The absolute worst. Luke came off as the best in the beginning, very helpful and knowledgeable. After many no shows as scheduled and then only getting one half a days work in on a Friday which they also stepped through the ceiling of my kids room leaving a huge gaping hole leading to the attic with mold. They scheduled to return on Monday to finish their work. Monday came and nobody showed up and when I called they then told me they went to new jobs that came in over the weekend and sent someone to pick up their equipment from my home which took only 15 min.. A whole week went by and my kids room still had a huge gaping hole in the ceiling leading to an attic with mold damage. I finally had enough and threw a fit expressing how absolutely messed up the situation was at which point Luke instantly asked for the cashiers check and contract I had been hanging onto because he never showed up to go over it and get it as scheduled. Needless to say I cut all ties with this awful company and I’m left paying for repairs to my home from damage they did.
ServiceMaster just finished work on my house. I had a water leak due to some old plumbing in my house. It impacted our daughters bedroom, downstairs bathroom, upstairs bathroom and our kitchen. They were very detailed on what to expect and provided guidance along the way. I was extremely stressed from the situation and ServiceMaster removed that stress! From the mitigation team to the reconstruction/restore team, communication was always on point. I was very happy with our main contractor that was used along with the plumber. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you ServiceMaster!!
Luke Erickson and his team were fabulous! I had a large renovation and everything turned out perfect! They did quality work! They were on time, easy to talk to, and respectful. I would give them a 5 plus star!!! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making this renovation process so easy for me! I appreciate you all!!!
