We had a fire in our garage. A lot of smoke damage not only in the garage, but the house as well. Servpro responded quickly Adrian and his crew did an outstanding job of demo and cleaning the garage and contents that could be save. As well as cleaning the smoke damage in our home. Reconstruction went very well and pretty quickly. Corey took care of getting everything line up and rebuilt. He and his crew also did a great job. Adrian and Corey both took care of everything with the insurance adjuster. They handled everything in a very professional manner. We have been Servpro customers for over 30 years and they never have disappointed us. Yesterday Dale and Tyler did some routine carpet cleaning and did a great job of taking care of some stubborn spots that had accumulated. Dale and Ty were professional and treated our home and furnishings with respect. We have absolutely no complaints!

Even with some frustrations with the early stages of getting things scheduled and lack of communication, we were thrilled with the service Fabian and Dale provided for the demo phase of fixing up some water damage in our spare bedroom. Very friendly, professional, and courteous.

After the plumbing repair was concreted, Servpro was there within 30 minutes to clean up the disaster. Dale and Fabian did an outstanding job! The technicians were very kind and courteous. In February we had a small stove fire, flames completely isolated to the stove top, but had light smoke damage throughout the house. When debating if I should clean the house myself or have “professionals” do it, my adjuster suggested to let the “pros” handle it and they would cover it.

Its important to note that when I was calling around, insurance was never mentioned. When ServePro was asked for an estimate, based on square footage and type of damage, now while knowing I can’t get a 100% exact price, I was still quoted $20k, this number was reflected on a similar case they had with HEAVY smoke damage per the representative I spoke with. Hefty but fair, I agreed.

The mitigation crew that came to my house was awesome, answered all my questions took care of my dogs to let them out, kept in constant contact with me, real top notch customer service, I thought to myself “ya this was the right choice.” Now while cleaning they did break a lamp shade form an elevated light fixture, $10 replacement not a big deal. “Buy it and they’ll send me the money” they said, easy enough right? Total time to mitigate the house and contents took 2 weeks, all our clothing, bedding, and anything else cloth was boxed by us and shipped to Alexandria, odd but okay, that took around an additional 2 weeks to get returned, so plan on buying a new everything while you wait and hope insurance covers it.

Now we have reconstruction to do, we have walls to be painted and island to be replaced/ and maybe some sheet rock even. Our Mitigation crew said he’d reach out to the “guy” and he’d contact me. We’ve been out of our house 2 weeks at this point but were back in so we wait for the call from the restoration guy…1 day to 3 days to a week to 2 weeks to 3 weeks. Nothing numerous calls to ServePro saying “oh ya well get ahold of him right away, hell call you right back”…Don’t hold your breath, never did never have received a phone call. Insurance adjuster said, it’s a common practice with them that if the jobs not big enough you’re on your own for finding a contactor to do the job they said they would.
Now we’ve been in the house for 4 or 5 weeks and the bills and phone calls start coming in almost 2-3/wk repetitious bills with extra charges if you pay with CC or are late, they’ll start charging interest despite being covered by insurance. Maybe their billing should run their reconstruction dept.

Remember that $20k quote, all said and done we were just shy of $40,000! Funny how that changed once insurance was involved. These quotes aren’t even in the same ballpark they’re playing a different sport in the next state over. Here’s the kicker were almost 6 months after they stepped foot into my house, and despite numerous calls, texts and emails they still owe me $10, it’s the principle at this point, maybe I should start charging interest like their bills?

Update: it has been over a YEAR, Servepro still owes me my $10...and Im still waiting to hear from their reconstruction guy

We had water seep into our basement window after a week of heavy rain, so we called SERVPRO to make sure there wouldn't be any major damage. First of all, the woman I talked to on the phone was so lovely. She was helpful, empathetic, patient with my questions, and took time to explain the process.

Then, even though they are busy with SO many water damage calls, Adrian called me back within 20 minutes to schedule a house call. He came the next day and was very thorough in his assessment. He checked our whole basement for moisture even though the leak was only in one room. (He also killed a spider for my daughter!) Again, he took the time to explain things to me and made sure nothing was going to be damaged by the water.

I fully recommend SERVRO for your needs! They were great to work with. They will be our call for any future water issues.

1)Our Production Manager and his crew, letter grade "A+", could not have been more helpful at every turn of the job in our home. When we would contact them for help the crew would be here within minutes taking care of our requests. To them we are extremely grateful. 2) On the other hand, our Construction Project Manager, letter grade "F", was of absolutely no help at all. In fact, his decisions actually delayed the project for nearly a month. We would be happy to provide details if you would have interest.

This company goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you may have. They do not do mold spore testing but spent over an hour of their time explaining if our crawl spaces were encapsulated properly and gave us references on companies to call for testing. I was so impressed by Jim’s knowledge and willingness to help me out. Definitely the company to call if needed.

ServePro Mitigation was excellent. They were quick to respond, great to work with and reliable. The team's manager, Mike, is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond and I'd use ServePro again in time of need literally because of him. When having trouble with my insurance claim, I called him on his direct cell line and he not only was helpful, but he took his own time to work with the claims adjuster personally to help ensure I was given an accurate adjustment and claims payment. Without his support, insurance was trying to make me salvage carpet that was damaged beyond repair. His call corrected their misassumptions and enable me to receive full replacement under my insurance. I was so thankful to have Mike's support on something that in reality was of no impact to him. Mike, Adrian and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. They are very professional, experienced and detailed in the services they provide. We had a significant water leak in our basement. Mike came over the day of to assess the damage and laid out a specific plan. He was careful to answer all questions and ensure we were comfortable with the plan. Adrian and his team were amazing. When there was a backup in the basement, water was everywhere—Our family was SO THANKFUL for Adrian coming out so quickly. Adrian was quick with the job & provided clear communication throughout the entire process. 5 STARS!

We had water damage due to a laundry pipe burst and Adrian was very helpful during the water extraction process. About 48 hours with many fans and dehumidifiers our place was dry, Adrian stopped by a few times throughout to track progress and adjust. Servpro and Adrian have been wonderful to work with since the sewer backed up and left standing water in our basement. Exceptional communication and quick with addressing our problem. They were able to come out the same day we called and start removing wet carpet and drywall. They saved our home and we are so grateful.

I would not give one star if I had the choice. Our experience with this company has been nothing short of unacceptable and disappointing. A job that we were told initially would take a few weeks has now gone into its 5th month! 5 months of my family and our dog living in a hotel while our house sat for over 3 months un touched after they did the initial removal of the drywall. Untouched because people went on vacation without submitting our paperwork (we were told) and then taking their time to submit it to our insurance. Our insurance company had to call us to see if the claim was still active because they had not heard from this company. Then from there communication was slim, we had to call to get updates on when things were actually going to happen. They would tell us how busy they were and how they were still trying to find people to do the work to restore the house. I wondered why they took the job if they were not able to manage it. On our 4th month I told them that I had found someone else to do the work. That is when they finally said, someone will be there next week and he knows it needs to be done by this date. Was he done, no...Then they called to apologize and say by the end of that week he would be done. Was he? Again, no. Our insurance agent told us we had 5 days left in the hotel. Serve pro called our insurance and they extended it to 8 days. Insurance said if they do not have it done by then that they will be looking into how to handle it. This was putting us to AFTER Christmas now. Work started in July! I am so incredibly disappointed with our experience and that is putting it VERY lightly.

The guys at Servpro were absolute life savers with our fire/water damage. Everyone was beyond helpful, kind and responsive! Matt and Chris did an exceptionally great job with prompt communication and answering any questions or concerns immediately. Definitely recommend this service in times when you need help most

Miguel and Adrian were very friendly, accommodating, extremely efficient, move my furniture and put the blocks underneath when they put it back. They were clean and spoke fluent English. I will definitely be calling Servepro back when my needs to be cleaned again. I gave him a tip, and they were well worth it.

They did a fantastic job on my basement! My sewer backed up and they came all the way to Jamestown in a timely matter and tore out all the carpet and baseboards for me. Smells so much better! Appreciate all the hard work you guys did!! Thanks again!

Corey is super professional and helpful! There was an issue with my lights when I got dry wall put in and he was super quick to fix them! Would totally recommend working with him!

We had a great experience when our whole main level flooded from a valve break. We called at about 5:30am and Adrian was at our house around 7am to get started. He was very thorough, professional, and easy to work with as well as the rest of his crew. When their part of the project was complete, Todd was very easy to work with on the paperwork side of things and had the invoice information to us quickly. Overall, excellent experience with ServPro during a very stressful time.

ServPro is the most efficient and reliable company we have ever worked with. They knew my husband and I are both ill, and they put us as top priority. Cody and Miguel were polite, explained everything in detail, got to work quickly and kept things as clean as possible. Recently had some water damage and a young professional Matt Losse came in to clean it up and left my basement looking even better than before! He was very polite and informative throughout the whole process truly a servPRO

They had fixed some water damage to my apartment but it took them over 4 weeks to finish and they had missed several little things (mind you, there were several units in disarray in my complex). Like not putting the cover over the sprinkler back on, putting door stops back, cleaning up, etc.
The project was too big so they had to hire contractors that they never monitored and broke rules consistently (using bathrooms they weren't supposed to for example). When the project started and they were tearing out the walls, they never covered anything so all my things got covered in dust and debris. To which they never apologized for in person, just left a sticky note (that was mine and not one of theirs) saying "sorry". They had damanaged my trash can and left dents in the walls, missed several spots of paint, left small holes in the walls or even entire scratches. Not to mention after everything, they did a horrible job of cleaning everything up; barely touched a thing after it was all said and done.

Overall they were unprofessional, way above their heads, had horrible communication, and did very little to make up for it.

If you have another choice, I would highly suggest it.

I had water damage in my garage from an ice dam in March of 2023. At the time, Serv Pro was overwhelmed with jobs that were much more critical than mine. But, they called me in June and the men were here the next day (on time) to check out the situation. Adrian and his brother Fabian were both very professional, courteous, and amazing to work with! I so appreciate good customer service, and these two men get a 10 all the way! Thanks, guys! They deserve a raise!!

I had water damage from an ice dam. ServePro was very prompt in responding. Mike was very professional, tested for moisture in the affected areas, and completely explained the process for drying out and putting the house back together. I am very pleased with their service.

Adrian, Eli, and Eric were FANTASTIC! Very timely and helpful. Walked us through everything, took so much care to keep everything sanitized (and we had a disgusting sewer problem), all the while being timely and so helpful. I seriously do not have enough thank you’s for them.

Rory is the best! Every time you need his assistance, he has very good communication with you. He provides you with not only an explanation of the project he will be doing but also the expected timeline. Rory is very educated in what he does. Everyone I dealt with was professional, told me exactly what they were doing and why, and came right after I made the initial call. Our basement had water, and they cleaned it up quickly and dried everything out. They made the best out of the bad situation. I am very impressed and would use them again!

I suggest making Servpro your very 1st call during an emergency.
Our 8 month old house flooded from a plumbing fitting that wasn’t crimped during installation. We called Servpro and they were here within a couple hours, removing the flooring and drying out our house. They brought 25 fans and 2 huge dehumidifiers to dry things out. They came back every single day to monitor and move fans where they needed to be so that our house dried out.

They took all the damaged materials out and away for us. They also took our area rugs with them to clean.

The people that came into our house from Servpro were amazingly courteous, compassionate and professional. Everyone of them that I asked any questions to, took the time to fully answer me and helped us calm down. We were in total panic seeing our beautiful house look like a river went through it.

Our house is now dry but, they’re coming back to remove some of the cupboards and built ins to make absolute sure that everything is ok.

They did not push any of their other services onto us but, suggested that we could call others for those services if we wanted. I don’t know why anyone would tho, since these folks are absolutely wonderful.

I can not thank Servpro enough for being such a huge comfort at such an extremely difficult, scary and stressful time for my wife and I.

I had a sump pump malfunction and within an hour of talking to my adjuster, Matt and Adrian showed up to step in and help with the drying process. They were very professional, walked me through the process, and let me know what to expect next. They were willing to come at 6pm and set up all the equipment. They were in and out efficiently and we were very impressed with their quality of care and service!

We had a sewer back up in 5 of our office spaces. We called Servpro to help tackle this job and they were there that day to inspect. They were very easy to work with and assisted with cleaning, sheetrock work, new flooring and painting. Rory made the process so easy and took care of it all! Mike and his group were amazing! Mike came over right away even though it was after hours and assessed our basement. They were very punctual and worked hard to get the carpets cleaned in a short time. Had a couple spots that needed extra attention and they look good . They did clean a chair and it didn't get cleaned too well along the seams of the arms but otherwise looked ok.
