Just days before Christmas and we discovered water in our finished basement. One call to ServPro in Topsham and my anxiety started to fade. They were at our house within the hour. Kind and compassionate to our situation. The water sucked up, dryers and dehumidifiers in all the right places. And removal of wet drywall and flooring. What could have been a situation that would send me running for the hills, but they took care of it all and Christmas with family can resume without a hitch. THANK YOU!

I paid Servpro 150 to check out and inspect our lake house for potential mold presence and if there was in fact a mold problem, develop a solution plan to fix it. They inspected and in a week sent me a 13 page report and quote for house demo and cleaning for potential for over 12,000$. At no point in the report is there anything saying there is a mold problem and this is what it costs to fix it. I have asked politely 5 times to speak with the inspector as to results and mold presence that would trigger a 12,000 demo and clean effort….nothing…zero response. I have since had the house clinically tested for mold and other than surface cleaning of the bathroom, with a simple diluted bleach, there is zero mold issues. So in the end I have a 12,000 quote for the cleaning and demo of a perfectly mold free house, and could not get someone to call back under any circumstances. Rene in the Brunswick office is the only ray of sunshine as she is supper nice and great to work with. But ultimately I completely wasted my money and didn’t get what I originally asked for.

Servepro did a great job cleaning our carpets. They were quick to schedule us, kept us informed of arrival time. The workers were super professional and we are happy customers!

They were able to quickly come in to dry out basement after storm caused sump pump to fail and it flooded.

They were extremely professional from the moment of my first phone call asking for an estimate. Friendly, reliable, did a first-rate job cleaning my carpet and piece of upholstered furniture and couldn't have made the process smoother or more agreeable.

I had heard good things about Servpro but I was not impressed. They showed up to do the work 4 days after I called. They said that they would deal directly with the insurance company, but sent me a bill. They didn’t pull out all the insulation on the first day. I had to point out the spots that they missed. It was clear that they didn’t want to move our things out of way so they talked me out of doing any work in the garage. I asked if the floor would need to be replaced and their evaluator told me that he’d test it and let me know. He never told me one way or the other, but they didn’t tear up the floor, so I hope it didn’t need it.

Of course, it doesn’t really matter because I don’t know that any one else does this kind of work around here, so it’s pretty much who you have to go with.

I had a sewage leak in my basement. They came out the same day I called to remove the contaminated carpet and drywall. Everybody was amazing!

City waste water backed up into our house and broke a waste pipe, filling our basement with 3 inches of grey water. Servpro showed up early the next day with 3 crewmembers to remove the water and items that were destroyed by the water. They were courteous and responsive to my input on what could stay and what had to go. They arranged a second day to clean and sanitize the entire basement floor of a large home.

I would highly recommend Servpro of Belfast/Camden.

We were in the path of Hurricane Ian and had water and possibly mold issues. This company had come to Florida to help and that's just what they did. We received prompt excellent service. The crew members were all very caring, friendly and knowledgeable with up to date equipment. They were professionally dressed and took care to cause no further
damage to our home. Checked in every day to take readings and know how we were doing. Amanda even offered to move a plant for me. If we lived in Maine they would be the company we would call.

Called company after discovering water heater had been slowly leaking for some time, damaging all the floors in the finished basement. Company was called and began work the same day. They explained why flooring needed to be removed and worked quickly and without further damage to dry out the basement and remove the wet flooring. They were here everyday they promised and always on time. Their service during this period of difficult staffing and response time was outstanding.
