I got sideswiped in the roundabout on university Ave. His insurance (state farm) was on top of it right away. They sent me to IAR and they sure didn't disappoint. My car was done in less than a month and it looked brand new. I would recommend them any day!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with courtesy from the receptionist to the one who did the estimate and the manager of the establishment waa even treated well by several staff members not directly related to my case. Seeing so many smiles made my day;

Iowa Auto Rebuilders really pulled through when I got my first buck for the year! Totally wrecked the front portion of my vehicle. IAR got my vehicle right in and dealt with my insurance company to make the process as quick and painless as possible!

Hit a deer on Hwy 20. I had taken other vehicles to IAR for minor things before, but I knew this one was going to be rough. Over $9,200 in damages and a "specialty" paint color. The place my insurance wanted me to use was booked for over 4 weeks! I called IAR and they managed to work with my insurance, ask for the repairs I needed, and got them approved within a week. The paint matches beautifully, it's like it never happened. Thank you, IAR!

Unfortunately a deer hit us and we had it towed to IAR. We have had zero experience with any auto body shops in the area. We are so happy we had it towed there. They were great with communication. When we picked up our vehicle it had been detailed and looked immaculate.

Staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, easing the stress. My car was quickly repaired and I was well informed throughout the process.

Clean place and friendly staff. First time I have ever had to have this type of work done. My truck came back in great condition. I really liked that they cleaned it up so nicely. Told them that the light under the driver's side mirror was not working and I noticed the other night that it had not been addressed. Other than that all was good.

I take all of my vehicles to Iowa Auto Rebuilders simply because there’s no hassle, sales pitch or run-around. They’re professional, transparent and diligent on working to get you back in your vehicle in a timely fashion without cutting any corners. I’ll always recommend them and no one else.

They made the process of fixing my vehicle as smooth and easy as possible and were wonderful with their customer service. The nicest people you’d want to deal with in times of need like fixing a vehicle.

I was very impressed with this place! The person (wish I could remember his name) who completed the estimate was competent, thorough, and professional. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The repair was completed to perfection --- and in a timely manner. AND ... the completed cost came back lower than the estimate. (I'm sure my neighbor, who was responsible for the damage, appreciated that!). However, the coffee was cold. (It was in the afternoon.). I drank it anyway. :)

I have always come back to this business because of the great work they do but especially for the extra service excellence like cleaning the car, talking so friendly, and even leaving smelly goods in my vehicle. I was quite saddened to have service this time with no smelly goods, no rear vacuum and then the lady seemed so owlly too. Still we all have rough days.. And the work here is always good quality! But normally I would rate them a 10 star if it were possible.

If I could do more than five stars I would. This has been the best experience I’ve had with getting my car worked on. As a young female I felt respected working with Iowa Auto Rebuilders. They were very transparent on the process & the best communication I’ve had with any auto body shop. They provided me with an estimated completion date within 24 hours & finished 3 days early! They worked with my insurance and made this process a breeze! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free experience. Kristen was the one I talked to the most & she provided the best customer service!

This is not the 1st time I have used Iowa Auto Rebuilders. They are very pleasant and very service oriented. They are on the ball, do their work in a timely manner and treat you right! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Get were not comfortable working on my electric car, so I wasted an hour and had to go somewhere else that has a longer waiting list. I sent them an email with some facts about EVs. Hopefully they will come around to understanding EVs better. 8/2023

Tim and the others at Iowa Auto rebuilders once again took care of my vehicle - on the spot! The best place to go to for your auto body needs!

I was limited in choice for my ‘66 Corvette work as there’s not many who do fiberglass work. Had an estimate for work last year, however as it was coming out of my pocket, decided to hold off a while. This spring, when removing the hard top to store, a gust of wind picked it up & dropped it on the body. Due to the amount of work needed for both repairs, it was near a complete repaint. My insurance agent has used them & had recommended.
The job turned out wonderfully. Jaima took photos as I had requested & they took great attention to detail, removing components & reassembled. Many thanks to the techs, Jon, Rick, Greg, Dru, Lyle, Greg, Victor, Mitchell, Jake, as well as Jody, who kept me apprised of the progress. The only problem I had was a broken wire to the power antenna, which I’ve fixed at home.

I sort of knew when I pulled into IAR that it was the right place to trust with fixing my new 2023 Subaru. Besides the facility being immaculately clean, the staff is exceptional when it comes to customer service. They coordinated with Enterprise Rent Car so I just had to show up and everything was taken care of. My rental at Enterprise was perfect and the staff went out of their way to provide me with the best rental with a smile.

Very responsive business to work with. Detailed estimate, prompt scheduling, quality work, and great customer service! Appreciated the text message updates as to what stage our vehicle was in during the repair process. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I should I will definitely return.

They put new rims and tires on my truck and painted the side of my truck box, everything looks great and drives nice.. they staff was very helpful and communicated well. They completely dealt with the insurance company leaving me out of the middle that was great.. I recommend their service!

My wife’s vehicle was side swiped by another vehicle and we had to get some body work done and some replacement parts put on. These guys were fantastic to deal with! We told them what we needed done, they gave us a quote fast, lined up the rental and we’re able to get the work done by when they said they would. Hopefully won’t need this done again, but if we do, they’ll be the first place we call.

Jodi and JameMa were so extremely helpful. They explained everything and worked at getting me the best prices as all repairs/damage was not cover by insurance. It is difficult for me to get in and out of a car so JameMa brought everything out to my car. When it was done they went the extra mile delivered the car to my house. It was an amazingly positive experience. They were so nice and helpful it was an absolute pleasure working with them. I truly recommend them and would give 10 stars out of ten or 5 out of 5.

Everybody there is extremely friendly & made the entire process very painless for me. The body repairs they did turned out great and their attention to detail is very impressive. As a bonus, they even cleaned the inside of my truck, including the Weather Tech floor mats that had collected all of the winter crud.

The staff always had a friendly greeting. They made schedule for repairs and hit their mark. The car looked like new when I got it back. Thanks for great service.
