H & S construction is now 203 LLC and we purchased a home from them last year.

It took 11 months to get a handle for master bathroom cabinet.

Multiple cracked tiles in showers in two bathrooms.

Cracking throughout the walls in the home.

A driveway that had more curves (rutting) than a super model.

Absolutely unprofessional customer service when we had issues, continuously deflecting responsibility of issues on the home owner.

I would not recommend buying a home from 203 LLC.

We have had to get the contractor board involved and they still stick by their same terrible customer service strategy.
