Purdy and Francisco were very friendly and polite. They did an excellent job and were very easy to work with.

We got a great quote immediately after requesting one, and they took time to talk through the entire project with us rather than grab measurements and leave. We needed commercial gutters for a portion of the house, and they still acquired and installed them quickly. Our 1950-build house even looks a bit younger now that they're up!

The sale of this gutter system was a failure. I have had them back at least 6 times , since installation, to try to mitigate repetative overflow from my gutters. The sales pitch included the claim that the system can handle 11 inches an hour. I have rain run-over that is coming into my porch past awnings and soaking the carpeting when ever it rains. It is particularly bad with a heavy rain. It seems to me that they wanted to sell me a system for $10,000 more than they wanted to fix my gutter problems. I have video's of 4 different locations that either run over past the gutter or behind the gutter and running off my soffit. So much for guarantees. Do not purchase. Thanks. S. The installers were very professional, competent, and efficient in their work. They really knew their raft. The materials were top notch. pricing was very reasonable and fair. Office staff and job site planners (especially Buddy who did the estimate, Kyle who appraised me of the moment to moment status of the planned job, and Ryan who scheduled and followed-up on the job) were incredibly courteous, responsive, and overall great to engage in this job process. The finished product looks great and after our first major storm this past week, works as intended, without any leaks. Looks good and a definite upgrade to our property. Will be enthusiastically sharing this information and a positive recommendation with other friends and neighbors who may be interested in having new gutters at their home!

These guys truly are great at gutters. When the silver maple tree out back shed about a billion helicopters this Spring, Gutter Guys came to the rescue. They were quick and responsive and worked with my schedule. They did a thorough job of cleaning the gutters and even removed some fallen branches on the roof. Best part of it all, they disposed of the waste and charged a reasonable amount. I will be calling them next year for a repeat performance.

Look no further than the Gutter Guy's! After being told no by several other companies because my gutters need straps and too many trees on other side Buddy gave me a great estimate and the guys came and did all work and then gave me a tour of their work! Porch first then rest of house words can not express how Beautiful everything thing looks now!

We had gutter guards installed by this company, and we were so impressed. We've had water drainage issues since we moved in, but now when it rains, you can barely tell on the roof. No water spills over - it all flows exactly where it's supposed to. Allison and her team were totally professional, careful and thorough. I wish we'd done this sooner - it would have saved a lot of work on leaks over the past few years!

I’m a senior citizen and I just had new gutters put on by the “gutter guys” the team included Melvin and David. They were so nice to me. They explained everything and went above and beyond to make me happy. They did an excellent job, very neat and the job looks wonderful! I am very satisfied. I’m so glad I went with this company. Chris and his crew were great! I have multiple buildings on the farm that all need regular maintenance with lots of gutter. They were careful and respectful of the property and horses!

Absolutely never calling them again. Workers left all the trash, didn’t clean the gutter with water and actually didn’t clean all gutters. Save your money. Never use them again.

They have been cleaning our gutters/roof for years and always do an excellent job. In fact, one year they alerted us to a hole in the roof thar we would not have noticed. Highly recommend their company.

We highly recommend The Gutter Guys for your gutter maintenance, repair or replacement. The estimator suggested a solution to fixing a rain gutter system on a townhouse that had not been keeping rainwater away from our foundation. The office scheduled the work quicker than the estimated date. The crew performed the work quickly. We thank Ryan for pointing out the challenges the crew faced due to the poor original construction, explaining a solution, and getting the project done. He even followed up on his day off to make sure everything was done per our agreement. We will call them again!

So let’s start with I have a 1890 Victorian that multiple different companies gave me outrageous quotes for. Was even in contract with one and they came out to do the job and decided to throw a bunch of randomness at us. While in contract still, I called gutter guys to come out and take a look, we ended the contract with other company immediately. Buddy showed up to do our estimate, he was very knowledgeable and he even climbed up on the roof to check things out and ensure me that they could get the job done. Buddy was very informant and easy to get a hold of after signing. Ryan the project manager was responsive and handled the job well. The crew that came out did an awesome job and were very respectful and clean. Our house got 6k gutters and gutter guards where needed. Not only does it look great but the price came in better than any other company we had look and we got gutter guards! Other companies wanted 2 times the price and no gutter guards!

Nate and Ryan from The Gutter Guys came out today. They were pleasant, courteous, and most importantly, very thorough - including the clean-up. There are a lot of trees on our property, and they aced the job. Much appreciated.

We first used the Gutter Guys several years ago when we needed to remediate water and stucco issues. Due to poor design of our house, we needed larger gutters and guards around most of the house, including areas where water was converging from several areas. We worked with Ryan Wise throughout. Ryan is always super responsive, easy to work with, professional, and always provides various options without having to oversell on the most expensive option. Ryan helped us with not only the gutter guards, but also additional design changes to ensure water is diverted to different areas. Since the work is guaranteed for life, Ryan and team have come several times to make small remediations for small areas of concern that we've noticed. While no one wants to spend money for gutter work, it has been worth it for piece of mind and we have seen a noticeable difference since the install, especially during heavy rainfall. We highly recommend.

Just disappointed. I have had problems with the work they have performed 4 times in less than a year. I work in car service industry, I understand that sometimes things happen and I accept that. However, every time I look at the work they did, something else seems to appear. I would understand if it was a broken item or just from wear and tear... but that isn't the case. They have come out each time to there credit and fix the issues at no charge, but I should have to keep bringing issues up to them. Worried about what will happen as the work they did ages. My sales person has always been help and understanding. I have sent all the photos to her each time. Not sure what to do other then keep messaging them... maybe should ask for some type of money back. Overall problem, nothing seems to be cut properly, as the cut lines are still on some of the product they installed and there are gaps all over that don't match.

If you are in the market for a great gutter business, search no more! From our initial conversation about concerns all the way through to execution, the Gutter Guys hit it out of the park. We were about to list our house on the market and needed some honest good work done. We had a great reference to speak with Ryan W, and wow! He made it a point to swing by and discuss what we needed, the options, and the step by step process. After the team came and all the work was completed, we were so satisfied and thankful for everything! The work was spot on, the service was professional, we were over the moon satisfied with this company! Thank you Ryan & Team!!

These guys are affordable, fast and installed a superior quality product. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for new gutters.

- Installed the wrong size downspouts for a 6” gutter system; Basement has flooded more often with new system than previous system (Pics provided)
- Company took deposit money for months with no updates
- Sales guy Ryan W. ceased communication for months after down payment was received
- Shoddy install with metal & organic debris strewn about property where young child plays
- Largest section of gutter system failed 4 months after install (See attached photos)
- Of the seven sections of gutter installed, five needed repair/replacing
- Gutter Guys would then not replace the failed section even though it was clearly compromised
- Contract has three-year warranty labor & parts; company has stopped honoring that
- Have placed over a dozen calls looking to speak to the owner, Rich Coghan. He has never returned my call. Let’s Misty, Oksana, and (now) Jennifer handle unhappy clients.

Don't waste your money. I hired this company to clean my gutters since it seemed obvious by their name that would be their specialty. On the day of cleaning I saw them drive by but realized they never stopped at my house. I looked out and they are on a ladder looking at my neighbors gutter. I walked out and one of the guys said..."oh are you house #27". I have house numbers on both my house and mailbox as does my neighbor. So first strike, if I had not been home I would have paid for my neighbor to get his gutter cleaned since they require payment info in advance. Their gutter cleaning consisted of spraying hose and if water came out downspout they considered it not needing cleaning, second strike. I had a spot in the back of my house that was really clogged, overflowed and leaked into basement...guess what it still does, third strike. I basically wasted every cent I gave them.

They came out and installed gutter guards for my house. The gutters work great but the crew left a mess for me to clean up. They say they had no access to water but the hose bib was right there and turned on. I'm disgusted with the mess they left me. I'll never have them back. What you see in the photo is their version of "Swept Up".

Al and Will from Gutter Guys came out to clean my gutters today and I was very happy with their service. I have gutter guards and one of them had gotten clogged with roofing debris from when my roof was replaced. They cleaned out the debris, but then they surprised me by cleaning off all my gutter guards of sap and other tree gunk that was on the outside of my gutters, then blew off my deck and sidewalks too. They went above and beyond, and did it on a really hot day!

Greg and Dustin cleaned the gutters for us on 12-5-20. They did a good job. The weather was cold though. I wish the schedule could be on an earlier date, such as in late Nov for my area.

Even though I did not appreciate being woken to the sound of loud banging on my window they were very nice people and did good work.

I have had the Gutter Guy’s gutter guard system on one of my gutters for over three years. I’ve had no issues and have been very pleased with it, so much so that I’m having them install their guards on the entire back of my home. This has been a great company to work with.

The company did not show up for the second time! The first week I was told that I had the wrong week (which I did not) and after giving them a second chance, they were a no show again even after I got a confirmation email. When I called the office which is what the confirmation text advises if there is a question or problem, , the message states they only have office hours Monday-Friday. So if you have scheduled work on a Saturday, you are out of luck if they are a “no show”. Don’t use this company!

Just hit two months without a call back about an estimate for new gutters. I called 4 times and was promised a call back each time. I guess they were too busy or didn’t want my business. Poor customer service imo. I called another place last week and they are replacing the gutters today.

Al and Nate arrived to clean out our gutters and quickly got to work. They didn’t leave a mess, and Al was helpful removing a screw that caused clogs.

The Gutter Guys did an outstanding job replacing the old gutters on my home. Their crew was courteous, efficient, and very thorough. The new gutters are very solid and high quality. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use again.

I called for a quote on cleaning and within a day, Allison was at my house to conduct the estimate. My gutters were very old (30+ years) and I asked her to quote me for new ones. As soon as I saw the prices, I went with the upgraded 6" gutters. The prices were VERY reasonable and on top of that, they offered SAME AS CASH financing for up to 24 months! Mind you, those gutters will be paid off well in advance of that but it was a nice buffer to have to be able to pay a little more here and a little less there (beware-make sure you are an aggressive payor, which I am, before you get into this loan because the interest rates are formidable once the payment period is up). It was easy to set up the loan through the company they work with and in exactly ONE WEEK from the time Allison was out, I had beautiful, new gutters! They even matched the extensions that go over the roof to my shingles. They look very nice and the installers worked quickly and efficiently. Allison and the office staff were very good about keeping in touch throughout the entire process. (I'll also note that my experience was during the COVID-19 pandemic but their service and performance never skipped a beat!) VERY happy with this experience and I will definitely recommend to anyone needing new gutters!

I can't say enough about these guys. Not only is the product as good as it gets, but the people are knowledgeable, and fast to respond. For instance, I had a question about a complex installation, and the workers were right on it. Not only did they have an answer, but they implemented it perfectly.

I had my Gutter Guard system installed around October 2018. Ryan Wise was my salesman and met me at my home and explained how the system would work. He was very cordial and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with ease. He set up the install date and explained the install process. Al and his crew arrived at my home to do the install on the date promised and on time. They did a great job with the install and finished quicker than I expected. The crew cleaned up any debris from the install and a little more. Which was an unexpected surprise. Had a small problem with the system this past October and had to schedule a repair to my system. Al and Nate came out to do the repair and found that it was a minor install problem (a screw came loose that caused part of the system to collapse in to the gutter.) They repaired the problem quickly and since it was not any fault of my own there was no charge for the repair under their warranty. Overall I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the prompt attention they gave to me when I had the minor problem. I would recommend Gutter Guys to anybody that would ask.

Although it sounds like a broken record, these guys rock. Had Al and Terris out to the house to clean the gutters and they did a first class job. Can't wait to see them again in the spring.

Everyone I dealt with, from the owner, Rich, to Buddy the estimator, Laura and the office staff, and the guys who performed the installation, it was a seamless, pain free, extremely pleasant and professional experience. Response time was always fast, they were reliable and on time, every time, came out in person for additional questions, and communicated exactly as I needed them to, which was often and with clear information. I could not have asked for a better, more efficient and comforting experience. Plus, they did a fantastic job and the work was impeccable. I highly recommend!

I am embarrassed for the Gutter Guys. Don’t even bother getting a quote from them to do your gutters. You’d be better off with a company that actually knows how to install gutters and is more professional to work with. The Gutter Guys have no pride in their work.

The sales person Allison was nice and appeared to be knowledgeable. But her attitude changed quickly when I called to discuss and explain why I was unhappy with the work done - she became rude and snippy. The manager Trese was also rude and insulting. I called her to ask if the crew used spray paint for any of the work, after discovering spray paint marks in the shape of a down spout on my driveway. She insisted all gutters and spouts come in the color you order and no spray paint is used or necessary. See pic 1 and decide for yourself…. I also asked Trese about one of the many issues I had with the work done, specifically with the main gutter installation. See pics 2-4. It was installed with a center peak, or bowed in the middle, leaving one end with no way to drain. It was obvious to me, a non-gutter specialist, that it was crooked and not installed correctly. She said that I was the first and only person that had gutters installed crooked and not pitched correctly. That the work done on my house was an anomaly and she has never had a customer say their gutters were crooked. (Bahahaha!) She also said the work the first crew did wasn’t that bad. “A little pitch adjustment was all that was needed,” according to the second crew. Of course I had to ask her what the second crew thought of the job done at my house. Hmmmm…. If all you do is gutters, shouldn’t the gutters be installed straight and pitched correctly the first time? Or is “not that bad” the type of service I should have expected from the Gutter Guys? If I wanted mediocre work, I would have figured out how to do the work myself! I understand gutters are technically not straight or level and they need a gradual pitch to let gravity pull the water in one direction to drain appropriately to a down spout. But what do I know??? Thank you Trese, thank you for insulting me. And now you get to deal with me for the next 3 years!!!

Only one star because they are trying to fix the issues. See pics 5-8. Oh yeah, I had to ask Trese if I was getting a refund for the work they didn’t do, which was to clean/service the gutters in the back of the house. She said I would get a refund. But I have this feeling, if I hadn’t asked, I might not have gotten a refund at all…. Just sayin.

The fix for one of the issues (see pic)… an elbow. Really? Ugly and cheap fix on Gutter Guys behalf. Should have installed a new gutter at the top with a new hole about 3 inches to the right. Ridiculous!

I had an amazing experience with The Gutter Guys! Allison was great! She was knowledgeable, and she gave me several “levels” for me to choose from. She was very conscious of my budget and my specific needs. Rather than pressuring me like most sales people, she gave me the gutter knowledge I needed and provided specific expertise, which I haven’t found with other gutter companies. Allison allowed me to make an informed decision as a homeowner. She even provided financing options, understanding that not everybody has the cash to afford brand new high quality gutters. The lifetime warranty that was offered also appealed to me. I’d rather pay more for quality and craftsmanship then settle for less than the best. The Gutter Guys offered me exactly this! I would highly recommend them to all of my relatives, neighbors, and friends!
