All I can say is WOW the work I had done was professional and not to say done in a very timely fashion. These days just trying to get someone out to give an estimate is pain full.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The short version is they are honest, there pricing is very fair, responsive and on time. Its hard to find a trustworthy contractor and the guys at service saver are honest.

Here the long version. I hired a roofer to replace the roof on my house. I have a few investment properties so it isnt uncommon for me to hire someone to do the labor and I buy the material. I found a company that had a builders license and said they could do the work. They gave me the material list and I ordered it. They showed up to do the roof and said some material was wrong. No big deal they swapped it out for what they wanted. Roof gets done and everything seems ok plus I saved a ton from what other companies quoted me. Or so I thought. Went to sell the house (at this point I am out of state and never personally seen the new roof) and I get told the roof caps were blown off the roof. This isnt even a month after it was done. Then and inspection is done and come to find out literally everything was done wrong. The nails werent even in the nail strips on the shingles. Back and forth with the guys that did it saying they would fix it then they disappear off the planet.

I get a recommendation for Keith with Service Saver. He comes in like a HERO!!! Quickly gets over there to cover the roof from the rain and does an assessment. Super nice guy and felt horrible for me for getting taken by the other company. He discovers all the issues and finds the roof needs to be torn off and redone. He send several photos and knowing some about roofs I know his assessment is correct. He even went as far as contacting the other company to try to get them to fix what they did. He tried to do anything he could to fix the situation without me spending and more money. In the end I had to get the roof done again and Keith cut me a huge break because on my situation.

They came right out when they said and did a fantastic job on the roof. I am grateful for the work but more grateful for the kind of person Keith is.

Learn from my mistake, builder license doesnt mean they know what theyre doing and cheap is a red flag. Pay a fair price with a honest company like Service Saver. Hard lessoned learned but happy Keith was there to help!
