Jayden and Andrew were prompt, patient, and kind. They explained everything well to me (and my young, inquiring children). We used them for air duct cleaning. Excellent service — would recommend!

We recently had some serious water damage at our house. The entire crew of SERVPRO of Cape Girardeau & Scott Counties went out of their way to make sure the damage was quickly mitigated. They went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were restored better than they were before the damage. I would highly, highly recommend them for any type of water damage repair and property restoration!

Waisted 300 dollars. they were suppose to clean my living room carpet. a young boy working his 1st day while the older man supervised. The young boy pulled the hose across the carpet when leaving and left long hose streak on carpet and did not get the carpet clean. Will never use these idiots again.

Like others who have experienced the effects of a hurricane with water surge, we were numbed by the shock of the devastation and our inexperience in handling such matters. Grasping at straws, we found ServPro online and the advance team arrived in time to save us from becoming victims of a scammer!
The estimate was fair and they held to the maximum price quoted even when work was found to be more extensive. Mac, Adam and Richard plus their crew were professional, responsive and quite personable to deal with. They patiently answered all our questions, even when repeated, and made us feel that they were really on our side in dealing with this catastrophe. They gave us peace of mind that the damages were treated properly and we could move forward with putting our home back together.

Servpro did a great job cleaning up the horrible grease fire mess we had in our kitchen. Ronnie and Debbie worked together like a well oiled machine and we're so polite and professional. I personally recommend that everyone ask for them. You will get 150 percent. They cleaned my carpet so great and brought out colors I have never seen because it has never been so clean before. I have really bad dust allergies and when they cleaned the air ducts it was absolutely amazing how much better the air flow and breathable the air was. It is truly amazing how they can clean rooms stained from black smoke from corner to corner "Just like it never happened"

Good price for cleaning my carpets (cheaper than Stanley steamer). Niki worked on my carpets and they look brand new! She did an amazing job plus was super funny and friendly. Highly suggest anyone to request her if you can!

Ronnie and Keith did a great job working around me and my two cats. They were knowledgeable and polite, and i can feel a big difference in the quality of air, i don't feel like i'm inhaling someone else's gross anymore and best part is no more cigarette smells!

I had my carpet cleaned by servpro my carpet was very dirty and I thought it would not get very clean but they cleaned my carpet and it looks like a new carpet the guys where very polite and respectful I was very pleased with the outcome of the job. I recommend this company to anyone.

I continue to use Servepro first because they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I have used them for three projects in the past two years with flawless service. Also they sent me a hand written note of thanks and called me to make sure I was satisfied. They cleaned my couch which unknown to me when I purchased it could not be steam cleaned, but chemically cleaned. Secondly my entire home flooded and ruined my hardwood floors, they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was done professionally, promptly and perfectly! Third due to my allergies they told me about how important cleaning my ducts were. I was shocked at how affordable it was and what a difference it made in my home. They also did food donations to our community via COVID-19, and their staff volunteers in community outreach. I highly recommend them.

Shout out to Tracey and Colton and the rest of the staff. They cleaned our church after fire damage and later after a flood in the basement. Servpro also clean the carpets in my home. I'm getting ready to call again they get my carpets cleaned even though we have two large dogs.

They were able to come out at five p.m. to do a water cleanup. Very professional and answered all our questions...
