Service Solutions is the best. They have done work for my family for a few years now and we have never had any problems with their work . The workers in the office and the out of office workers are equally professional, well trained, helpful, timely and any other positive attributes. I really like and respect this business. I can call many of them by their first name. This is a business that I highly recommend for any plumbing or A/C work needed. This company is a genuine God blessing for my family and I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. Thank you for the opportunity to write good things about them.

My AC wasn’t working and they came out that day and fixed it that day too. They did a great job checking everything after making sure it was working properly. Highly recommend.

They were able to get the job done and fixed a couple other minor issues while there. They went out of their way to get my situation taken care of.

The staff at Service Solutions is unmatched. Misty was very helpful over the phone and Jeremy was absolutely fantastic when coming to assist. He came right before a big storm and ended up working in it with no complaints. If you need any services that Service Solutions are able to provide I recommend them 100%!

I had an issue with my HVAC system causing my electric bill to soar through the roof. I have solar and for two years straight I didn’t receive an electric bill, then I started receiving one out of the blue. I called several heating and air companies along with the solar company and the electric company. Several HVAC technicians came to the house, some blamed the solar company others blamed the electric company. Service solutions didn’t blame anyone, instead they told me what I could do to help fix the electric bill. Then while they were making those repairs, they discovered why my bill was high, and fixed that as well. Highly recommend this company and will verbally as often as I can.

Had a warranty on their work when I bought my house. They told me I wouldn’t be charged and asked what other sinks in my home were leaking , o was billed 260$ 6 months later . Say they fixed a leak under my sink , I already have full warranty , they “fixed “ a problem , under false pretenses. There was still a leak and I had to get a brand new fridge and cabinet . All they did was add a water line a 20$ piece that was old , I could have gotten a five year old to do . Crooks , when I called dispatch she was very condescending, and questioned my reading capabilities. When I signed the paper work ,it read that they came for their initial work , a water line or whatever else was NEVER entailed ! liars and manipulative . I guess they wanted to get paid somehow since the work I called them for was pre paid ! crooks , do not use them for any reason.

I needed immediate service on a water heater that was not heating and a toilet leaking at the base. The technician quickly assessed his part needs of the water heater and fixed the toilet within an hour. He worked with his mgmt to get a part in from Little Rock. He came back in the afternoon and installed the new thermostat unit. This work was very reasonable price wise. Thank you for a completing an urgent job in a cost efficient and quality manner.

I would give ZERO stars if able too. Long story short, I had a leak in an exterior wall. Plumber shows up, tells me I have a leak in an exterior wall. I said that I already knew that, I needed it fixed. The plumber told me that I would need a brand new shower surround (quoted by him....$3500), or a big hole would have to be cut into the exterior wall from the outside of the house. He told me that I would have to hire a contractor to do whatever work necessary for him to get to the leak that needed fixed. Then pay the contractor to fix/install everything. I repeated back to the plumber everything I was told for clarity on my part. The plumber acknowledged that I understood everything correctly that I was told. I then asked the plumber "so my water leak isn't getting fixed now?" The plumber said "nothing is getting fixed. I told the plumber that I needed the leak fixed. I said if he wasn't going to fix the leak, then this was a complete waste of my time. I had a different plumber here the very next day that had the leak fixed in less than an hour. Whomever, Service Solutions, sent out as a plumber was arrogant, rude, and flat out lazy! And I was still charged a $170.00 trip fee. I would not recommend Service Solutions Plumbing for ANYTHING!

These guys are great. They came out and got started right away. They were able to run water to my home and restored our water service in a couple of hours. They had everything they needed with them. They were very polite and professional. Great service. Highly recommend!!!!

I have way too much to say so I will list the top notch service we just had.
1. When they schedule an appointment, they arrive on time.
2. By the time they get there, they already have a plan. And they already have a back up plan in case things don’t go as planned!
3. They are experienced, professional, and very personable, not minding explaining the process to me!

We had a large fire hydrant burst in our yard due to all the ice and snow we got. Jessie came out and worked in the pouring rain to get the problem solved. When he realized that it was a larger problem, he scheduled a tractor and another technician to come out the next week. He evaluated the weather schedule and he was right on track.
Every bit of what I defined happened. Punctual. They explained how that hydrant actually serviced our house! They took it down, replaced it with another hydrant that will not freeze on us again!! They arrived at 8am. They were finished by 9:30, cleaned their mess up, repaired the dirt around the hydrant and were off the property by 9:53am!! AMAZING!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Jessie and Matt for your expertise and excellent work!

Service Solutions is the only company I use for my HVAC & Plumbing needs! They have an awesome group of service technicians that are very knowledgeable and do what is best for you as the consumer. They are fair , dependable and honest! I have never had an issue and have always gotten me scheduled quickly.

I made the phone call. I knew they would be good because of the quality personnel that they employed. To top it off they exceeded my expectations and went beyond. They have earned my respect. I knew what I wanted changed and so did the Serviceman. My Air conditioner has worked all summer as hot as it is and we run it at 66 degrees at night

I have had nothing but great,friendly service from Service Solutions,have used them a couple of times and have been very pleased with all aspects,job gets done quickly and professionally.

Service Solutions was dispatched by First American Home Warranty 3 days before actually showing up at my house for a main line plumbing blockage. They didn’t call to schedule an appointment until the 3rd day. I was unable to use any plumping in my house. I found Service Solutions to be poor communicators, unprofessional, unkind and did not fix the problem. I called Matlock Rooter. They came out the same day and fixed the blockage within 5 min. They also offered to come out with the camera right away if there were further issues. They were well priced and quite gracious. I highly recommend Matlock Rooter if you’re faced with a similar problem.

They came and fixed a gas leak problem I was having and cut and broke through my walls as they were leaving I asked if they were going to put it back together they said "no". As I trying to piece everything together I realized the guy didn't even leave the screws and nails.

Plumber arrived right on time, replaced the old toilet, installed the new toilet and caulked the bottom! He even hauled off the old toilet! Very courteous & fair price!

The staff in the office is so nice and helpful. They respond quickly; the technicians are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything that needs to be done.

I had a plumber from Service Solutions come out, and he saw a snake under the house. That night, I had D&G Varmint Control come out to remove the snake. One snake. Called Service Solutions to reschedule and was just told "no" even though the snake was gone. Completely unprofessional.

I called this company to fix my chiller leak. They come out and told me they would have some the next week to start on it. They didn't show and when I called first they acted like they didn't know who I was and they said it would be a couple of weeks. Now 3 weeks later they say you will have to find someone else and hung up on me. This is a terrible way to conduct business and treat customers. I could have looked for another company had they just been honest up front and not strung me along.

There were plumbing issues in the house. When I called, she told me to make a list of anything I might have a problem with. Very helpful. Jesse came and took care of the problems efficiently and answered my questions. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are great!

Service Solutions has been a great asset to our company. They have been outstanding in their performance, and as always helped us to finish on time.

The communication from start to finish is top rate. Our tech was on time both times we had him out for plumbing issues. The third time in a week was the charm. They put a camera thru the lines and found the issue. This might be premature, but WOOHOO I'm glad that's over. Was a spendy endeavor especially since we just purchased the home. I'll update if there's more to this story.

Service Solutions came my resident twice. The first time was to install a dishwasher and the second time was to find a clog that was preventing a commode from flushing property. I was extremely happy with the work done both times. The time wasn't wasted by the ones doing the job. I would recommend Service Solutions to anybody.

During our biggest snowstorm in years, David was able to find and install a water heater when no one else would even pick up a phone. I was able to open my business the next day after the storm instead of waiting on someone to fix our hot water situation.

The people at service solutions are always available to take my calls and are very responsive 2 Bing on location when they say they were all to look at whatever the problem is. I have used them for everything from minor plumbing issues to major repairs and they have always been able to get things done when they said they would.

I have used Service Solutions for both plumbing and HVAC extensively. They are extremely quick to respond and their prices are very resonable and their technician are knowledgeable. I will continue to use their services and would not hesitate to recomend them to family and friends.

These folks are top notch. We needed our busted water heater replaced and they got right on it and got a new one installed through out home warranty. Turned out a few weeks later that the tank had a manufacturer defect and they worked very quickly to get us a new one. Their techs were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
