Chris, Cody and Austin are unbelievable. I had mold all over my kitchen and they came in in two days. Everything was remediated. They did a wonderful wonderful job. Working with Servpro - Westford was a great experience. We had a roof leak 2 days before Christmas and they came out within an hour of calling to start remediation work. They were professional and very helpful in getting everything situated and helped us with the insurance claim process. We also used them to repair the damage; including replacing wood, floors and painting. Every aspect of the work was amazing. Everyone was kind, considerate and experienced. Highly recommend!!!

After an unfortunate fire at my home, I contracted Servpro of Chelmsford/Westford to undertake the daunting task of gutting down my 1851 Victorian home (over 5,000 sq ft) down to it's studs and embark on a full restoration. His team showed up every day ready to dig in and get to work. They took pride in their efforts and it showed in the quality of their work. They stayed on time, on budget, and showed a remarkable knack for flexibility when I would change my mind mid-stream on a layout or design phase. They adjusted quickly and enthusiastically to these detours. In a home this old and this big, you always run into surprises - some good, some challenging. But with every one of these "surprises", I could count on Kevin's team to work their magic. The work can best be summed up by the words of the local building inspector on his final inspection to issue the occupancy permit: "The only thing I see wrong here is that this is not my house". I am the facilities coordinator for St Mathew the Evangelist Parish. Servpro cleaned, steamed carpets and fogged for mold spores. They spent 2 days cleaning the rectory. They moved all furniture steamed all carpets and even washed the walls. Finishing up with a mold fogging. Services were broken up into first day a thorough deep clean second day fogging and steaming of carpets. All the employees were very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to explain all aspects of project. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner or business.

I called Kevin Coates from ServPro of Chelmsford/Westford as the result of a hidden water leak in my kitchen that caused significant water and some resultant mold damage in my kitchen and adjacent office. Right from the start Kevin and is team were on top of things- they responded immediately, assessed the damages quickly and began the mitigation process without delay. Kevin even provided the estimate to the insurance adjuster.

Once the leak was stopped, and the water and mold cleaned up we decided to have Kevin and his team do the rebuild for us and we are very pleased with the end result. Kevin had some great design ideas and the quality of the work was excellent. I also want to add that Kevin has a great crew of workers/sub-contractors and everyone of them works hard, was very professional and pleasant to be around.

After my water heater flooded my basement, Servpro came immediately to minimize the damage, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, and they promptly removed all of the damaged areas (walls, flooring, etc.).
