SERVPRO of Derry/Londonderry

Jum was a huge help with a mold issue at my disabled brother’s home. He was professional and the service was fast and results were as promised.

Arrived 15 minutes late. Deodorizing left a STRONG, lingering chemical smell throughout the house that was far more offensive than the smoke smell being treated. Couch cleaning was barely noticeable and couch was still damp hours later with multiple puddles of dirty brown water left sitting on the hardwood floor. Since we had to air out (for HOURS) and clean up after them, I’m anything but a happy customer.

After having had a successful experience with ServPro of Derry a few years ago, we hired them again to clean up the water damage from the 12/18/23 torrential downpour that flooded our basement. The team arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, happy to answer our questions and concerns, and – above all, even after being on call for over 2 weeks due to the rain – they were cheerful! An incredible team. : ) The supervisor for the project, Josh, went over every detail of our basement, including ideas for what may be helpful to avoid the issue from happening again. They came when they said, very polite and knew what they needed to do. They were thorough and respectful and clean.

Jum Lyndes owner was so great,he supervised the whole job by sending in some great sub contractors and the job was completed in two weeks.SoNh plumbing was excellent, Rosario Construction was quick,professional and hard working. I could not say anything better about the whole situation.

Servpro has worked on our house twice now in the past three years and has done an outstanding job both times. They’ve gotten the job done well and quickly and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves. I’m grateful for a company like Servpro being available when you’re in the middle of a disaster in your home. It helps alleviate some stress knowing they’re on the job.

My experience with Servpro was so positive on so many levels. The Y needed their VCT floors stripped and waxed with a quick turn around in order to have the building transitioned from Camp to Childcare- they we able to take on the job and were extremely flexible, working around our building schedule. After the work was completed, they were not satisfied with some of the areas (which was do, in part, to the condition of the flooring) so they requested to redo the areas at our convenience. They meticulous work ethic and quality is unlike anything I have experienced in a company.

As a Realtor I connected my clients to servpro to clean the cigarette smell from their home to get it ready for sale. Jum and his technicians did an EXCELLENT job. They scrubbed and cleaned the property thoroughly and ozoned the area, coming back and checking their work several times to ensure it was done effectively. Jum is a stand up guy his stands behind his work.

I had them clean my carpets and they were amazing! Super nice and efficient. My carpets were full of dog smell from the old owners and now you can't even tell that there was a dog here!!! Will definitely use them again.
