I hadn’t used a property management for years and I was very stressed calling management companies to look at properties. They really weren’t interested in showing you rentals or helping you find a place. Or many times they said there was a waiting list on every property. It seemed like such a hassle. When I contacted Amber to see a rental that Northern Nevada property management had available, she was very responsive to my emails and texts. She allowed us to walk through the property and see it as soon as possible. She made this stressful time and move a whole lot easier. She is very professional and accommodating. She helped me out so much when things took an unexpected turn with my roommate randomly moving out a day before rent was due and with two months left on my lease. She was very sympathetic and understanding and did everything that she could to help me get through my lease Without having to evict me. Because clearly I was not able to afford the rent here on my own. It does suck that I’m having to move out of this property because it was a beautiful house with a great view. I will say when my fence was about falling over they did an amazing job with getting a couple contractors out here to get a quote and within a couple days I had somebody out here fixing the fence. I stayed in a property managed by NNPM for approximately a year. From the very beginning I was really stressed with the way a lot of management companies were taking my rental applications and large processing fees, but with no follow through. I have decided credit and made enough money but nobody was even respectful enough to verbally deny me.

Upon contacting NNPM, I was treated with decency and respect. Koah, in particular made sure I had somewhere to go. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of. This behavior continued the entirety of the year I lived there.

I’m very grateful that we rented from NNPM, and I personally believe they are a step above everyone I’ve ever rented from.

We applied for a rental with this company. After a week of not hearing whether we were approved for the property or not, I decided to call on a Friday afternoon and ask if a decision had been made. I was told they decided to go with another applicant. Here it is Monday and they still have the rental listed on Zillow and their website for rent. I think this company is scamming people for application fees. Given this bad experience, I will not be applying to rent through this company in the future nor recommend them.

I was so frustrated with trying to find a place. When I started looking I was 2300 miles away. As a last resort I reached out to Ink and within a week they had me approved and moved in to the most gorgeous place. Thanks so much Amber!

Northern Nevada Property Management by RE/MAX has been taking care of my two property's in Carson City for many years and has done a super job. They solve problems before I even know about them. I had some tenants that I had to give notice to that didn't want to leave and I would not have been able to get them to move out without Matt and Josh's knowledge of Nevada law and the eviction process.
