Jaime is the ONLY contractor I would hire for future construction/structural projects. In the spring of 2023, like many other homes in the area, we experienced water damage and leaking after a record breaking winter. The issues with our flat roof and entryway were not straightforward, but luckily, Jaime came through for us with tons of expertise and a broad range of skill sets.

After working with some questionable contractors in the Tahoe area previously, working with Jaime was like night and day. He was timely, honest, respectful, and communicative. He even went to bat for us with our insurance company, as we were having trouble getting them to cover the costs. We finally got our costs covered, and we are more than happy with the end results. We have a new sliding glass door, flat roof, and railings that look amazing. Hire Jaime!

During the pandemic I had the opportunity to work with Better Built Tahoe in remodeling a bathroom and helping with some deferred maintenance. He exceeded my expectations and delivered more than I was expecting in less time than he quoted. Definitely calling when it is time to do the next bathroom!
