Worst place to take a vehicle to be worked on the part the mechanic put on he wired wrong had to haul it somewhere else Baltz had Mt truck over 2 months cost $1200 it took 1 week at the other shop and cost $1000
the mechanic at Baltz doesn't know what he is doing

Baltz Chevrolet service department went above & beyond to help us stranded travelers. We didn't even have a Chevy or GM product - their service department stayed late and got our foreign vehicle runnable for the end of our trip. They were so kind - great people!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!!

We broke down in Pocahontas on a Sunday night and had our truck towed to Baltz. When they opened on Monday, I called and spoke to Larry Busick. They looked at the truck and said it could be done that day. When check out time came at the motel, Larry came to get us and brought us to the dealership. After a short wait, they had us back on the road around noon.
Thank you Larry and your mechanic for the quick and courteous service.You made a difficult situation much easier. I hope it does not happen, but if I ever break down in your area again, I would not hesitate to call.

The amazing people at Baltz Cheverolet in Pocahontas, Arkansas restored mine and Derek Adams’ faith in humanity! We were stranded on the way to see his son in Benton who had broken his collar bone and we were halfway through the 5 hour drive when the vehicle started acting up. They took a look and found what the issue was and then drove 45 minutes both ways to get the part to us and then installed in minutes. Larry said he had a soft heart for those stranded heading somewhere and talked up a storm with Derek about Benton as they knew mutual friends. Such a small and caring world in small towns! We cannot thank the team there enough and will forever be grateful! We wouldn’t have gotten help until Sunday had they not went above and beyond.

Bought from them before nice lady helped me out got vehicle down to reasonable price and overall great experience. Liked how they were last time so went back, she wasn't there anymore, older guy who helped me seemed like had no interest, kept talking with co workers. I had a down-payment in hand but seemed like had to beg him to even run an application after I bought from them in the past. May go back later and try again but for right now looking elsewhere

Oil change and new wipers. Friendly and quick service. Nice waiting area with free coffee. Good people. The only place I go for car repairs!

Baltz Chevrolet sold me this lemon. The hood has either been replaced or painted. They didnt even put all the clips back on for the hood insulation. They also spilled glue substance all in the engine area. The bumper is not attached right. The ac has been attempted repaired 4 times.

I warn you not to deal with David the sales manager because, the fraudster claims chevrolet sells cars with mis matched painted hoods, with glue all in the hood area. They claimed this was a program car, yet it was sold at 2 auctions before being dumped on us.

He claimed i called everyone under the sun, yet i gave them 4 chances to fix it, before i contacted the bbb...

Now he will see how many people i call about his fraud.
