Had two old trees falling apart, needed to come down. We had some issues with scheduling, but they were easy to communicate with, very helpful. They day of the job, showed up early, worked all day. My wife and I were both very impressed. Skill and professionalism.

I requested a free estimate to have 2 dead trees removed from my yard. Chris reached out quickly, offered a fair price, and the crew was able to come the very next day to remove the trees. They had everything removed and cleaned up in a little over an hour! It had just rained the night before so I had some minor yard damage, but nothing that was difficult to fix. Overall great experience from this company.

We contacted them back in March & Chris, who is an arborist, came out & looked at our trees. We just wanted a trim, but he recommended removing one smaller tree because the larger one had a disease & the smaller one was zapping the nutrients from the big one. Tony & his crew came out & did a great job. (Bonus points for the amazing woman employee that worked harder than anyone out there!) We had a small issue with the grinding of the stump & not putting some things back in their place & called Chris. He came over immediately & solved the issues. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

In between two damaging severe thunderstorms a very large tree started falling on my father-in-law’s garage and carport.
Our family needed emergency tree removal !!We contacted Advanced Tree Service because it would be a very involved tree removal around power lines and the structures. Advanced Tree Service allowed an online tree removal contract after hours until they showed up promptly early the next morning. Then we signed the permanent contract. The courteous owner and crew that removed the tree were exceptionally professional and quick to remove all the debris. They truly came to our rescue and we appreciate the fantastic service!!

Probably the best customer service I have received from any company in any category in years. Started with a consultation and quote with a certified arborist. Then Tony and his showed up to remove a giant oak and did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly and professional - and when they finished the site was clean! Would absolutely recommend!

This team did amazing work. They fell a 50 foot tree and had it cleaned up and out of here in just over two hours. The owner is a standup guy and is out there working his butt off with the rest of his crew. You don’t see that every day. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree trimming services. We will definitely use them again for any of our trees on our property.

I have previously used Advanced in 2019 for tree removal, that experience was exceptional, great communication before, during, and after. I reached back out for additional services in 2023 where I was met with the exact opposite communication. After calling for a qoute, the communication with the employee was overly pushy and essentially refusing to end the call until I made an appointment after throughly expressing I was not ready to have the tree dropped, it was like talking with a used car salesman. For that reason I went with a different company, later communicating I no longer needed their services. The employee calls me two more times over two weeks saying he didn't receive my communication. Although the services was fantastic in 2019, 2023 was not something I would recommend.

Excellent company! They came up to Iowa and helped us out substantially during the 2020 derecho where we had extensive damage! Well equipped for any circumstances I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys did amazing! I cannot even express how much it meant to me to have their service. They were able to get some very tall and old trees away from the house. No more squirrels running from tree to tree via the roof. He even sent me pictures of the process for memories. The quote for 3 full tree removals and a TON of limbs, as well as clean up was so reasonable! I highly recommend them!

Top notch company. These folks are very professional and friendly. They showed up on site and went right to work. Our tree was removed and yard was cleaned in less than an hour. We enjoyed seeing how they removed the tree and got rid of the stump. I would hire them again.

The massive pin oak tree in my backyard was 3/4 over the house. Yet, the master tree man was able to chop the huge branches off without mishap. The tree was near a wooden deck. No damage. The massive crane did some damage to the lawn, but it is minor, and could easily be fixed. The main point is, the tree was located in a very tight spot, on a sloping ground, and still the guy was able to remove it without any damage. Amazing! I highly recommend the Advanced Tree.

Advanced Tree people cut another massive tree in my backyard on 12/8/23/ They did a great, thoroughly professional job. These are people of integrity. My recommendation is without any reservation. Go for it.

A friend of mine used advance tree removal and he invited me to come and watch them. I was so impressed by the professional way they conducted themselves that I was moved to write a review. It was a smooth operation a very difficult tree removal they made it look simple. I will definitely be using them in the future and telling others about them.

Contracted them to have 2 medium sized dead trees, 1 medium sized live tree and 2 extremely large live oak trees removed that were all very close to the house. The entire team they brought showed up with amazing equipment and worked very precisely and very hard to get it all done in a single day. Everything was hauled off and cleaned up beyond expectation. The contracted price was definitely worth the value of such a well prepared and organized operation.

Chris came out to give me an estimate on cutting down two very big trees. He was very informative & helpful, answered all my questions. Chris informed me of a financing/loan option that was very helpful. When Tony, Tammy, & Kyle came out to cut the trees down, they had all the equipment & machines needed for the job. The crew worked very well together. They even took the limb/branch that had fallen earlier with them & left my yard clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I requested a quote on a tree trim job. I had to remind the estimator of my appointment that he did not show up for. I then accepted the quote (which seemed high, but I needed it done) and no one showed up to do the work on the day it was scheduled. I called and was told it was out of their control they did not show up because the weather was bad, which I would understand, but no one called to inform me they would not make it. So I tried to reschedule, but again wasn’t called back. Absolutely awful way to do business.

Tony and his crew did an excellent job taking out an 80 foot tall tulip poplar that was close to my house and trimmed up a large maple. He and his crew were courteous, professional and stayed after it until the job was done. They were responsive to getting a bid and got the job done within 7 days. I would highly recommend Advanced Tree Service...job well done!

Tony and his crew came to our town to help with the removal and clean up after a Derecho storm that hit our area. We called a local Tree Service company (Horizon Tree) and were turned over to Advanced Tree Service.

They sent their Estimator to us and we agreed to have Advanced do the work, remove two trees, one pine about 25ft and one large maple and to have the stumps ground.

The crew showed up late in the afternoon shortly after 5PM. They looked over the trees, discussed a plan of action and went to work. The Pine tree went first and then the big maple. Each member of the crew knew what their job was and they did it very efficiently. They removed the limbs and roped them from over the houses. Limb by limb the tree came down until just the trunk remained. While the limbs were coming down the crew was using their equipment to pick up and run everything through the chipper. The main trunk was dropped and cut into manageable pieces and loaded on a truck.While the large pieces were loaded the crew raked and used their equipment to clean the yard.

In just under 3 hours they took down the trees and cleaned up the mess.
Two days later they were there to grind out the stumps and again they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.

I would highly recommend Advanced Tree Service to anyone in need of tree and stump removal.

I contacted Advanced Tree Service about a troublesome tree i was wanting cut down. I was shocked to receive a call back within 10 minutes. They did a great job removing the tree and all traces of the debris were gone. They sent my invoice via text so i could even pay online. Very polite and professional group of guys. I would recommend Advance Tree Service and i will definitely use them again.

Tony and his crew did a great job. I had several ash trees with ash bore near my shop and leaning in the wrong direction. They took all of them down safely cleanly. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Amazed at how little lawn damage that was there considering the hill it was on and the rain we’ve had. Doubt I’ll be able to notice he was there after I mow.

Much quicker and cleaner than the two other tree guys I’ve used in the area. I can’t imagine calling anyone else in the future.

My review is long long overdue by a couple years with life getting busy and such. But let me say Advanced Tree Service was top of the line. Came out promptly and quoted a price the day I called. Well below others I might add. They cut the entire tree down in one day and ground the stump. Did I mention how huge this tree was?I elected to have them grind the stump, enormous, but not to haul off the chips left from it. Upon realizing how huge the pile of chipped stump was left, I called and asked if they could go ahead and get it up. They showed back up the next day and removed the remaining debris promptly. If I ever need any tree work done again anywhere, Advanced will be my first and only phone call.

Could not have asked for a more professional service nor a better job done. Showed up at the time they stated they would and with a large crew and tons of equipment to remove a big pecan tree from my backyard without access. No access? No problem...for their 110' crane. They simply extended the crane over the house to the tree from my driveway and removed it with the skill and conscientious safety you would hope for. In and out in no time. Except for not having the tree anymore, you wouldn't know they'd even been there. YES! I would absolutely, 100% recommend them and I plan on using them again very soon for an even bigger oak tree in the front yard.

Tony and the guys showed up and in one afternoon removed several huge trees, trimmed others and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Tony and his crew are very professional. They did a great job removing a poplar and a very old walnut tree. I would highly recommend them.

Toni was really quick to respond and come out to gave me an estimate on four trees in my yard. Two were in tricky locations right next to the house, garage, and fence. They contacted me the day before to let me know they were coming in the morning which they arrived right at 8am. They had two crane trucks to pull out the trees instead of dropping the trees. This was really amazing because they were able to lift the tree over the garage. They also were able to move the power lines that were going right through the branches of two of the trees. When they finished they cleaned up the mess and explained how to treat the stumps. They finished the job in 5 hours. I was very impressed with their work and the fair price. They were professional, nice, timely, and had the right equipment for the job. I would recommend them for any job you may have.

Tony and his team were great. I thought it would take them several days to take that big sycamore down in Bell City. They had it done in 7 hours and for a fair price. I would recommend advanced tree to everyone I know. Thanks again Tony awesome job.

Two words" Hurricane Florence". Here in Eastern NC we are devastated with destruction and many of the local tree companies and even some from out of town are only here to make a fast buck and rip off homeowners. I called Advanced Tree Service for advice after a large, rotted branch fell on our home. Having to deal with the insurance company and repairs for that was enough to make me never want to go through that again.

The owner, Tony, called me back promptly after I left a voicemail and even met with me the same day. Tony’s professional assessment and opinions made us feel very confident in his work and abilities. He provided a competitive estimate via email that very same day as well.

Three days later, Tony and his staff were hard at work taking down two massive tress and trimming a third. Advanced Tree Service was safe and professional the entire time, keeping us informed of everything they were doing.

They worked diligently after the trees were removed and trimmed to clean up the mess left behind. They grinded the stumps, filled in holes, and ensured the twigs/leaves/branches were all taken care of.

I highly recommend Advanced Tree Service. They will be the first we call for tree service in the future.

Tony and crew took out 6 black walnuts for us. When I called for estimate, he came promptly and provided email estimate that afternoon. Communication by phone, email, and text were all quick to respond. Every effort was made to mitigate the impact on our yard as they hauled out the 3 massive ones from the backyard. They were careful of alley power lines. The 3 smaller ones were in a narrow part of land in between my house and a neighbors. They took them without incident and worked efficiently. Excellent equipment and the climber is fascinating to watch. Lastly they took a large dead branch off of a large oak over the driveway. They took precautions to protect my pavement from the branch. I’m very happy and will recommend them to friends and family! Also with at least 20 more trees on the property, I’m sure they will be back for trimming in he future!
