Jake and his crew were highly professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job.

Jake has exhibited exceptional integrity throughout the process (I first spoke with him about it well over a year ago). They don't use high pressure sales tactics like some solar companies do (scammers is more accurate) and have extremely competitive pricing with top of the line equipment options and different capacities on setup.

Jake was great about answering dozens and dozens of questions about everything and being transparent about the process and options. Jake has a bachelor's degree from Southeast in Sustainable Energy Systems and knows the industry very well.

Jake and his team were great. He ran through a number of options and we came up with plan that worked very well for us. He navigated the permitting process with skill. Installation was quick and painless. I just received my 1st bill after the system was turned on and the savings are adding up just like the projections he offered. So glad I went with a local company that does everything they way things should be done!

Overall just a great experience. Jackson Solar is a local company and they were always available to answer questions and confirm dates. Everyone has been very professional and polite - from the owner to the installation team. their quote was very competitive (and yes we obtained quotes from several different companies that service our area). We asked tons of questions and never felt pressured or that we were taking too much time to decide. Great communication during the pre-install period, during the installation, and post installation. Jackson Solar worked with our electric company to ensure their workflow was scheduled and provided documents as requested to facilitate approval. The work has been completed with purpose and with a minimum of disruption. So far (and it is winter) we have great power production & monitoring software.

Jacob and his crew handled everything while we were on vacation! It went perfectly. Love the system, love the battery, they wired it in where I needed it and with the massive rate increases we're seeing with the electric company, it's well worth every penny to get some independence. Not only did they do a great job but they were also $12,000 less than the next bid we received... I appreciated how they had standard pricing, not the "let me see your electric bill so I can make you loan around the same amount" BS that everyone else does. Straightforward, up front, and we're looking to use them on a couple commercial properties we own next.

We had quotes from other solar companies and felt like we were being sold a new car pushed financing(needed for what they wanted) and little to knowledge about the actual solar system and how it works beyond what you could get in a brochures.

Jacob with Jackson solar was completely different in all the best ways . He was very professional and easy to talk to without any of the pressure or pushiness we had experienced, on top of this his price which are readily available on his website (no one else had prices listed that we could find) and they were half the price of any quote we received. I'm a fairly tech savvy individual and have connection's in the power industry on top of heavily research anything I'm going to buy.The products he has are as high of quality as it gets in the industry and have the warranty to match that!

Like i said the sales experience was very easy even given are communication issues (my fault not his) and the instillation (permits and approvals from power company actual on site time is only a few days)thought it takes some time is all well explained beforehand ,The actual on site installation is straightforward and pretty unobtrusive to you in your house , he was very cautions about not damaging are roof (it was brand new) , it only took 3 days to complete are install and would have been faster had it not been 100+ every day of the installation .

Once installed and the power company completed thing on there end he show us how to use the app set up everything for monitoring and has been in touch frequently to monitor the system as we had a small issue (not the panels but shade from an antenna nothing with the solar system) the follow up communication and support have been top notch and if you read the first line yes we average a $175 a month electric bill but are last bill was $4 at that rate of return we will pay for the system in less the 7 years so we comfortably will have paid for the system in the estimated 10-12 years!!!

If You want solar Jackson solar is the only Choice in the SEMO area!

I recommend Jackson Solar LLC because they have the best prices in the area and they are honest and ethical. They don't just sell you a system, they make sure you are fully educated on what you are purchasing, as they are formally educated on solar. The person that sold me the system, Jake, is also the same person that did the entire install. I can definitely see a difference in my utility bill which has only been $9 for the last 2 months. Jackson Solar LLC will back up what they sell so if something goes wrong they will fix it. 10/10 recommend

Jackson Solar did an awesome job installing our solar panels. They walked us through the design and the expected monthly savings and handled all of the permitting and paperwork. We just got our first bill back and we actually saved more than we were expecting. Very organized, very fair priced, and very professional. 1st choice for solar installations by far!
