They use special cleaning solvents that even clean the windows and leaves everything smelling fresh and clean. We have tried other companies in the past, but no one compares.Max will be doing our spring power washing of our balconies, brick and pool areas for years to come! We are looking forward to having Max install our holiday lighting this year.

Maxteriors did an excellent job providing and hanging our christmas lights. They were timely, very professional, and definitely perfectionist. They made sure that each light was secure and working. They also include a timer so the lights will automatically turn on and off. Definitely reccomend!!!!

Called Maxteriors on a Tuesday about needing my upper gutters cleaned and Max offered to send his staff out on Wednesday. He quoted me over the phone after looking at my house on Google Maps then talked me into having my siding power washed. I couldn't have them out Wednesday so he sent his employee out on Thursday. Received a notification over text they were on their way. He arrived exactly on time. Did his thing. Showed me his work. Told me how to pay. I received a bill via email about 15 minutes later. Paid by CC online. Great price and amazing results.

Siding is the cleanest it's been in years and the gutters are like brand new. Thank you Max!

The window washing team arrived on schedule and was very professional. About halfway through the job it began to rain. It was a real downpour that sent them sheltering into the truck. The rain stopped as fast as it had begun and they quickly finished the job. Now we have sparkling windows! Thank you!

Max and his team were real pro's! They cleaned and brightened our cedar siding, stripping off old stain and mildew that had built up over the years, to the point that it looks brand new and ready to be restained. They were courteous with neighbors, great about cleaning up, and willing to do what was needed to get the job done right. Highly recommend!

One section of my lights did not turn on. I contacted Maxteriors and in less than 4 hours the issue was resolved. Embarrassingly enough, that section just became unplugged, maybe an animal tripped the cord. They added a 12 in extension cord, so that would not happen again. Very efficient, friendly, happy to help. Many of my neighbors compliment me on my beautiful lights. The lights bring such joy to this holiday season!! Maxteriors was amazing! I saw their add on Facebook for Holiday Lights. I messaged them right away and they responded, quoted and installed my Christmas Lights within 5 days. They even came right back out when I wanted to change the timer settings weeks later. I highly recommend them and hope I have other work for them soon!

Max and his crew are top notch! They washed all the windows in our 5000 square-foot house plus guest house. Inside and out. Two years of Covid and a whole lot of new construction around us made them almost unbearable. The sun is streaming through today like they are brand-new! They did the gutters as well. Power washed my balcony where I have many birdfeeders set up. Was also extremely dirty. My mother thought we had painted it when she saw it. put up exterior lights all around the house. They show up on time, clean up after themselves, do excellent work, and all at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? I will be using them several times a year from now on. 9/11/24 Ryan came today and once again did windows and balcony for us. Incredible tools. Power washer is built-in on the truck and can just do way more than your ordinary power washing machine. Max and his team are kind and are true professionals. They are on-time and do what they promise to do. They even did our outdoor holiday lighting, although it is more fun when they put them up rather than take them down, but I’m extremely grateful that they are taking them down and not me!
