ServiceMaster of Amelia Island

Our operations team at Destination Amelia Vacation Rentals has called upon ServiceMaster when issues have arisen and they are great to work with! From time to time, when one of our 85+ vacation rentals on Amelia Island, FL has an urgent need for speciality cleanup and restoration services, the team at ServiceMaster responds in a timely manner and helps us address the problem so our owners have peace of mind. Our Housekeeping Department also regularly enlists their help with carpet and upholstery cleaning. We trust ServiceMaster to take good care of our properties and we plan to continue calling upon them. Also, a special shout out to Dawn and Brandon, not only for always being exceptional to work with but also for the special delivery of yummy treats at Christmastime!

We woke up to a flooded house and had no idea what to do. Luckily Google led us to ServiceMaster of Amelia and they were awesome! James was here with all his equipment within the hour and went right to work getting up all the water. Then he set up the fans and dehumidifiers and here we are water free! We aren't worried about mold or smell, he did an amazing job!! Hopefully we never need them again, but if we do, we know who to call. Thank you!

Bobby brought in the equipment to dry wallboard following a water leak and checked daily to insure no dampness remained.

They were quick to respond. Bobby who I dealt with from service master was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always quick to respond and return text and phone call. Did a great job!

I highly recommend ServiceMaster!! I'm out here in San Diego and had a rental in Fernandina needing a lot of attention and those guys were great! Very honest and their attention to detail was terrific!!

I walked into my home to find water gushing from a pipe under a bathroom vanity. It had been running for days. We were able to get the water off and immediately called ServiceMaster of Amelia Island. Jason was wonderful to work with and restored a sense of calm to all of us. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing - and why. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster and Jason for help with any water damage or cleaning needed.

We recently hired ServiceMaster to clean our carpet as well as an area rug that had a persistent pet odor. They had very competitive pricing and even showed up early for the job. The technician was very pleasant and professional and made us promise to call if the odor wasn't completely gone (it was!). Unfortunately, the next morning we noticed several stains on our driveway pavers from where he parking his van. We immediately called ServiceMaster and the owner, Brandon, showed up within hours to assess. To say he was committed to resolving the problem is an understatement. He personally showed up no fewer than 3 times to treat the stains: each application would cause more oil to come to the surface until it was completely gone (and trust me: Brandon was not satisfied until it was COMPLETELY gone). We were so impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction that we hired them to do another job: cleaning our dirty porch screens. Other contractors told us it was impossible to clean our upstairs porch screens but ServiceMaster disagreed. The first job showed some improvement, but not nearly as clean as we'd hoped. Not to worry, ServiceMaster's commitment was once again evident and they offered to come do it again--the same day we called!

Were there a few minor snags? Yes, but we were beyond impressed with how they were handled and the commitment to 100% job satisfaction. That's a buzzword for many service providers but not ServiceMaster! The entire team is amazing, from Brandon, to Dawn the beyond responsive Office Manager, to both technicians who serviced our home. They will be our first call for any future needs and they should be yours as well!

An outside sewer pipe was blocked in my brand new home. My master bedroom and bath flooded. Dawn from Servicemaster got on it right away and James Thomas showed up. He was fantastic and cleaned and sanitized my rooms. Thank you so much!

We at Southern Shores & Services utilize Service Master for all of our rug and carpet cleaning efforts in our portfolio of rental properties on Amelia Island Plantation. They are efficient and expedient and do a great job. Dawn, who manages the office, is great to work with and super responsive.

Brandon was professional, courteous and informative. Just what we needed when we had a situation that needed to be taken care of ASAP. He took time to explain what needed to be done and what did not need to be done. His fees were fair. We felt confident to hire his company after his evaluation.

You will not regret using ServiceMaster! We have young kids and have used them several times for carpet stains. Each time, they were able to make the carpets look brand new again. Very happy with the overall professionalism of this company

Oscar did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets and getting stains out of an oversized chair. He was efficient and professional, the price was right, will definitely be using them regularly. The receptionist I spoke with to make my payment was also kind and professional. Would highly recommend their services!

James did a phenomenal job on our carpets (upstairs and down) and several pieces of furniture. He was pleasant, professional, and clearly worked hard, especially on some trouble spots and difficult stains. This is probably the fifth year that we've reached out to ServiceMaster for cleaning. (And a special shout out to Joe who assisted James.) I wouldn't go anywhere else.

ServiceMaster of Amelia Island has taken care of our cleaning needs for over five years in three homes and in our RV. They are thoroughly professional, doing whatever it takes to meet our needs. You can't go wrong when you use the best there is.

Had Service Masters clean my sofa and love seat. I was planning on purchasing new furniture, but when they were finished I decided I was keeping what I had. They look showroom new! Rented a condo and the carpets were horrible! Made an appointment with ServiceMaster; they not only cleaned but they stretched and patched the carpets and made them very presentable and livable. Very reasonable prices and prompt service.

I love this carpet cleaning company. I made the mistake of trying other companies before this one. Ted cleaned my carpet 2 times! He is very friendly and does a great job! I even had him come back for a pesky spot that wouldnt come out. Great service! They also do tile, couches, ect.
