple days later (I assume they didn’t even take me seriously, and I wonder why).

Edit: isn't it hilarious how they deny me being a customer...

The gentlemen who came to do my carpets were above and beyond expectations. The did an amazing job, were courteous, professional, and friendly. They have earned my respect.

The Reconstruction phase by ServPro of Franklin County was completed, and I am more than pleased with the results. Team was professional and addressed issues thoroughly. A little slow with getting estimates for reconstruction. And then Told it would be three months before their reconstruction. Team could get to me.

When our water filtration system failed and soaked the carpet, the team gave us an honest, initial assessment on the best way to tackle the issue and, once we agreed we needed some professional help, they were out within hours to clean up the mess. They did a great job, were courteous, and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Today I unfortunately had the need to call SERVPRO in Franklin County due to water in the basement. I had the best experience. First Matt came out to look at the problem and confidently answered all my questions and lead me through the expectations. Next I had the pleasure of Josh and Mike. Again they answered my questions and before they left let me know what they had done and what to expect. It was nice they just did not leave without reassuring me. They moved some heavy furniture and took care to do the best they could. Overall, I had a great experience.

They took the water out of the attic. Saved my ceiling, took the time to walk me through what they were doing and why. They treated me like a person. Not some stupid woman. I really respected them for that

I never got a chance to be a customer of your branch. I called at 10 PM for a 3 level water extraction @ an apartment community. Your on call Tech refused service without half down in cash or check. He stated clean water was $6 a square foot. We had 2700 ft² of carpet extracted that night. Plus 5 large dehumidifiers and 22 fans. It's unrealistic to expect someone to have 10k cash on hand. I assured the tech. that this would be a insurance claim & they would be paid either way. Our company has always called servepro for fire & flood repair at all of our locations and have never had to pay anything up front. The Fenton location was willing to come out but PREMIER RESTORATION & extraction had already agreed to handle it, & did a fantastic job.All of our Franklin County communities have been advised not to use your particular branch.

Jason is one of the best By far. He has also helped me in the past with remodel projects and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend him!

5 star rating & I even had issues. First off I'd like to say that even if you go to any business, it is still ran by humans (I hope ) & mistakes happen.
This company had a scheduling error & immediately fixed it. With a Friendly demeanor & quick response. They were also quick & sufficient with their service.
We will definitely be using them agian for all other services due to their professionalism.

Excellent service! I had a sink I was filling overflow. They were my first call. ETA was 2 hours which is completely reasonable especially considering it was 9pm. They were there within that time, if not sooner. They did a very thorough job of monitoring moisture, humidity, and documentation of the damage. Water ran down into my finished basement which has drywall ceiling and laminate flooring. They did an excellent job of minimizing the loss there. The water upstairs was trapped between my new vinyl plank and old sheet vinyl floor underneath. Their “Matt system” did a great job of extracting that moisture and dehumidifiers and fans removed all moisture so as to prevent mold. They were really great about explaining how everything was going to work. They were here daily and on time to monitor moisture (again, thoroughly), and kept me we well informed.

They also have a reconstruction team which I plan to use to repair the damage to the drywall and flooring downstairs which couldn’t be saved (not their fault) I’ll update if service from them is different but I fully expect it will be just as professional.

Give these folks a raise! Their service and professionalism helping me protect my investment are well worth it.

Today we had Servpro come out to our studio. We had a leak in our studio that we thought damaged our couch to no repair. ServPro Phil and Mark came in and took our white couch that was wet and filled with dirty brown rain water. As you can see our couch has been restored. The cleaning was efficient. The gentleman where both kind, considerate and professional.

Servpro of Franklin County is the best! The crew that comes out to clean our carpets at ChapelRidge of Union are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Anita in the office is very helpful and gets our appointments scheduled in a reasonable time frame, sometimes the same day! We enjoy visiting with Bella when she comes to check on us. They go above and beyond every time our expectations every time and we are very happy with the services they provide.
