Following our last hurricane Milton the first floor of my townhome experienced 4 inches of water intrusion. I was so lucky that Serve Pro had an appointment next door and came over to give me an estimate. They came back the next day, cut out all the lower drywall on the first floor. They set up an army of fans and several dehumidifiers, that ran for two days. Everything dried out and no serious damage occurred.
Lorenzo has a franchise in Hawaii and came to Florida with his crew and van to help.
Lorenzo was absolutely wonderful, always prompt, explained everything thoroughly and kept me calm. The team did an excellent job, I wouldn’t use anyone else but Servepro in the future and will highly recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you Lorenzo and team for a fantastic job. Servpro helped us after a leak from our apartment's sprinkler system caused water damage to our walls and carpet. They seamlessly organized the pack out of our belongings, patching the walls, replacing the carpet, and moving all our furniture back exactly how it was before. Lorenzo was friendly, helpful, and honest. I would not hesitate to call Servpro again if we ever have need of their services.

I was so worried about mold growth in my bathroom. Called Servpro and they scheduled me for assessment immediately. Office staff were really nice on the the phone & the workers were very friendly and detail-oriented. Servpro made sure i was given a solution to my problem. Thank you Servpro of East Honolulu!

Servpro and their reconstruction subcontractor, Blue Dot, were very responsive, even coming on a Saturday to get the work done. They did painting, added new floor baseboards, dry wall, installed new tiling, and new light fixtures. Very pleased with the overall work. Prior to putting in the drywall I asked that they seal all the cracks in the original wall to stop further water damage and insects from coming into our bathroom. They were very good about spraying foam sealant before closing the wall with drywall. Overall, they were very easy to work with, cleaned up afterwards, and very responsive. Would recommend them highly.

Lorenzo, Mike, Chad, and Hiapo were so helpful, efficient, and professional. Lorenzo went out of his way to meet the first time on a moment’s notice and sent his crew to help move a king size bed and heavy furniture. They even repaired a wheel that was loose on a dresser. Thank you, ServPro!

Servpro cleaned our carpets when we were moving out. They did an excellent job and finished within a few hours.
