Sadly this company quoted us an "insurance" quote..meaning it was padded heavily. We called them because we thought they were the gold standard for a home disaster. All they did was measure the house. No moisture testing, no mold testing. The protocol was to remove just about everything. No investigation to help find the cause. We couldn't afford their quote for remediation. Called another company who did tests for air quality, moisture, sent samples to be tested, pulled up corners of carpet in every room to look at the pad and possible moisture.

Andrea and Manuel were absolutely fantastic! They communicated their arrival time, showed up when they said they would, and were beyond pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable with the suggested course of action to fix our home. I felt they were fair and acted quickly to make sure they took least invasive, but still effective course of action to restore our home. Ashley and Molly in the main office was also great to work with! Extremely responsive. Overall this company is first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Tommy and Erin did a fantastic job cleaning carpet and a ton of chairs. Both where very professional and helpful.

Purchased a house in New Smyrna Beach and there were no red flags after our mold inspection. However, when replacing some laminate flooring a few months later, some mold was found on floor of a room adjacent to a bathroom that had prior evidence of drywall repair. New mold test of house pointed to problem with only that room. While other companies tried to engage us in whole house treatment (and reach the limit cost-wise of insurance coverage for such an event), the folks at ServiceMaster Restore focused on the problem (after their own evaluation) and provided the best quote of three companies engaged to deal with the problem.. Erin came to our house the same day we contacted the company and within 24 hours of agreeing to the work, Tommy and Luis visited to initiate treatments to two rooms . The folks at ServiceMaster Restore quickly respond, are unobtrusive and in general, exceptional to work with. The little bit of experience we now have with mold remediation has taught us that some companies may be hustling, trying their best to extract maximum $$ to the limit of insurance coverage for work that is not evidence-based. Also, we had to wait 4-7 days for two other quotes while ServiceMaster Restore provided a quote the say day as their first visit. My wife and I highly recommend you consider ServiceMaster Restore for work needed at your home.

Super Swift, Super Quick response time! Had a water pipe leak in the kitchen and was referred to Service master by My Insurance Company - Michael Scavo called me back within minutes and was on scene to clean up the problem! Highly recommend Service Master and especially Michael Scavo as he was great to work with and followed up after the fact. 5 stars!

This ServiceMaster team is second to none. We had a pipe break in our bathroom which flooded a majority of the first floor of our house. They responded in less than an hour on Sunday Night...Father’s Day to add to it. They quickly jumped into action and worked to remove as much water and moisture as they could. Marcus Louis-Jenne, Michael Wiles and Project Supervisor Michael Scavo has been amazing through the whole project. They are extremely personable, take time to remember the details and most importantly, were very friendly to our dogs which has put them at ease in a tore up house. Marcus even remember that I mentioned my husband would be home the next day and when he met him, the first thing he said was “sorry this happened to your home. How was your flight?” An attention to details and customer service like that are hard to find. They have been very informative throughout the whole process and have worked around our schedule very well. It’s nice to see that they are constantly working with each other to share knowledge and continue training each other on all facets of the work they are doing.
I hope no one needs their services, but after going through a mess like this, ServiceMaster Restoration by HRB in Ormond Beach, FL is the ONLY team you need to call!
