What an amazing company to do business with!!!! I had a leak in my ceiling and flooding in my home. They were there the next day assessing and drying the damaged areas. They came the following two days doing clean up and drying.
Everyone was extremely patient, courteous, respectful, kind, hardworking and knowledgeable. They left my home neat and disposed of all trash . Their motto is Like It Never Happened. I haven’t done the restoration yet, but so far, I only can give ServPro 5 beautiful stars.

Servpro of Bartlesville/Miami were excellent at every step of the way! Our sunroom roof collapsed after a heavy wet snow that suddenly melted the next day. They quickly provided cleanup & helped box up &/or move the things we could save. Evan Randle managed the process of getting roof repair & arranging for the rebuild. It was completed just before we got heavy downpour & heavy winds. It is air and water tight! They handled questions & helped with the processes involved in insurance reimbursement & also with the mortgage company which has its own procedures! Thank you so much ServPro!

Our home had been flooded 14” due to hurricane Milton. Thankfully Servpro came through for us with our restoration needs. Shoutout to Dustin Marion and Jacob Billyps in particular! It is my pleasure to write this review for SERVPRO of Bartlesville/Miami. I can’t say enough amazing things about TJ Dickinson and his incredible staff. After Hurricane Milton left 16 inches of flood water inside our home in Florida, we contacted SERVPRO to do the mitigation. We immediately received a call back from TJ’s Oklahoma franchise within 24 hours, and it only took him only another 24 hours before he was at our front doorstep. TJ spent a significant amount of time with us during his initial evaluation of our home. He clearly communicated the steps of the mitigation, and he listened and answered our questions and concerns in a very reassuring and precise manner. We asked him if it was possible to expedite that process since we would have to stay in a hotel with our four dogs while they worked on our house. He was able to honor our request without a problem. TJ’s staff was truly incredible. They treated our home and possessions as if they were their own. They worked with amazing precision and detail. They worked extremely hard from sun up to sun down. They were in constant communication with us during the entire process. They started the mitigation with carrying our damaged furniture out to the curb for us and ended with cleaning our house/ mopping our floors! (WOW-thank you for being so detailed!). I would highly recommend TJ’s SERVPRO franchise and staff. If you are looking for a dedicated, professional workers, this is the company to go with!

The ServPro team is outstanding! So far they have helped with a fire repair and a house that was torn up by a tornado. Each time they have been with me every step of the way in terms of dealing with the insurance company, scheduling contractors for the work they can't do themselves, and reacting quickly to changes. There is a reason ServPro is a preferred provider with most insurance companies, and the Bartlesville crew exemplify that reason! I will definitely be using them in the future!

I cannot thank the team enough for the Excellent job they did on my office. After a heavy rain, the roof drain clogged up. The water flooded the treatment room and part of my waiting room. ServPro came in, vacuumed up the heavy standing water and prepared the rooms for drying. The rooms were monitored for a few days during the drying process and probes were used in the sheet rock to ensure there were no dampness to create a mold problem. The overall time it took was 5 days to complete. I Highly Recommend this company for not only the Outstanding job they did, but also for the professionalism the team used to make sure I was satisfied.

Servpro came out to remove our old flooring to make way for new wood floors. They had to move some VERY heavy furniture then pull up old, pet-stained carpet and wood to haul away. The crew was very professional and patient even when asked to go above and beyond. Then, after our new floors were installed, Servpro came back out to replace baseboards and touch up the paint and clean our air ducts. We could not be more pleased. Our house not only looks new, it smells fresh and clean. Thanks Servpro of Bartleville/Miami!

We requested an estimate to fix the storm damage on our garage. It's the last of our storm damage. They requested the insurance estimate and then refused to give us a quote because we had already had other portions of our damage fixed. They were concerned there wasn't enough settlement money leftover, without knowing how much we have or if we have other funding sources, like FEMA or savings or home equity. You don't want my business? Fine. I don't want to do business with you, either. And I encourage my Bartlesville neighbors to take your business elsewhere, too.

Responding to the owner: that is not the reason I was given over the phone. The reason was entirely to do with the cost. You made assumptions about my resources that were unfounded. It had nothing to do with your teams being spread thin. It had everything to do with the fact that you wouldn't be able to make a ton of money off of us by fixing everything. I understand that you're a business, but the level of disrespect your decision showed is extremely telling.

The servepro team made this experience so much better than how it started. We experienced a flood from our city sewers after calling the city repeatedly about suspected sewage issues with no help. It eventually flooded our master bedroom in the middle of the night. We called servepro and they were more than happy to provide quick, detailed, and friendly service in our home. Dustin as well as their entire team was very polite and made sure all our questions were answered. They communicated well and did an amazing job cleaning out the disaster of a room. This picture is of our carpets that they cleaned after providing the sewage cleanup services. I could not have asked for a better experience!

We had a plumbing issue flood our finished basement in the middle of the night. We reached out to ServPro at 4:16 am Easter Sunday morning and at 4:28 T.J. contacted us and quickly gathered a team of 4 people with equipment to head to our home nearly 100 miles away. Jacob and his team worked all day on Easter Sunday moving our furniture and appliances around to strip out all our flooring. They removed baseboards, took care of clothing to be dry cleaned, and ran fans and de-humidifiers to dry the rooms. They communicated well and kept us informed every step of the way as to what they were doing and why. They returned each day for the next 2 days to monitor results until moisture levels were normal. Their expertise and prompt service were very much appreciated.

Dustin M. And Jake W. did a phenomenal job. They were extremely thorough on cleaning the ducts and the airflow in our HVAC system is so much better. They were able to combat the mold in the vents and completely flush the vent system of all contaminants. Thank you so much ServPro for sending them to help out today.

My grandparents’ garage freezer stopped working in August. It sat in the heat for almost a week before the noticed it wasn’t working. Servpro answered the phone quickly and came out the same day. The emptied all the gross food and cleaned the garage and the freezer. Kirk and Shawn were very professional and detailed. 10/10 recommend.

I had my carpet cleaned with Servpro. They were real professional and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend anyone.

Used Servpro to clean mold from my AC vents. They came out with a very loud machine that sprayed air from a hose. There was no rotating brush to properly remove the mold, nor did the air from the hose do anything to knock mold free. They sprayed a very tiny amount of a chemical in the air, so I would smell it but didn't spray in any serious quantity to actually kill mold. Three of my vents were already clean and spotless before Servpro showed up, but the techs only took photos from one of those already clean vents as their "proof" that their machines worked. My home still, in fact, has heavy chunks of mold and other debree falling out over my tables and floor. I do not recommend this company, but if you use them... please take notice of their equipment first... and take pictures ahead of time of your vents.

Definitely recommend. They were the only ones that answered out of all the other carpet cleaners I called. They were on time. They did a wonderful job. Will definitely call again when I need my carpet cleaned again

So thankful to have found ServPro of Bartlesville/Miami!! We have an elderly family member who has been hospitalized for the last six weeks and when we went to get his home ready for him to move back, we discovered that the carpets throughout his home were virtually DESTROYED by pet stains/odors. In all honesty, I didn't think that the carpet could be saved!
The ServPro team gave me an extremely fair bid for the job and were completely honest about what they thought they could do to help improve the carpets. All I can say is that when I walked in after their cleaning, I was shocked!!! NOT ONE STAIN WAS LEFT!!!! They FAR exceeded our hopes and expectations!!! Their professionalism and attention to detail made all of the difference!

Calling ServePro isn't a fun call to make but if you have to, you couldn't ask for a better team. They quickly dealt with clean up from our water issue and then we had them back after renovation for duct and post construction cleaning. They quickly respond to calls and email and are both competent to handle your situation and compassionate when it's not your best day. I highly recommend their services!
