Expedited Roofing & Repair

Came out the same day I called and provided a solution to our leak and explained why and how it happened like a forensic investigator. Very nice interaction with the owner. Was done with the repair in an hour and the cost was very reasonable with a warranty. I was very pleased with the communication process and the detailed analysis and plan to repair. A very good value and I am very happy with the results.

Hired Greg to repair a leak in our roof. Paid him 1/2 deposit and another $150 a few days later for supplies. He showed up one day at about noon and basically just blew the leaves off the roof and tore out the wet ceiling. Didn’t clean the mess up nor did he come back. The roof leaked worse after he had been there for 1/2 day. Have reached out to him several times to at least refund some of the money paid him - he is non responsive. Will not use him again and do not recommend him. Sorry I do not like leaving reviews like this but it is what it is.

We had our hardy board siding tacked down and repaired in multiple areas and a few that were cracked were filled.
Greg touched all up with house paint we had. He's a true professional with the quality of his work and he's reliable!! Quote, price...all fair the work promptly performed. He's our siding guy!

I waited 2 weeks for 2 other companies to at least quote it. Expedited was the only one there asap. The work was done with craftsmanship and care I couldn’t be happier. Professional and knowledgeable and ready to show and prove why they are the best at what they do. Some of the bigger companies will talk the talk and just provide you with bigger costs and longer wait times . When your ready to have it done and done right do yourself a favor and call expedited roofing.

We used this company for a repair that has been leaking for some time. We had other big name contractors out and it still leaked in some cases more. We called expedited and the came out and found the problem, after all the rain we had this week it didn't leak again. I'm sure they found it finally we are so happy. We have squeduled them to repair our ceiling next.

Greg, came out to do an initial inspection. I am not going to lie I was kind of confused when he pulled out his drone. Watching him inspect the roof with the drone was amazing. He was able to show me what needed to be fixed. Scheduling was easy and the repair was made it a timely manner. I hope I don't need anymore roof repairs or a new roof anytime soon, but if I do I know who I am going to call. Greg, thank you so much for all you did for me and my family. You rock.

This company was a life saver and gave is a quote the same day we called. They were able to get materials needed the same week and replaced our roof with 30year shingles. My wife couldn't be happier. They also do siding, painting and decks. We plan to squedule another quote from themthis fall.

This company was a major help when we had those rains last week. They came out within two hours of my call, and identified the problem within a few minutes and offered a solution that fixed the problem immediately we are so happy we called these guys we highly recommend and will be using them to replace our deck this fall.

Awesome experience using these guys. They installed a brand new roof for us paid for by our insurance company. We love the full roof system and shingle upgrade. So very happy for them making this happen from start to finish, our insurance company tried to run us around, but Expedited held them to our policy, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to give a shout out to this business, they came out and found out leak and repaired it the same day we called. They were very quick and efficient locating the problem and also noticed some other areas that needed attention. The work is warrantied for 2 years and they were very pleasant to work with, we highly recommend their services.

I love this company, they came out on time inspected our roof and found damage from the recent storms. They met with our insurance adjuster and helped get us approved for a full replacement. They are also giving us a shingle upgrade. Thank you so much we highly recommend them to all. They also offer gift cards for referrals yay.

Do not recommend had job done November of last year was told the coating would last 15 years minimum and I would have no leaks it's June now and the coating is very thin and spots are starting to show roof still leaks that was never fixed was supposed to get 6 month recheck as stated in contract that never happened so please please take your business elsewhere even while he was doing the job he never showed up on time and was always asking for more and more money so please take your business elsewhere u won't regret it I waisted 2200 on nothing now having to pay another company to go back and do it right update Sept 8 2023 had real professional look at roof was told he messed up roof completely so whole new roof will have to be installed have court case in the making for damages so please people stay away from this drunk scam artist

Greg is very knowledgable about the roofing industry and pointed out several issues about our roof. He repaired the quickly and warranties it for 2 years, I would highly recommend and use him in the future.

He roofed my house and did my kitchen floors he done and extremely great job and most definitely was on time a kepthis work area and surrounding clean if you need something done call expedited roofing & repair I can guarantee you won't be disappointed

Do not use this company! He came out and did a bid to paint our gutters. He asked for half upfront so he could buy a gallon of paint (yes one gallon). He came over and painted all the easy spots. Then asked for $100 in advance so that he could rent a ladder, which I happily gave him because up until that point he did what he said he would do.

And then he never came back. We reached out to him and he had lots of excuses, said he would finish it, he hasn't shown back up nor will he refund the 100 we advanced him to rent a ladder.

If he would have refunded the 100 or at least tried to come back out and finish it, all would be fine. But no, he basically lied and then stole from us.

Avoid using this company.

STAY AWAY FROM CON ARTIST. We hired him to do some wood work and painting and stupidly gave him a 2040.00 deposit. He did minimal work on our home for a day or two and then the excuses began. My transmission went on my truck, I don’t have a car, I will be there on Monday, etc. He has not returned our phone calls or made any attempt to return our money. I guess the next time I will see him will be in small claims court.

I was having leaks in 2 places on my new roof so I called Expedited Roofing and Repairs and they promptly returned my call and scheduled the visit within 2 days. They located the issues and repaired them and the leaks have stopped.

Mr. Hafford pointed out specific trouble areas about our roof. We know we need a new one but are trying to make it to next year. I am very pleased with him working with us to meet that goal. I know who I will be contacting for that. Super nice guy and a pleasure to do business with!

Greg is a lifesaver who came at 6:30 at night to fix my gutter that was about to fall…and he did this in the pouring rain after I called him just a couple of hours earlier. Not many workers would do this and he is so sweet to work with. I plan on more jobs for him too. I got big run around from all the big name places I called and they wanted extra for same day…that was actually for next day and tried to upsale me on contract for yearly service. Greg will not rip you off and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him.

We had a bad storm this past week and I noticed a leak in my kids room. Greg came and inspected it and went on the roof and repaired the issue on the roof and then replaced the drywall inside and painted and it looks like nothing ever happened. Haven't had an issue since.

Greg did an awesome job on my roof repair from storm damage. He inspected all areas and gave me details on the damage with plenty of pictures. Had some water damage make its awareness known and quickly wanted to get it fixed before anything permanent became an issue. Greg came out quickly to analyze the issue and repaired it. Not only did he find/fix just one issue but he took the time to inspect the entire area around the leak and found multiple spots where water could cause me grief! Never thought my house would have had such a bad roofer prior! I am so glad he found these before hurricane/rainy season!!!

Quickly came out to repair shingles on my roof before a rainstorm. My house was recently purchased and I had no shingles to mention and he color matched them on the quick consultation, gave me a fair price and quickly got to work.

Very frustrating experience dealing with Expedited Roofing & Repair. Contracted them for a small roof leak. Various missed appointments, multiple times. Bigger issue is, leak seems to have increased. Very very disappointing experience.

Update 2: Another 2 missed appointments. No contact at all. Roof still leaking. This has gone from bad to worse. I am not sure what to do at this point other than file a complaint
