Absolutely loved working with Mario and his crew at Amador Services! They started working on our projects right away and got them done very quickly. They were all very hard working and always left out property very clean. We will definitely be contacting them for future projects and are recommending them to our friend and family!

They did a wonderful job fixing up our small front area and removing a jungle of weeds. We plan to use their services again to tackle the back in the future!

I could not be more impressed with both the outcome of my projects, the professionalism of the people who worked on my property and the way this business operates. I truly have never had contractors who were so hardworking and conscientious. Mario had great ideas for my landscaping. He always was here when he said he would be here, the work was done in a short time frame, any problems were addressed promptly. I never had any trouble getting in touch with Mario or his office. The price/value was outstanding. 110% satisfied with work!!!

Today was my second experience with Amador's Services. Just like before I'm extremely pleased. Carlos did a great job leveling out my garden plot and installing the weed barrier. I'll be using them again for replacing the old sod in my front yard.

Amador's service and execution were exceptional. Within a week of contacting Mario and his team, we had a new lawn in our backyard that had been killed over the winter. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate us, which included working over the weekend in inclement weather. Julie was incredibly responsive, replying to texts in the evening and the weekend. We are completely satisfied with the work conducted and would highly recommend Amador's!

We hired Mario's team to basically fix up our backyard (add in retaining wall, sod, gravel on sides of house, fence) and everything looks great! They worked fast despite the rain. Julie texted me updates things as needed and when the team would be at the house. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to spruce things up!

I've found Amador's to be an excellent service up until recently. I appreciate their services and they have helped me with upkeep immensely for several months. Their pricing is fair, communication prompt, and their front desk was excellent. I've found their work to be in line with my expectations until recently.

In their most recent service visit they damaged my trees, trampled my sapling, and left leaves piled up against one of my trees. While their service is usually generalized it was never disclosed to me that they would cut branches off my trees. As such I have terminated my services with them and will be doing my own lawn care from now on.

In summary they're a good service but if you use them, be very clear what scope is authorized for them.

We had Mario and his crew take out the lawn and diseased shrubs for a redesign of our front yard. They brought in soil, built a retaining wall and planted over 750 individual plants in our remodel. They were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. We are so pleased with their work that we are going to have them back again for an additional project.

The final product turned out wonderful! What a hard working crew, even in the inclement weather. Mario was wonderful to work with and paid attention to every little detail. Julie, in the office, was professional and friendly. Mario made sure we were happy with the finished product before he left the job site. A very pleasant experience indeed!

Had them remove sod, put down landscape fabric, and then bark chips. They were very quick and courteous in their communication. Offered a clear layout of costs (which was great). Worked quickly and was able to get everything I asked, with multiple checks to confirm it was what I wanted. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I hired Amador's for a large yard cleanup for a terribly neglected yard. There is always the fear that preferred plants will be destroyed in a cleanup such as this. I was impressed with how discerning the workers were. My emerging daffodils and other perennial plants were left untouched. I 100% recommend.

We’ve been trying desperately to find a service in or around Corvallis that was willing to handle a cleanup job in our large backyard. We have a neighbor with a silver leaf poplar in his yard and it has baby trees sprouting up everywhere. They are impossible to maintain and very fast growing. We had multiple services come out and either refused the job, or said they would do it and then ghosted before eventually admitting they weren’t willing to take it on. In desperation I submitted a form to Amador’s website late on a Friday. I got a response almost immediately and it has been a great experience ever since. Mario came out and was confident they could handle this cleanup of the trees, and also general cleanup for the rest of the backyard and the front. Good communication via text message this entire time. Today they came out, Mario attended as well, and did a fantastic job. The trees are gone, dug up and treated to prevent regrowth in the same places. They also cleared a large area of reeds in no time at all. We can see our fence line again! So worth the money and we plan to have them come for routine maintenance in the future.

Great initial cleanup service, very thorough. Unfortunately they don't / won't schedule visits in advance, which means if they show up and you're not there to open the gate that goes to your backyard, then they can't actually do the work. (Sadly, still got charged for it, though.) Still a great service, just make sure your yard is accessible 24/7 so they can show up whenever they have you scheduled.

They did a wonderful job cleaning up and removing weeds from my yard that were out of control. I really appreciated that they asked whether I wanted them to spray the backyard, because with indoor/outdoor pets I prefer not to have weed killer sprayed out back. I'm very happy with the results, the yard hasn't looked this great in years! Would definitely recommend.

Amador did two jobs for me in short order and both turned out well. They were prompt, efficient, polite, and hardworking, prices were fair, and communication was clear. I'll definitely work with them again!

Our backyard and lawn was overgrown with weeds. Mario and the crew were able to come on short notice and did a great job cleaning it up. They also power washed our house, driveway and patio. They are professional, hard working and attention to details. Overall, I'm really satisfied with their work and worth the money they quoted me. Also, it is worth noting that Julie from the office is friendly, responsive and very clear with communication. Amador's Services will definitely be my go to for any future projects.

Amador’s Lawn Service did a great job removing all the rogue blackberries from our Photinia and behind our shed. They sprayed so they (hopefully) won’t grow back. They trimmed our shrubs and hedges and cleaned everything up very well. They were timely and efficient. I recommend them- and I would hire them again.

UODATE TO MY REVIEW: The blackberries did start to return. I reached out to Amador’s lawn service to no avail. I have not been able to contact them for a follow up visit. They may no longer be in business?

Amador's is actually affordable for the average person. Their group is professional and hardworking. Our yard has never looked so good! I would highly recommend their service to anyone!

Amador’s Lawn Service recently did some extensive work for us. The first session involved yard and flower bed clean up. We had been away for an extended period of time and our yard was out of control. Mario and his crew put in 10 hours of steady work weeding, edging, mowing and more. We were impressed with the work and work ethic so we had them back to lay landscape fabric, put in edging, spread rock and bark dust. This was a multi- day effort. Day one they again spent 10 hours on the hottest day in June. Each day they cleaned up the area leaving our walks and driveway dust free. Mario was professional and listened to thoughts and brought our yard from a mess to an oasis.

When I called them my lawn was an absolute mess, overgrown and overwhelming. They were able to clean it up perfectly making it look really nice in a timely matter. They pressure washed an overgrown driveway and also cleaned up a lot of debris and cleared a flower bed with blackberry bushes and weeds waist high. I highly recommend them, very good and professional!

My 'yard' is little more than an open field that somebody just decided to put up some fences around. Ground is uneven, sloped. Earth is soft. Not sure what I was thinking when I said 'yes' to this place, but that'll happen when you spend three year living out of a semi and the first chance you get to have your own warm bed and your own shower.

Mario's team showed up while I was sleeping and basically did magic. It was so overgrown. Maybe two feet high? I was trying to manage it myself, but I drive fourteen hours a day and the last thing I feel like doing when I get home is more work, so it was a mess.

Luckily, Amador's Lawn Service was right there in my first Google search. We set up a time to get a quote. Agreed on a price, and the team worked their magic while I was snoring. Couldn't be happier, and I'm just going to have them manage it for me so it doesn't go back to being my own little Jurassic Park.

Oh, and April does a great job with comms. Two thumbs up.

I had originally rated them poorly due to some minor communications issues at the start which I think was partly due to Covid. I was able to work this out and luckily was able to have them come do my yard.
Mario's crew did a great job while they were here. They worked very hard and did not waste any time. I appreciated them staying a little longer to clean up all their belongings, not stopping work early or leaving debris behind.

My front and back years were both over grown with ground cover, weeds, bushes everything and they cleaned it up so nicely! So happy. And very affordable, will definitely be using their services in the future

Mario & crew have done an excellent job maintaining my landscaping. Coming home from work on Wednesday’s to see a perfectly manicured front/back yard is a great feeling.

Mario came to my house and listened to my issues, took careful notes, and expressed some concern about utility lines. In the end he declined the job because of safety concerns. Good for him. I will be happy to use his company in the future.

This company does such a wonderful job. I hired them a couple of months ago to clean my overgrown and gross backyard. What an incredible job they did. They now maintain my yard, which has been neglected for years, and it looks amazing. I love pulling into my driveway after a long shift at work and seeing how beautiful my yard now looks. Update on the previous review: Since I posted this review, the owner of the business has been to busy with his increasing cliental volume to actually come to our small yard and supervise. The crew he assigned to "maintain" our yard worked for fewer and fewer minutes to get done with us as quickly as possible. I have many CCTV videos of them working 10 minutes or less to treat our yard. They damaged our lawn, shrubbery and in "edging" remove a large area of the circumference of the lawn, greatly expanding the "flower bed" area and reducing the lawn area. The crew used only an gas powered Weed Whacker to trim, edge and "Prune" the trees and flowering shrubbery, managing to completely kill two flowering bushes and making ugly holes in our (once) beautiful Japanese Maple. Although I repeatedly told them that I did not want them to use the huge standup riding golf course mower to mow our lawn because it was killing the grass and making huge furrows in the lawn, They ignored my wishes and continued to use it. I released them from service and employed and better Lawn Service to maintain our yard.

Amador's came to us a few years ago after a bad experience with another lawn company. He is very friendly, dependable, does a great job, keeps the lawns trimmed as well as our bushes and flowering plants. Several of our neighbors are using his services after observing his work around our home. We are very pleased with Amador's Lawn Service.

I highly recommend Amador's for you lawn service! My brother and I purchased a home last year, and the backyard had gone unmaintained for a couple of months. We were so overwhelmed by the jungle of weeds and plants back there we decided to hire someone to come take care of it. Mario came and gave us a free estimate, and within the next couple of days was out to completely overhaul our backyard. The result was amazing! We were so happy with the work they did, that we have them come every month to keep our yard maintained. A huge thank you for continued excellent service!

When I first moved here my yard was extremely bad. I had Amador’s do a one time yard service and was so impressed by the outcome that I use them for my regular yard maintenance. My yard looks great! Grass is nice, neat, and greener, plants are trimmed, edging is done, and all clippings are picked up and place in the Green bin. Great service and great people!

Amador has been taking care of our large yard, mowing, edging, and trimming for about a year. He also took care of the clover and crab grass in the front yard. We noticed moss on our roof. Amador does roof maintenance, so he took care of that as well. He is very reasonably priced and we are very pleased with his services!
