Reis Construction Management

Our son is having a house built next to ours via McGovern Development.
We have been watching daily and the work crew at Reis has been amazing.
They get to work at 7 if not before and work till 5 and sometimes after depending on weather and light conditions. I want to note this work is happening in during a New England Winter when conditions aren't always optimal ! The crew cleans up and covers any materials needed for the next work day. The house looks beautiful so far. Everyone is very happy with the quality!

I would highly recommend Reis construction company has reliable and skilled workers. Reis came out to my mom’s house where had been hit by a car. The damaged was extensive but he pulled the permits and made sure the house was safe. His work is very detailed and the workers he has are hard skilled workers. You will not be sorry you use this company. He always updates and calls you back for any questions. I was very pleased with his work

When other builders were afraid to tackle my major urgent roof repair. Reis Construction was the only company that gave me full confidence to work with & trust to get the job completed. This man was so experienced- Reis engineered, ordered all lumber, materials, workers and machines necessary and literally stripped & ripped this roof & old trusses completely off, rebuilt / redesigned & completed this major overhaul within 8 days. It’s was like watching Rome being built in a day! Truly amazing craftsmanship & communication throughout this project. I was also impressed with how Reis respected me as a woman in the industry of construction. He explained every step of the work, price and timeline. Reis had even taught me valuable information about rebuilding such a complex building. I suffered a house fire and I hired Reis from the beginning to handle the rebuild of my home. He has been communicative and easy to work with and has kept his word through the process. From beginning to end it has been a smooth, I would hire him again in the future for more work to be done if there was something I needed

I called the owner name was Reis, and set a date for them to do some remodeling for my house and we agreed to the price .
He lied to us for three months.
In the end his texting us and said , I am sorry but I don’t have a time for working on your project.
Very unprofessional.

Reis is his first name. He can’t use his real surname because of his past record. He’s a fraud. Hasn’t been in the Worcester area for 20 years as he’s
burned bridges from FLA all the way up the east coast. Known as arrogant and unprofessional. Avoid any business dealings w this dishonest person and his company.

Reis and his team came to re-side my home. They removed all rotted wood, wrapped the house I’m tyvek and resided with vinyl. The project came out great and within budget. I couldn’t be happier with his work.

I had major water damage in my three-family, from the third floor all the way down to the basement. All three bathrooms had to be gutted, dried and rebuilt. All three kitchen floors needed to be ripped up as well. Reis and his team came in and helped me immediately without getting a dime from me upfront while I was dealing with tenant issues in housing court. The work was immaculate, even under the circumstances of having difficult tenants living in the space. When this happened, I decided to do a full kitchen and bathroom remodel on my first floor as well as fix the second floor. This was a long process due to insurance, court etc. but Reis and his team stuck by me for a year and listened to my every request. The finished product is beyond my expectations. All three floors look amazing, but the full remodel on my first floor is a mind-blowing transformation. Each team; the plumbers, the electricians, the demo and construction team, the painters all worked diligently to get my house back in order. They cleaned up after themselves after long days of work, but most importantly, I trusted them in my home. Thank you Reis and team.
