I cannot stress enough how wonderful Judy and team worked with me! They got the job done in record time! In addition, they were extremely empathetic to my stressful situation! They would be my first choice if I ever again have a distressing home situation!

Our experience on two separate occasions with Service Master was wonderful. The work involved cleaning roof dust in our attic following a re-roofing project, and a much needed power washing of our basement. The work was impeccably careful and thorough, Judy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the technical staff were the most thorough and professional we have ever worked with. We recommend them, in particular the Essex, Ct. team, wholeheatedly and without reservation.

One evening silly me left the hot water kitchen faucet on, and the water got onto my carpet. Luckily, the water only seeped onto the carpet 2.5 by 2.5
I called Julie and she was great help as how I needed to air dry the carpet. The service guys were great. On the contrary one the guys recognized me from years ago. I highly recommend Service Masters and please do not be like me leaving the faucet

Chip and team came to our rescue promptly after our newly renovated home was smoked out by a damaged furnace. They cleaned every surface of our home with care and supported us through our ordeal with expertise and a warm smile. Truly wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. Judy was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and responsive. Diego and his crew did a phenomenal job cleaning two of our bathrooms top to bottom and removing black mold. The service was a little pricey, but worth every penny. Thank you!!

I had my Pilates studio clean prior to my reopen. Judy was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in letting me know their services specific to this cleaning. Her crew did a great job and hit all the fine details I wanted them to hit. They left me a sanitation certification which put my clients at ease. Judy and the team were extremely professional. Phone calls were responded to promptly, information was provided clearly and comprehensively, and the team was on time and helpful. The team emptied our basement to prep it for cleaning, and as they moved everything into the garage they organized it neatly. I would work with them again any time.

We had a serious water leak in our home and ServiceMaster of Old Saybrook was called in to evaluate and repair the extensive damage.This happened in March, 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. We had to move out of our home while the repairs were made and the mess cleaned up. ServiceMaster was efficient, professional, and fast in getting things fixed for us. We were all dealing with the pandemic crisis which was changing daily, but they were unfailingly cheerful and upbeat, and got the job done in an amazingly short time. The house looks beautiful! ServiceMaster of Old Saybrook made a very difficult situation so much easier and really took the worry out of it for us. Highly recommend them.

From the first phone call, on a Saturday, they were responsive to my mitigation needs from water damage and were mindful of my financial and insurance status. They took great care in all aspects of this repair, start to finish, including following strict safety measures during the Covid-19 pandemic. Super helpful when I needed them to be!!

ServiceMaster of Old Saybrook, Middletown and Guilford was just amazing! My upstairs bathroom leaked into my downstairs bathroom and they were there the day after I called. They were able to work with my schedule which is so last minute, I'd call at 4:30PM they'd be there next morning, always accommodating my schedule!!! I had continual updates on the "moisture" situation and how "dry" my bathrooms were getting. The men who brought the equipment and checked status were incredibly polite, friendly and professional.
