Errol Torres and Cedric Morris did an outstanding job. They did their job of finding the moisture and removing the damage flooring, while also caring about how this would affect my family. I highly recommend these guys. Service Master is represented well by these two gentlemen.

I wanted to Thank Service Master for coming to my rescue when my water heater flooded major parts of my home in July 2023. Service Master came in and took over!! I remembered feeling so overwhelmed but Errol and Charles talked to me and immediately went to work cleaning and removing water soaked ceilings and carpets. They also helped me navigate with the insurance adjuster. I have used Service Master once years ago and had a very good experience that’s why I called them this time and their service and work ethic is superior!! A nice gentleman named Cleo showed up to my house and took very good care of me. He had to do a moisture check but luckily everything was dry. I highly recommend this company and especially Cleo. He was very nice and professional. He even played with my dog.
