I was so excited when I started working with David, he seemed to really get my project and what we’re doing. He and 2 members of the team came on site, and we began discussing details after getting the detailed quote. We spent a ton of time working on this, and then all of a sudden, we never heard from David again. We’ve reached out several times, including calling the office to make sure he was physically well. He is fine, just ghosted us for 6 weeks with no explanation. And this was not a “maybe we will work together” - we were explicit in moving forward and he knew that. Crazy unprofessional, so rude and so disappointing.

Ouellet Construction keeps their promises period. They were fair, honest, organized and timely. My project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. I never had to chase them to do anything before, during or post construction. The trade workers and construction monitoring companies had nothing but high praise for OC, their business practices, construction work, the organization of the job site, and their site supervision. These guys displayed uncommon integrity, honesty, work ethic and partnership from the first day I met with them until now, a year after our project was completed. If you have the opportunity to work with them I recommend you do it without hesitation.
