Had my truck for three days and didnt notify me that they couldnt do a basic tire rotation because their machine was down. I had one missed call, which i returned and the person who answered said they didnt know why i was called. I said "i would assume the truck is ready" to which they replied "thats probably the reason." Unorganized as expected in Pine Bluff Arkansas. Go somewhere else.

Went up there today in hopes of driving away with a new f150. The sales associate was very nice, the guy was a pleasure to speak to but that’s where it ends. He opened up a few doors and let me sit but I kept telling him I wanted to feel out the 2.7. I straight asked him when can I test drive a unit? “What are you doing Monday”. I work Monday so it must be a Saturday. He got my information and told me him or his buddy could help out on a later date and told me he was on his way to lunch. Super disappointed, looks like I’m going to LR instead of our local Ford, what a shame.

I don't know how they did it, but these guys are good. They had my completely unbiased review removed. These guys are excellent at having negative reviews removed. Read below and look at the pictures and you'll see that my review is obviously not fake. You guys can keep removing my review but I will keep posting it up for eternity.

Ran into this employee at McDonald's. A very young woman popped out, obviously not handicap. She literally parked across both handicap spots. I said, "Excuse me ma'am you're in the handicap spot." She had some very ... unpleasant things to say, to say the least. You're in the handicap spot. Just move. I called Trotter Ford to complain, but they did not seem to care. The guy on the phone wouldn't even tell me his name.

We have taken our vehicle in to the service center on 2 separate occasions for them to keep it for an unreasonable amount of time and not do anything with it. The first time was for bad batteries and they said it was great. Spoiler alert, it was not fine when we picked up or after that. Less than a week later it was so dead nothing would even light up. After sending someone to purchase new batteries and installing them ourselves, it was perfectly normal again. Unfortunately the truck recently had something else going on and died near our house which is near this business so we decided to give them a second chance. We were able to limp it in to them. After 3 weeks of it mostly sitting in their parking lot, it was assessed and they can find nothing wrong with it. They stated that it is starting fine and running normally. Upon pick up today it will barely turn over. We are now scheduling an appointment to take it to another mechanic to see what is actually wrong. Also to add to the frustration, the girl that works at the service desk is extremely rude and difficult to talk to.

Was on a family vacation had car problems on a Saturday. Even tho only the lube service was open they looked at my expedition and diagnosed the problem and were willing to stay late to fix it. 100% would recommend them for the service side both Destiany(quick lane manager) and Calvin(service tech) were rockstars. Thank you both for saving our vacation!!!!!

Kimberly made getting an oil change so easy with my busy schedule! I reached out to her to schedule an oil change with the pick up service. 8/23/24 Trotter Ford Dealership Dishonesty of used vehicles sales.
~Buyer beware of this dishonest dealership to customers. I am a Disabled Military Veteran, on 8.23.2024 I went into Trotter Ford Lincoln Used Car Dealership to purchase a 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD PRO. Exactly, after three days in the purchase of the truck, the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro was noticed to start having all sorts of problems the engine light came on 3 day after purchase. This gave the impression the Trotter Ford only Cleared the engine codes and sold the truck as is. I had a discussion with the Dusty and the floor sales manager they just told me it's your problem to deal with now after the purchase from day 5. They sold and advertised a Toyota Tundra TRD PRO truck and had cheap fake parts in the suspension and led this customer to believe they were buying a specific Trim model Toyota Tundra TRD Pro packaged truck. They knew about this cheap modification in the truck and sold it as a high-end truck without notifying the customer the truck was modified without OEM parts as dishonest practice. My main complaint here is that I bought a specific trim model of a truck that was advertised by Trotter Ford Lincoln as thus and they falsified and neglected to sell what they had advertised. This gives this dealership a shady and bad taste for customers who just want to buy what is as advertised and represented by Trotter Ford. The real disappointment is that I have to now let all of their future customers know that this is a dishonest Ford dealership that is only driven by bad deal sales and non-customer service. They sale vehicles that are not what they appear and are falsely. I might only be one disabled vet, but you can’t take advantage of people like that in general. Please be cautious and wary if you’re going to do business with Trotter Ford Lincoln, in Pine Bluff, AR. Of course, there is more to the story, but this review is only allowed so much space for the customer to allow to write up. I only asked that Trotter Ford honor and do what is right and fix there mislead sale of a truck that was not what they advertised to be. This dealer knew and directly sold a fake truck that was not as what they said it should have been in their sales advertising. I know this dealership can do better than this customer service in the after care of to their customers and this Military Veteran.

BAIT & SWITCH with OVERCHARGING & PADDED BILLS. I made an online appointment for a service (oil change & tire rotation) for July 23, 2024 for the advertised price of $64.95. After the service was completed, they handed me a bill for $85.87. They had (1) charged me more for the service (parts & labor) than the advertised price I had agreed to and (2) padded my bill with an unadvertised, unmentioned upcharge (not talking about tax). I pointed out these 2 discrepancies to the cahier, then the service manager, then to the franchise owner. All 3 defended these unethical actions. They said the advertised price was from FORD (corporate), so they did not have to honor the advertised price (even though that price was on the Trotter Ford website) and they stood behind the additional, unadvertised upcharge as their standard charge.

This place absolutely is terrible. I took my car in for a broken blinker and an oil change and when I left something was wrong with my engine. It’s a brand new car never has made this noise until I left the parking lot of their service. I took it back they said it wasn’t their fault which it was. Went to a different shop in which they said it was fixable in a matter of a day. When at Trotter they said I had to make an appointment and “didn’t know when it could be done” oh yeah, and they also couldn’t give me a rental in the mean time because they were all out. The staff is also very rude and don’t help you at all. I would not go to their services and drive up to little rock to go to a better and more qualified place that will actually take care of your car.

I purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu December 2022 and in the 1st 6 months of having my new car it stayed in the shop 3 months and I still had to make all car payment and insurance. I've been through a lot 1st the throttle body needed to be replace.They've replaced my radio and the check engine light was always popping on and off and is still on today.I've never had so much trouble out of a vehicle in my life this car is barely 4 years old OMG and it's back in the shop again today and they're so ridiculous ridiculous talking about it may take up to two weeks because I feel like they don't want to go through the insurance and just steal the money out of my pocket that I don't have. I feel like all the problems started with Trotter Ford because they're responsible for selling me this car. They don't care about the customer they just want the money. Now it's January 8 2024 and Chevy at smarts who has done all the work on my car wants another 1600 dollars for a car that's a baby in my eyes. When I took the car back the first time they asked me where did I purchase my car and they put a Trotter Ford license plate in front of my car I'm lost in words like really smdh point in case how they treat a customer I'm just praying to God my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to works out in my favor. Because, my grandma passed away yesterday and they Chevy insisted that I can drive car to Louisiana for her funeral but I refused. Because the check ✅ engine light is off and on. Because I don't have hundreds nor thousand of dollars to fix a new car that was barely 3 years old whenever I decided to purchase it.

Very bad experience with this dealership. I was interested buying an electric vehicle they listed at a discounted price. I exchanged few emails with the internet sales rep. First of all he was not responsive. I was asking number of questions and he was responding only one of them then I had to ask again. It took more than 2 days to get the info I needed ( still few of the questions were unanswered.) Then another rep contacted me.

My last pending question was if they are registered on IRS wesite as EV dealer, so that I can get the IRS rebate for EV. They kept on telling that there is no more discount, it is already discounted. When I showed them that there is discount from IRS, sent some articles and IRS links proving that, then they said if you want that discount, we will take off our discount and you will pay sticker price minus the IRS rebate. We cannot give both discounts. Why can't I have both?
One is dealer discount, whereas the other was rebate from federal govt., not from dealer's pocket. Their dealership will be getting the price they listed it for, then why are they trying to get more if customer is eligible to get rebate from IRS? I did not ask to reduce a single penny from the price they listed.

I tried to convince them sending all the information from official IRS website. But they kept repeating the same. Very rude and adamant representatives.

Thankfully, I did not drive down and then discovered all these issues. I will stay away from this dealership. You should too! I wasted 3-4 days communicating and trying to convince them!

My husband and I recently traded for an f150. The customer service was excellent! Mr. Justin Cupp was very knowledgeable and patient answering every question and providing everything that was needed. From beginning to end the service was top notch! What a pleasure to do business with Mr Cupp and Trotter Ford of Pine Bluff, we will definitely return!

They did a good job running a diagnostic on our recently purchased vehicle and completing some of the work that needed done. However I was disappointed in their charging sometimes twice for basic items like sensors, or $300 each for tires, or what they charged for labor. It was a shock to have to spend almost $1000 for a brake job, to put 3 tire sensors in, and replace 2 panels. Pricing for these items at other repair facilities was much lower.

If you get there and they have a full staff; there's no issues, but if you get there and they're short staffed they still work to get you out in a timely manner...depending what the issue is with you vehicle. I'm just speaking for the service area, but I heard the salesmen/women are good too.

Add 20-25% in "shop fees" to any quote! I was quoted $186 for a coolant flush, and made sure that included everything, "coolant and labor." Cost of coolant is only about $40, but since I needed it done fast, I went ahead. Fast forward to a $244 bill! Chase pointed out that the government needs their cut (twice), so I asked how much in taxes... 10%. That's only ~$20, NOT $58. They added $36 in "shop fees" to the price I was quoted. Same deal on a tire rotation. That is NOT okay. Won't be going back to Trotter Ford for vehicle servicing at those prices and deceptive quoting. There's other game in town.

I live 7 hours away and found a pre-owned Infiniti at Trotter Ford online. I worked sales associate Chris who answered all of my questions, worked the deal via text, and made the process super easy! When I arrived after driving all day, Chris and Zach had everything ready, the vehicle was cleaned up and they even provided me with a full tank of gas after the sale! I was in and out in 30 minutes. The whole team there was incredibly hospitable, honest, and accurately answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased with the car. More importantly, my wife loved it, so I got to be the hero! Next time I’m hunting for a car, I hope I find it on a Trotter lot… will gladly make that 7 hour drive to receive the quality of service and vehicles they provide! Thanks again for a great experience!!!

They said it would be a week to fix his vehicle. It's been two weeks and they still haven't fixed it. They said they didn't realize to work on one part of it that they would have to pull the hybrid battery out. And that it would be another day. They didn't call him, so he called them again. Then they told him that they didn't have the gloves they needed to take the hybrid battery out and it would be until Monday before they were done. He called Monday they said it would be today. He called today and they said Thursday.

Rude uncaring sales people. Judgemental about people and they are not professional at all. If you are freaked out by spiders then don't step into or around their offices and waiting areas because the place doesn't look like it is cleaned or sprayed for spiders or other bugs. They don't even deserve one star. They make fun of people and how they look and if you have any concerns they don't care and just laugh and walk away. They need to be shut down and treated the way they treated us. All of the people that work there need better skills and manners. You all need to learn how to treat people with respect and treat them how you want to be treated. We only say how we feel and rate businesses and people that work there. You disrespected me so be happy with your self. I will not be sending any business your way. You rate a zero on our test scale.

Salesperson, A. J. and his Manager, Clay did their best to work an upside down deal with the Santander Sales Event preapproved voucher/coupon we received in the mail, but no deal could be made.
Buying a vehicle in ARKANSAS has been problematic, and disappointing.
I seldom write negative reviews but car sales should not be difficult.
A.J. was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about his profession. Kind gentleman, I would DEFINITELY recommend his expertise.

The buying process is not quick, so they were sensitive to that and made sure we were comfortable and safe. going to buy my next one from these guys too!

I went to Trotter Ford October 26th for a tune up on my 2006 Ford Expedition and the mechanic ended up breaking my spark plug off in the engine block. After I left it with them to remove the broken spark plug I was then told that they couldn't remove it and that if I wanted it fixed it would cost me $5000, or $8000 for a newer engine with fewer miles. I was floored that I am being charged for the fault of their own mechanics. Be careful when taking your vehicle to this place they don't take responsibility for their actions

It was an experience! I did get a luxury ride. And after my purchase. I had questions It was like pulling teeth from a fish. To get assistance. My sunroof stopped working it was 3 days after I got the car. Cecils sales Manager his answer was DONT USE IT... . Or it would cost me about $3,900 to have them to replaced. Went back because I had a noise on drivers side back tire the same Credit manager in the front office to your right said it would cost me to have them look at it and this is what you run into when buying a used car. And then he says his wife has a sunroof and can't us it. My second key pad is held together by tape. Then the white guy that sits in front office to the right. Said my credit score was low. I said no if it was like that I would have never came. At the time it was 690. But, of course by the time they were done it dropped. Tried to contact my sales agent I guess she blocked my number. The white guy in the contract office his office behind the Reception desk lied and I had to correct him i said you can add the sales tax he said no the system won't let me. I got up walked around his desk and saw where it asked if he wanted to add sales tax.. I told him now why you tell me that lie. He didn't respond i told him so go ahead and click yes to add my sales tax. Then I had to pay $5 for service fee for using my bank card So, then he says we'll he would pay the $5 and a few days later my account popped up on my phone he had used my card information to get his $5 back. I went back to talk to someone and got no where. its alot that goes into it . I get it but then I don't. I guess it's like this with TROTTER FORD if your no one well known in the community which was the same community that made them successful! There mind set is (I will be nice to you to get what I want then after I get it. I am done with you... Dont get me wrong now. The spirit of God told me where and who to ask for. It's all an experience. But, I thank God for my being Obedient through it all. Its just disappointing . And even with my review no one has attempted to contact me to correct the way I was treated.

2015 Explorer went in for air conditioner condenser, Trotter ford had it for 6 weeks. Many excuses as to why, not enough techs, had to get an inspection from the warranty company. The only reason I took it there was because of the warranty I purchased, when I purchased the vehicle. Never again.

Since this experience, Trotter Ford has been providing excellent quality service for all of my vehicles. I recently purchased a new vehicle from another dealership, had a problem with the hood not latching. Took it to Trotter Ford and they greeted me as warmly as if I was family. Trotter assured me that the hood would not fly up, they ordered the parts and will let me know when they arrive.
