I want to give a huge thank you to Angie and her team, Alex and Aaron.

We had a three story leak on a commercial property. From the time we made the initial call to when they were on site, it was an hour. They are swift, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They followed up with us every day and kept us informed. It's my first experience using this company and would 100% recommend their services to anyone I know. They took a lot of stress away during a stressful situation.

On a Saturday Aaron came over to check the progress of all the machines he also was extremely helpful with explaining everything to us! They have been the easiest decision in this disaster!!!

Angie and her team were amazing! Alex and Angie helped find my Vera Bradley bag and it was salvageable!!! My husband bought me that for Christmas last year:) They also made sure my sentimental ox cart from Costa Rica was safe! This is so important to me because both my Dad and Grandpa have passed away and we got this when I was child and we all went to Costa Rica! Servpro made this entire disaster not so bad from my first call to this clean up process!!!!

Angie was so incredibly amazing. Let me tell you that when we found our basement flooded at 11:30-12:00am at night, we panicked. I was so upset to find all of our furniture and electronics had been submerged under water! We called SERVPRO for emergency evacuation. Angie took the time to call and properly explain the process that we should immediately expect. She was prompt, even in the middle of the night, and swift with a prognosis and got right to the clean up. From start to finish she was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful to helping us mitigate any further damage. Thank you Angie and thank you SERVPRO!

I believe his name was John, he came to our house to do half the carpet, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained what he was going to be doing and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend SERVPRO for your carpet cleaning needs and I'm sure they carry that professionalism to all aspects of their business. Chayce was equally awesome, she went above and beyond to get us scheduled so we could get some carpets done before our company arrived. Thank you SERVPRO.....

My experience with serv pro was great, Josh Hampton was the guy sent to us and he did amazing, fast worker as well. He was kind and very easy to communicate with, he even went out of his way without us asking to fix our toilet, he realized there was an issue and he helped us save some money on the water bill. He went above and beyond to help me understand the whole process. Thank you so much! Highly recommend these guys to everyone.

Very kind and understanding, also easy to communicate with. If you have a mold issue I recommend these people, they are amazing and fast workers, our guy Josh Hampton even helped us with a toilet issue saved us money on the water bill we appreciate them a lot.

Chris, John and Angela finished cleaning out my Grandma's basement in 1.5 days, a job that would have taken our family more than a month to chip away at over sporadic availability windows. There were very few salvageable items due to water damage and exposure to critters, but they did an amazing job of identifying valuable items to set aside for us to sort through.

I called Servpro to clean our carpets & they sent Angela. She was an excellent communicator and did a fabulous job on the carpet. I will most definitely use them again and request Angela.

They came in to clean our carpets and were in and out within an hour, but it looks like they did hours worth of work. I will definitely be using them again!!

Twice as much as I paid last time to have my carpets cleaned.

They did a great job sucking the water out of my crawlspace. Would highly reccommend, prices were reasonable and they did the work that even plumbers wouldnt do for me.

As a former business owner of many years we came in and did many repairs along side the mitigation team and they were fantastic to work with. They were very informative and professional. I enjoyed working with these guys and girls so much I decided to join the Servpro Construction team and thanks to Bobby Morgan and our new construction services Farmington Servpro/ Servpro ECM is going places!!

We had blood stains in our carpet and was told no guarantee they would come out. They look better but can still see the stains once they started drying. Patrick was very professional and did his best.

I have used SERVPRO of Farmington several times now for different home clean up jobs, and they have been great to work with. Very responsive, and professional. They will continue to get my business.

Air Duct & Vent Cleaning
Yet another service performed by this fantastic company. We moved into this home approx. 6-9 months ago and knew the air was dusty. Called ServPro to clean out the ducts and vents. After months of sneezing and dusting daily, the air is light and no sneezing for us! If you have an older home or a home prone to dust collection, call these guys - they are great!

It is very upsetting when your home has water damage. Servpro was very quick to come to our home. Nathan explain everything that would be done. Mike came and was awesome. Very respectful to us, our property and possessions. Everything was explained to us before it happen. Kyle helped Mike on the last day they both were great on finishing the job.

When my house burned, I was overwhelmed and not sure where to even start. ServPro came in and was very understanding. They led me through the whole process and was very helpful every step of the way. My house was cleaned out and re-built by them. Every member of their team was highly respectful and considerate of my feelings. At the end of the process, there were little finishing touches that needed to be done. I called them and they came back out to do those items. They didn't close it out until I was satisfied and we both agreed that everything was completed. They are all very hard workers and have a high desire for the customer to be happy and satisfied. Thank you to ServPro for everything!

These folks are on top of their game...EVERYDAY! I had a sewage backup in my basement and they arrived onsite within 30 minutes! This situation was one of the most stressful things I've ever went through and they nothing but kind. If you are looking for a sign to use this company, DO IT! They are wonderful people and I will call them in the future for any damage that may occur. Thanks again for all the help, it meant a lot!

We had two of our area rugs cleaned by Servpro of Farmngton. Michael assured us that he would take excellent care of our property. He even called us to give us the exact price to clean them since they were slightly larger than we described. They came back very clean and looked like new. I highly recommend them.

This is my 2nd review of Servpro in Farmington. We are now finished with reconstruction so I wanted to review the company again. From the first day we called them to the last day of our bathroom being finished last week, the entire team at Servpro worked hard to help us get our home back together. It was very convenient having one company to not only clean our home from a backup, but also have the resources to help us put our home back together. They were more than fair with the costs involved and helped us keep our out-of-pocket costs down. Servpro was recommended by our insurance adjuster and Im glad we took his advice.
