We have 3 boilers with a lot of piping that needed to be encapsulated. The asbestos covered all the piping, roughly 6" in diameter, to the various units in our 3 family. The workman took 2 days to complete the job. Other than a little water on the floor, the complete area was cleaned. A fan running overnight easily dried up all the water. A&E is a very professional company with good communications. I would recommend A&E to anyone needing asbestos heating pipes to be encapsulated.

A&E Environmental exceeded my expectations. In a day and time when few businesses return your call, never mind arrive on time and complete the work in the timeframe quoted, A&E did that and more. When they finished the work, I asked many questions, all of which were answered in detail and by walking around our home showing me exactly what they did. From the front office staff to the actual workers, all were respectful, timely and did exactly what they said they'd do! Kudos to the entire company.

Amazing and extremely positive experience with this family owned company. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with A&E. We discovered asbestos tiles in our kitchen and the person I worked with, Mike, could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind. I had a lot of questions and he knew all the answers. When the tiles tested positive, he informed me right away and then laid out various options to make my home safe, one of which would have resulted in their company losing out on a good amount of money. I don't find that to be an everyday practice in most cases and it was incredibly refreshing. I had done comparative quotes and A&E was definitely the most reasonable. They also do testing for the state and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the state's procedures, required paperwork, etc, and having that taken care of correctly was a huge relief. On a special note, the company is incredibly responsible and takes significant safety measures around covid concerns, along with the safety protocols while doing the asbestos work. Everyone I interacted with at A&E was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend people use this company not only because of the quality of their work and incredibly reasonable prices but also because of their integrity and kindness they show toward their customers.

I was very happy. One gentleman came out and completed the survey. When the gentlemen accomplishing the work came out, they worked very quick. They answered all my questions and clean up after the work was done.

I hired A & E Environmental to remove asbestos that lined old steam pipes and boiler in my basement. The work was done quickly and safely. The area with asbestos was completed sealed off and venting was used during the work. The old, massive, steam boiler need to be removed as part of the project and that was hauled off. The team from A & E Environmental were friendly and got the job done in less than a day. Mike Lauziere was my contact and he answered all my questions and provided me with contacts for my boiler replacement. Excellent service, highly recommend using them!

A&E Environmental, is an exceptionally professional and hard work driven abspestos abatement, mold remediation and piping insulation buisness. Personally I have seen much of their work from start to finish. Needless to say, I've also seen the completed work they had accomplished for some of my family and friends after recommending the company to them. And in the end we were all stunned, and so happy at the quick progress, the endless effort and overall great hard work they put into the establishments/housing. The workers there go above and beyond to make sure the job is done both precisely&correctly, on time, they're rather friendly yet professional, and they left the site just as tidy, if not in most circumstances, even better than it was before! Overall I would rate this buisness a 10 out of a 10 star rating, or 5 out of 5stars, which ever point system youd prefer!

We chose to work with A & E Environmental for removal of asbestos in our basement. We had evaluated multiple proposals and quotes and selected this family-run company based on their professionalism, planning, communications and competitive pricing. We had booked the work last October for a project start date in late April this year. The team arrived on the dot of 8.00am and performed an outstanding job, including obtaining a successful inspection all in one day. They then came back to re-lag our heating pipes with a safe insulating material - all done within a second day - and did a beautiful job cleaning up afterwards. Contacted company and they immediately followed up with a call back and then sent someone out to give us an estimate of the job needed to be done. We were able to have the pipes wrapped...the two gentleman that did the job were here on time and did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with the service. Right after the job was completed there was another gentleman that came and inspected the work done and asked if we liked what they did. So all in all, everything went very smoothly.

A&E environmental is a great company, I can't speak more highly of. The crew was great! Hard working individuals and so knowledgeable of the field. I had recent asbestos removal work in my basement and the crew called before arrival and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them in the future.

For anyone who has a mold problem I would highly recommend A&E Environmental. I live in Sutton and we had an issue with a horrible mold smell in our home, we used the Better Business listing and called 2 other companies, both came to our house with only a flashlight and basically said there was nothing they could do because they could not see the mold growing on anything, yes were heard how if we had an issue they would see the mold growing on our leather chair or our luggage in the closet, all the while the smell was growingly offensive. One guy suggested we wash everything with antibacterial soap and call him the odor returned, which it did, and he never returned my call after three attempts. A&E on the other hand not only arrived prepared to help us investigate but actually discovered the issue and allowed us to take the next steps in ridding our home of this horrible smell. I strongly recommend them and would use them again (hopefully not anytime soon) They were willing to come out on a Sunday to help us do the clean up. Diane and her team are true professionals in the mold detection and removal business.
