I can’t say well enough about Kirby and Paul from Reno East Servpro. They rescued me when I didn’t know what to do and where to turn to. I had a major pipe breakage under my home and it had been there for a while. Hot water pipes. The house was like a sauna. They reassured me that everything would be okay. Their kindness and understanding was amazing. Being a senior citizen the stress and anxiety was unbelievable. They took care of me. Thank you, Kirby and Paul.

Austin, ryan and Zach were very helpful in getting my house cleaned up and dried out from an unexpected major leak. They were very considerate of my situation and made sure the job was done correctly and effectively. They were great to work with and would most definitely recommend them!

Ricky, Paul, Zoltan have helped us immensely. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly and professional. We experienced an electrical fire in our bathroom and lost a lot of our ceiling as well as our sense of security in the process. The fire department in Fernley was quick to respond and put the fire out before we lost our house but damage was done and to keep us safe, they turned off our power and deemed our house uninhabitable until we got an electrician to “isolate” the room. Zoltan was out the next day and not only helped restore more of our power services (because the electrician did not restore everything, including our fridge) but also gave us our heat back as we were without it for a couple of days just when the weather was starting to turn cold. We were surviving with just space heaters and not many of them, saving me a fortune in my electric bill. They were quick and efficient with their tasks, taking care to keep me informed the entire time. Their friendly professionalism made this traumatic experience in our lives much less scary.

I'm so impressed with the exceptional service I received from Servpro in South Lake Tahoe. Ryan and along with his helpful assistant Ricky. I called on Labor Day weekend, and Ryan arrived at my house within 2 hours - a stark contrast to another company that wanted me to wait until Tuesday.

Ryan's kindness, competence, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He took care of everything, including handling insurance requirements, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. ServPro really did such a goodjob with restoration. Ashley, Alejandra, Jessica, and Christina did a wonderful job communicating with me pretty much about what’s about to happen and job that needed to be done on the day on day basis. We cannot thank Servpro of South Lake Tahoe enough for the incredible service when we recently had a small kitchen fire, and resulting water damage from our sprinkler system at our church. the call for help went out at 10:00 PM and Ryan responded quickly. He loaded up the equipment and was at our location and starting work at 12:00 midnight. His care and professionalism at this late hour was above and beyond the call of duty. He worked non-stop until 3:30 AM, set up the equipment for dry out, dehumidifying, and air cleaning, and made it possible for us to have our service just two days later. The other thing that made this possible was the next/same day follow-up by the owner John, who came by and helped with a dry out and air cleaning strategy that really moved things along quickly. we were not only able to have our church service along with all Sunday school class rooms (that were flooded) open, but our annual 4th of July weekend BBQ which was a huge success. Very few people even noticed anything had happened. The work performed in the next few days by Zoltan and Austin was amazing as well. Most of this was for eliminating the smoke smell and final clean-up. Zoltan was very professional and worked with our church staff, having detailed on-site and phone conversations with instructions on how to promote the odor elimination. Ashley in the front office was great as well. She informed us every step of the way with detailed emails and instructions. We even received personal communication from the other owner, Kimber, who checked in on us to make sure everything was good on our end. We could go on and on, but will just say that this was as pleasant of an experience as it could have been under the circumstances.

I had water damage to my house in So Lake Tahoe on 6/19/24. My family member Alec Travis works for SERVPRO in Wheaton , IL. I called him for advice on what I need to do. He contacted SERVPRO in Carson City and they were able to come to my house at about 5:00pm that day. Zoltan and his partner were so great to work with. They started mitigation immediately with drying fans , dehumidifiers. They had my house dry in about 4 days and all damaged Sheetrock off walls and ceiling. They were professional , fast , very tidy and clean as they moved around my house. I would recommend this company to anyone in their vicinity, to professionally help with any damage to their homes. You will be in great hands with them!!!!

I would like to personally thank a few people at Servpro who have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Been dealing with a water heater issue that caused damage to my home, my claims adjuster reached out to Servpro who got on it right away. First person I would like to thank would be Austin, he heard that we had been without a water heater for a week and came after hours to make sure that he did everything Servpro needed to do so that I could get my new water heater installed. He was the friendliest and most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of meeting throughout this process. Second person I would like to thank would be Paul, he was out at my property right away to assess the damage and set up dryers and other equipment to make sure that the damage was minimal. He was really friendly and professional and very insightful, he explained the next steps in the process and answered all my questions. Last but not least I would like to Thank Jessica for making sure that I was helped as soon as possible, there was a miscommunication with the timeline of everything and she made sure to get all the answers and got me penciled in 48 hours ahead of schedule. She was definitely helpful and professional throughout the entire process.

The office staff and crew have been great! They have performed a crawlspace cleaning for us on one project and a full house "interim" cleaning on a large remodel we are doing. The team has worked with our schedule to help accommodate our timeline and is very responsive.

Very dissatisfied with our pack back in service. They put a deep large scratch in our brand NEW wood floor. They completely ruined our INTELLIbed mattress by storing it on its side when we told the to store it flat. My dresser got smashed on the corner which broke the top drawer. They broke the leg off of our wood filing cabinet and propped it up so we wouldn’t notice. Smashed a lamp shade as my son saw them do it, then took it so we had nothing to show for it. Scratched top, broke knob and pulled off wood veneer from my antique dresser. Ruined the upholstered side rails to my headboard by stripping out the screws. Dented and scratched a bookcase. And the list goes on!! Scratched a sofa table probably from stacking other furniture on top, now saying it was like that when we turned it in. They have not addressed this major issue in two weeks. They tried turning it into MY insurance as part of my claim for water damage, which of course isn’t related!! If this doesn’t convince you to NOT USE SERVPRO I don’t know what will! Take video and pictures of ALL your belongings before any moving company moves you. So you have your own proof!!!

I own a rental that had some interior plumbing leaks that had gone and known for quite some time by the time we figure out what was going on there was definite damage to the unit. At the recommendation of our Realtor we reached out to Zoltan at Servpro. He was attentive very communicative, easy to work with and they took care of the problem within days. When there were extra questions or concerns he was always available and helped us to clear up this problem immediately. I would highly recommend Servpro!

We had a water break under the house, late on a Friday of course. Plumber shut the water off but was unable to get to the leak until the water in the crawl space had been mitigated. Ashley and Christina were able to help get crew members Jeston and Paul there late on a Friday so things would be dry and ready for the plumber to make emergency repairs the following day on Saturday. Their help during such late hours was much appreciated.

Isaiah, the project coordinator, took time to explain facets of the restoration process and delays to expect due to weather. Appreciated his support and understanding and regular progress updates. Zane, a subsequent coordinator, checked in with me to schedule a meeting with Zoltan to review the substantially completed project and to ensure there were no small tasks that could be addressed. Zane was patient and quick to reply to my questions.

Zoltan was very gracious and I was surprised to learn about how much of the job he had done exclusive sheet rock and painting. His skill and attention to detail was evident as he walked me through the house, making sure I was comfortable with the work. We identified a few small tasks and a couple big ones (putting some heavy furnishings back), and he kept me informed with photos showing he had completed items we discussed. He also touched base to send me photos showing how he had completed the final cleaning. I was very pleasantly surprised that he also cleaned a few areas that were left from a previous contractor but that I assumed I would be responsible for. His thorough and considerate discussions with me gave a nice conclusion to a very difficult time for me.

As much as I enjoyed speaking with Isaiah and Zane, Zoltan will have a soft spot in my heart for how professional, yet kind, he was. Thank you all for helping me get through this very arduous process.

My laundry room had some flooding due to a clogged drain. Zoltan was able to come out the same day (Thursday) I called to evaluate the damage and give me a quote after business hours. I called back on Friday and asked if they could get me on the schedule. Juston come out Monday to remove the flooring and set up fans. After the floor was dry Zoltan came out and used flooring I had on hand. He did an amazing job not only replacing the flooring and molding but also caulking the top giving it a more finished look (the base board in my laundry room looks better than the rest of my house) He also notice the transition piece from my kitchen to the garage was loose, so he reattached it for me. Using ServePro was a great decision they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

After working with this team on a prior water mitigation project about a year ago, we chose SERVPRO of South Lake Tahoe for a construction project on our townhome. Previous water damage created the need to remove the tile flooring and reinstall the electric heat mats in our master bathroom. We took this opportunity to also demo the tile floor on our main entry mud level and install heated floors down there also. SERVPRO came in, put up plastic containment to keep the dust away from the rest of the home and they even put down paper on our epoxy garage floors (per our request) to keep them protected from construction while the subs were working. WOW! Again, super impressed with Zoltan and team for coordinating and completing this project with care, timeliness and precision. We received daily photo updates, as we were not in town while the project was underway. We will always consider SERVPRO South Lake Tahoe for future construction needs!

We had both bathrooms flood and the insurance hired Servpro to come take care of the water damage. Austin got us on the schedule immediately and they went to work. Rob and Brandon did a great job with the house even with my toddlers and puppy curious about their every move.

On the few occasions that I had questions about things Ashley went out of her way to get me answers immediately. Christina made sure we were scheduled very quickly which I appreciate because having no bathroom with a potty training toddler is a NIGHTMARE!

Ashley has even gone above and beyond when it comes to getting ahold of the insurance adjuster to get payment settled since I cannot get ahold of them.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. This process has not been fun but this crew definitely made it much less stressful.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Servpro. I had an emergency situation with a toilet pipe breaking and water everywhere, and they were quick to come and assess and start the clean up. Excellent experience with this company Sergio came out first day and got drying equipment going Justin and Brandon the techs came out very professional very quick with their work and very clean, they were able to find the source of the leak, and now we are drying out.I would definitely recommend.

In the midst of my home flooding I couldn’t imagine anything else being positive. I called Servpro and spoke with the kindest, calming woman (Christina?). I felt like she came along side me and put her arm around me and said it’s going to be okay. I knew then I called the best business. Every step of the process was explained in layman’s terms so I could fully understand. From turning off the water to Ryan ringing my doorbell was less than an hour. He called me back to tell me he was on his way. Ryan started right in and took care of business even though it was late in the evening. He didn’t leave until everything was in its place. As the blowers were blowing and the dehumidifier was sucking up the moisture, Ryan called or came by to check on the progress. Never did I feel lost or confused anymore.
Isaiah came to give us a fair quote to put the walls, insulation and rug back. He kept in touch with my husband regularly and then Zoltan came to do the actual work. What respectful gentlemen! Always communicating and respectful of our home and possessions. If you have any doubts, don’t worry about this crew.

Ashley was amazing she kept me updated constantly so I always knew what was going on! Rob came over right on time and handled it promptly and thoroughly theu were great couldn't have asked for better service!

The back of my house, including the deck and French door was badly deteriorated by rain and snow, causing moisture damage to exterior and interior of my home. Zoltan did all the work in a very professional, timely and determined manner. He is very skilled in all the arts of construction/repair as well as talking to people. Zoltan installed beautiful new doors that will last forever, repaired the underpinnings of the deck and finished exterior and interior paint, all with great attention to quality and detail. After dealing with the overwhelming winter of 2022-23, our home's roof (like many others) had an ice dam form, and a good amount of water damage ensue as a result. Servpro came in to mitigate the water damage, and while it was hard to watch walls, flooring, baseboards and window frames get removed, I was ASTOUNDED by the level of care, caution, and surgical like precision that went into the demo work they did. I have done many remodels on homes in the past, and 99% of contractors/tradesmen treat demo work like a WWE wrestling match. Servpro treated it like neurosurgery. In particular, and with MUCH THANKS, Zoltan Kolhasz is a genius! I have NEVER seen anyone take as much care and treat me with as much respect as him. He cared greatly about the results being perfect and that I was happy with the work. He made precision cuts in the walls and floor, limited collateral damage, saved everything that was good, and made fixing things later much easier. Because of how well he treated my mitigation, I re-hired him/them to do the build back. And they knocked it out of the park...AGAIN! I have ZERO complaints. They went above and beyond. Just when I thought it couldn't get better than Zoltan, the project manager for my rebuild (who is new to the company) Isaiah Day, came into the picture and made the whole experience even better. His level of care, consideration, thoughtfulness, and communication are simply not found in the trades anymore. If I was a billionaire, and could somehow make Zoltan and Isaiah mine for all my construction needs, I would do it at any price. These guys are the best I have ever experienced in the business. And I have done many projects on many homes over the years. Special Thanks to Joe Mack as well. While I didn't interact enough with him, his painting and woodwork are top notch! Thank you guys from the bottom of mine and my family's heart. We will think of you and your work fondly for many years to come and you will be the first I call if things arise in the future. Great service. We had potential water damage from a leak on the roof. Sergio and his helper came out and got everything pulled put quickly to assess damage. Then Zoltan came out to reinstall everything, including sheetrock (ceiling and wall), insulation (ceiling and wall) all baseboard and trim. Textured and painted it. Looks better than before. In all, everything was done in the matter of days and back to normal. Excellent service and very professional. Zoltan is a master at his craft of restoring things to new. Zoltan is fantastic! He is a highly skilled craftsman in the construction trades; who is extreme quick, efficient, and organized! Zoltan is extremely good at giving instructions to other workers who have fewer skills; as well as, to subcontractors on the job. Often he makes suggestions to them for more efficient use of space and materials. No matter how many other commitments that he has, he takes the time to answer any questions that I may have and always explains what he has done each day before he leaves. During the past five years, Zoltan has worked on projects in my home three times. Once was a major water damage from the second floor to first floor destroying flooring and. ceiling that required total replacement of the upstairs floor, downstairs ceiling, as well as lights and wiring; next was a remodel of my entire downstairs bathroom changing from an old-fashioned tub shower to a handicapped walk-in shower/tub for the elderly; plus the addition of a kitchen so I could live self-contained on the first floor and not need to walk upstairs. Currently, he is working on modernizing two of the upstairs bathrooms. As mentioned above: Zoltan is fantastic!!

SERVEPRO is fantastic!! I recently worked with them, Joe S. specifically, to remodel a bedroom and bathroom area in my home. The purpose was to upgrade the living spaces that my teenage uses. Joe and his team were timely, responsive, smart, and considerate. I highly recommend using their services!!

During the epic snow season in Tahoe this year we had not one but two water intrusions in our house. Zoltan came quickly to inspect the first leak, and then came back again when we found out we had another leak! He actually stopped by late in the evening after a job just to take care of us, which I think was above and beyond, and we truly appreciate that! His team then proceeded to do a full mitigation. Super impressed with SERVPRO's ability to fit us into a tight schedule when we found a leak. We've used SERVPRO before and had great results working with Zoltan, so specifically asked for him to assist with this unusual issue. The leak was coming from an upper deck into a downstairs bedroom but we couldn't find the actual CAUSE of the leak and had impending bad weather on the way. Zoltan came immediately, brainstormed a way to tarp off the deck to withstand the elements (wind, snow, rain) and completed the project within 1 afternoon. Looking forward to working with SERVPRO - and Zoltan specifically - to find and remediate the leak and the damage it has caused once the weather clears up and all the snow melts!

He was very professional and talked me off the ledge then he sent a crew to clean up the water damage. Zoltan and his crew have saved me hours of worry. Just before this last storm within hours of contacting him, he was at our house clearing our roof of the snow and tarping it to protect it from further damage. Servpro did an outstanding job! Local PUD floods 1st floor of house and crawl space with over 6" of raw sewage. Servpro remediated damage and repaired house (removed all mold, replaced Sheetrock, remodeled bathroom, replaced all kitchen cabinets, redid granite countertops, replaced heater and ducking, replaced all flooring, painted interior, installed new heater and ducking, and required plumbing & electrical. The house is in like new condition!

We were able to quickly get Zoltan on-site to review our concerns and the actual work started almost immediately after, which was much sooner than we'd anticipated (and greatly appreciated!) given the difficulties we've faced finding someone in the area to handle the work we needed done.

Everything from the initial consultation through the completion of the project went extremely smoothly: Zoltan is extremely knowledgeable and thorough; he and his workers are committed to doing quality work and kept things very tidy (cleaning up at the end of each day). Zoltan even coordinated with another company to handle some work to re-coat a deck, which eliminated the need for us to figure that part out on our own. The entire process and project was seamless! I had no problem going about my normal day while they completed projects both inside and outside the house.

Overall, Zoltan shows a remarkable dedication to his work and his customers, which is truly unique and for which we are incredibly grateful. On top of that, working with Christina and Sarah (from the Servpro office) to get our questions answered and eventually to coordinate details and payment was easy, prompt, and pleasurable!

We will definitely be reaching out to Servpro to work with Zoltan and crew again for future house needs.

I don't know the title of the lady I spoke with, but Tony was her name. I called inquiring about a position they were hiring for. After a 20 minute conversation about past work experience, knowledge of what they do, and just building some rapport, I was rudely cut off and hung up on. I simply wanted to know what their beginning pay rate was. Tony avoided answering the question for the last 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile I answered all of hers. I guess she and Servpro don't want good help.
