I have contracted Cesar for over 2 years. He responds very quickly and is easy to work with. He did my power washed my driveway and washed my house very well.

Ok now heres an example of above and beyond. I had a really bad smell in my downstairs bathroom and found that a bird made her nest in my air duct. Cesar devised a great plan to remove the birds, remove as much debris and exposed insulation, and clean the air duct. There was months of bird poop in there the smell was putrid but he took care of everything.

He was able to install a new shutter for my air duct and washed the side of the house. He even put in a trap to make sure no more birds would attempt to nest in. Just an overall pro at what he does Im grateful to have found him

Solid 5 stars for Cesar with Peace of Mind Cleaning. He treated our roof last fall for moss, and suggested we clean the "tiger stripes" on our rain gutter. We were amazed at how good the gutters looked--like fresh paint. The roof treatment was great, and he cleaned up around the perimeter as well. We were impressed with his professional approach and good work. We'll get a few more years out of our 20--year old roof because of his great work.

Fast forward 6 months, I was TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY with his service when he pulled up to the house today. He wanted to make sure we got the results we wanted! He'll come back and add just a bit more treatment to the shady part, even though the moss has not regrown, just to ensure it stays clear. Would highly recommend!
