Our house flooded and the insurance company sent Eddy from ServPro to remediate. He was helpful from start to finish, walking us through the process, and keeping us calm the entire time. His team was quick and efficient in getting fans annd dehumidifiers spread throughout the house and in taking down ceilings and walls damaged by the flood. He kept the work areas sectioned off from the rest of the house and he did not leave any mess once he was done. Eddy was a professional and I highly recommend him and his team if you’re going through a similar loss.

The Servpro managers Elvis Martinez and Jose Martinez were very professional and ethical. I was a little concerned because Servpro can have a bad reputation for being pushy and unethical in time of need. I had water damage in my apartment due to another unit having a massive fire.
Servpro guys were there to check on things regularly and make sure the mitigation was completed. They kept an open line of communication. They were also timely and let me know of my options. I only used the mitigation services and didn’t hire them for the rebuild. They did have contractors for rebuilding but I had my own contacts.

Anyhow, the Servpro crew were neat and professional when cutting out the ceiling and walls. Everything was dried out so no mould. They made sure everything was covered and did not leave a mess. They were very exacting so they did not cause any further damage which was great. The whole crew was fantastic.

I hope I never have to go through this, but at least my experience with these Servpro guys was a positive one. Just be aware that not all Servpro businesses are equal because they are franchises. I give Elvis and Jose and their crew a big thumbs up.

I called Servpro regarding a water leak issue. I had in My Home .Service manager, Mike COMPITELLO. Came to my home took moisture readings and advised me to call and start a claim with my insurance company. Mike explained the whole process, that needed to Be done to to fix the problem. After getting the OK from my insurance company, Mike sent his crew down where they were supervised by jaun Gutierrez. upon meeting Jaun I knew I was dealing with a very knowledgeable and professional caring man who was there too guide me through the whole process as the remediation work got underway. Jaun explained each step of the mediation process as far as how it was going to be done and what the results were that I should expect. Jaun and Mike, we’re both very helpful and guided me through the insurance process as well.Even when this whole situation was beginning to overwhelm me, they were always available via text or phone calls to reassure me that everything would be OK. I would highly recommend Servpro of Central Manhattan to anyone who needs their assistance.

Eddy Hart and his team at ServPro were amazing. We had sudden water damage in our home, and Eddy did a great job at managing the project to get everything back on track. Eddy was super responsive to my calls and texts, was very knowledgeable, and worked with us to find a solution within our budget. His team was friendly, efficient, and diligent. We hope we’re never in a water damage situation again, but if we are ServPro of Central Manhattan will be our first call.

ServPro decontaminated my basement. This included demo and reconstruction. They come in with hard-working team and do the work of 3 days in one day. They are very professional and responsive. Eddy Hart, the project manager shows up early and explain what they are doing clearly. ServPro deals with a difficult situation seemingly with ease. I highly recommend using them over trying to find a contractor on your own.

My insurance carrier assigned me to Servpro after the apartment above me had a water leak, which destroyed my flooring and walls. Marcel V (project manager), Danny M, and the rest of the team was continuously responsive, provided good advice, and did high quality professional work in repairing my unit. Even after the bulk of the job was done, they listened and made a lot of the various minor touch ups I had requested. My apartment is arguably in better condition than before the water damage.

I would choose them again, as well as refer them to friends and family.

After a leak from the office above me, my insurance company (The Hartford) sent the ServPro team to evaluate and mitigate the water damage.
I received a thorough evaluation which lead to the set up of 4 drying blowers and a large dehumidifier to dry the ceiling and walls. There was need to drill holes in a separation wall to access wet insulation. The workers were neat and timely. My insurance company has received their report and required renovations will hopefully begin soon.
The interaction w the ServPro team was a great experience.
