JT paint and design did a great job on the interior of our house. Very reasonable price and timely, very nice group of guys to work with. We'll be having them back for exterior painting! Sam was the lead on our project. Kyle, Brett, Jojo did the interior paint. Fantastic work and great group of guys.

Been thinking of getting my house painted by JT. I’ve seen a lot of the jobs they’ve done and the work is immaculate.

We had a small outdoor painting project, but it was almost three stories high. Our project involved two colors, one for the fascia, soffit, and edge and window trim, another for the main walls. The crew accurately and quickly executed the painting plan that we wanted.

A couple of years ago, JT Paint and Design did some work for me, and I felt that they did a good job, so I gave them a high rating. I’m actually looking for that review so I can take it down. Now that they have expanded a lot and they have new management, their service is horrible. Where do I begin? First of all, they tried to charge me $1700 to paint two rooms. There were no cabinets I needed them to paint, and they didn’t even have to paint the ceiling in one room. So the price was ridiculous. Second of all, in the past, they let me buy the paint myself. I’d rather do that because that way if I have any types of accidents on the wall, I can just easily repaint it, but they insisted that they now have to be the ones to buy the paint. I didn’t like that. Third of all, they told me that they were going to do some work for me, but then they completely started ignoring me, ignoring my emails and all of my attempts to reach them, like I was a piece of trash. Horrible service!!! I imagine they will probably start getting bad reviews now if they do this to their other customers. And for those who are wondering, I did not badger them with many phone calls and emails… I only sent two emails, and they were ignored entirely. I will never do service with them again, so help me God. If you’re thinking about getting some work done, please don’t do it with them; you will be out of a lot of money and have to endure some very horrible service.

Oh, let me say this, too… The first time they did work for me, years ago, the owner started hollering and screaming at me because I asked him for a referral to get some electrical work done. One of his workers told me that he could give me a referral, so I asked him for the referral, and he started hollering at me like a maniac. Is that the way that customers should be treated? I overlooked it at the time, because his workers did a good job at that time, years ago, but after the service that they just gave me, it just makes me dislike them all the more. I’m 47 years old, I have a chemical engineering degree and I’m an ordained minister. I have grandchildren, and that moron, disrespected me worse than you would talk to a dog. Horrible. Horrible human beings. Horrible service. What a mess!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Michael and Hugo did a great job reparing our wall, matching the paint, and painting what we needed in Bartlesville. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. A+

Andre did an exceptional job in Owasso removing popcorn ceiling, patching walls, and painting the interior, all while our daughter and kids lived in the house. He did a good job of keeping the work space as safe and clean as possible for them. After starting the job, he was also tasked with training a new employee. That made the job more complex and greatly extended the completion time, but he took the work and the training tasks seriously. Andre was very professional, knowledgeable, and was a good teacher and mentor to Brandon. A+

Honestly the one person that really stuck out to me in the company was Shane kilsares!!! He was very professional, very informative, reassuring, and constantly keeping me informed on whats going on!!!! So when I hear jt paint and design, the first thing that comes to mind is Shane!!!

These guys are awesome! I decided to paint our brick and metal building. I was hesitant because I've seen some bad outcomes, but our building looks amazing. Will definitely use them for any future projects.
