When my house caught on fire, I was completely distraught and I was completely Lost. I had never been through anything like this, and I was looking around and looking for people not even know where to start. The construct team were like my guardian angels. The walked me through every step they communicated with me at every turn. I never had to question or ask what was happening or what was going on. They were kind they were professional. They were more than what I could have imagined.
Never at one time did I feel like the job wasn’t going to get done Tom was absolutely incredible everyone that came into my home. Treated it as if it was theirs and that is truly hard to find..

What could have been a very difficult situation was the exact opposite. A large tree fell on our home, causing considerable damage. Our insurance company recommended ConstrucTeam, and that was the best call we ever made.

Someone was out within two hours of our call to assess the damage. A large truck and crew pulled up at 7 AM the next morning to begin the process of extracting the tree limbs and securing our shattered roof.

Putting the house back together was a major effort

I cannot say enough about the quality of the team that was assigned to our project. The manager was outstanding and kept us advised through every step of the project. There were no surprises. He was available at all hours of the day and night and advocated on our behalf to the insurance company. The crews did quality work and cleaned up at the end of every shift

While I hope to never require the services of Constructeam again, I would absolutely not hesitate to call them for help if I do.

Jeff, Joe and the rest of Constructeam did an amazing job replacing our homes siding and a portion of the roof after storm damage. They listened to what we wanted every step of the way and helped recommend a few finishing touches to help make our home look the best it ever has! Thank you Constructeam for making a bad situation better. Our basement flooded in mid July and from water mitigation to a complete remodel, Constructeam exceeded our expectations. Jeff Centala was our project manager and was great to work with. He made sure everything was done timely, within budget and made sure the work was perfect. We would definitely use them again!

I did not use Contructeam, but I would choose them if I could do it all over again. Ahmed and Ken came out to my house for a mold remediation quote and were very educational. They give you information with confidence and answer all your questions with ease. They took their time and found other issues in our basement that needed to be addressed, which I am very grateful for! It was not done for their own profit as they were issues I used other companies for. They simply just care. We ended up going with a different company for remediation, but I had some concerns afterwards and Ken willingly talked through them with me. You can’t beat a company who is well educated, kind, and willing to communicate effectively!
Edit- We ended up using Constructeam to clean up the mess from the first company we used and to do further remediation. Ken was extremely communicative and very helpful in comforting all my concerns. He quickly responded and regularly checked up on the work that was being done. I was so thankful to have a team willing to help with the mess we were left with from the previous company. All the workers were kind and set up our basement with high quality equipment for as long as we needed. Their pricing was also fairly reasonable for the amount of days they dedicated to our home. Very grateful for all they did for us! Lesson learned, don’t go with the cheapest company or else you’ll end up spending more money in the long run. I highly recommend Constructeam!

After having water damage in my basement, I called Constructeam to help with the clean up. There was damage to the carpet and walls, they came in and took care of everything from clean up to renovations. The team beginning with Ken, who reassured me they would take care of everything to Dante, JB and finally Dennis, they each made this process seem effortless! During a storm, in a panic I called ConstrucTeam and immediately knew I was in the best hands possible. From their GM, to my project manager Ahmed, to Kayelyn and her tech, I felt like I had a family member talking me through my worst day as a new homeowner.

I had an entire entourage of people helping me navigate homeowner’s insurance, construction jargon and above all, my stress.

Thankfully, this turned out to be a minor issue but I was still treated with the utmost importance, urgency and care.

We had a vendor truck damage a structural beam in our warehouse. The damage occurred in our shipping bay which made it very difficult to operate as usual. I found ConstrucTeam online and reached out. Their response was fantastic. Within an hour they were onsite accessing the damage and what needed to be done. They provided a quote within 24 hours and repair was complete the next day. Highly recommend, especially if timing is critical.

I had a great experience with Constructeam during an unfortunate flood situation in the lower level of my home. They gave me a clear, concise estimate at the start of the project and their timeframe for completion was very close to their initial estimate as well.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and skill that ConstrucTeam used in remediation of my problems with both mold and two kinds of asbestos in my house. Ken from ConstrucTeam got back to me right away when I contacted them. When he came out to survey my problems, he explained things very clearly and volunteered that his team could manage my large piles of stuff stored in my basement both on top of my floor (which had asbestos containing tiles), and also in the way of getting to mold on part of my walls.
I received a quote consistent with what Ken had suggested things would cost (and with what my google searches had made me expect).
Work began promptly after I had signed the contract, and Dante and Kayelyn did an outstanding job quickly going through and sorting many, many boxes, reboxing what could be saved and piling up what needed disposal. As soon as access was possible, they carefully treated the mold, and next they took away the very large pile of unsalvagable stuff.
They also put up plastic sheeting to help contain the remediation chemical spray, as well as help with the asbestos remediation, which was accomplished in one long day, by Fab’s team coordinated by Forest.
My remediation was accomplished by the promised time, and I am extremely pleased with the whole process.
I would not hesitate to recommend ConstrucTeam to any friend or family member who has to deal with remediation.

Last year, in May, while I was at work, a piece broke off a cylinder in my toilet’s tank sending water into a tsunami like tizzy and flooding my bathroom, part of my bedroom and reaching my basement floor…. After arriving home to all this and then calling the insurance company and using another plumber and mitigating company to clean up the mess, I now had to find a good contractor to come in and put it all back together. I searched the internet and made a few calls and was so impressed with Andrea who answered the phone at Constructeam. She was kind, professional and put me in touch with a guy called Joe Bradley who reassured me they can replace the dry wall and put the whole thing back together again and if I wanted to they could even make changes to make it better if I wanted to upgrade. Well I decided to upgrade, change the ugly peach tile to a beautiful porcelain Carrara, take out the underused and oversized Jacuzzi tub, which by the way was peach colored and replace it with a beautiful white claw foot tub with gold feet and brass fittings… Joey Cipriano was the project manager, always reassuring, always accessible, sending me some of the very best guys in his company… Mike did a beautiful job with the tile work and the marble trim, Dean and an older gentleman busted their tails, as well as Gino and Ahmed, on 2 separate occasions having to take back a vanity that was so incredibly heavy, once because the marble top was cracked and the next time because I ordered too big a piece for the space, which didn’t work for me. Through it all they were very sweet and patient. Mark did a beautiful job with the painting and dry walling. The basement flooring was replaced with a sharp looking vinyl plank that looks like wood grain. My bathroom is really sharp and oh , Paul the plumber, did a great job on all the fixtures to be put in and the ones coming out, electrical etc…. That includes all the demo guys in the beginning who cleaned up after themselves as well as everyone cleaning up as they went along. Working with my crazy work schedule. It’s been a real joy working with this company. They even sent 2 people to clean my bathroom and some of my carpet. The carpet guy that laid the beautiful carpet in my bedroom was great too!! If I could give everyone in this company 10 Stars I would, but they only have 5 , so they are definitely 5 out of 5… oh and I forgot about “ Uncle Sol”, he did the glass surround on my gorgeous shower… top notch quality!! Beautiful thick glass door, not flimsy with my choice of color for handle etc…. So if you are thinking of who to hire for your next construction job, definitely go with Constructeam. You’ll be glad you did! I am super happy with the results.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a general contractor. The entire team was friendly and responsive - from the person who handled the insurance company, to the project manager, to the movers. Communication from Joe C and his commitment to keeping to schedule were superior! I will use Constructeam again.

UPDATE (3/2024): With my project officially complete, I had to update my review. My finished product is better than I could’ve imagined, however, there were communication issues throughout my project, from the top down, so I had to remove a star.

12/2023:
JB was tenacious when it came to dealing with my insurance company for the estimate. He always had my best interest at heart. This was a HUGE relief knowing he was in my corner and would fight for what was best for me, not the insurance company.

Gino is a sponge; he wants to learn as much as possible about the industry. Gino is working on his communication skills and is learning there’s no such thing as “over communicating.”

The painter did an extraordinary job with painting the entire inside of my house. Talk about detail oriented! Sam, the flooring guy, was very meticulous and did a phenomenal job of lining up new wood floor to old wood floor, to make it seamless.

Constructeam stands behind their product. If there’s an issue that’s their fault, they will fix it, even if it costs them money.

Shout out to Dante, Kay, Harley, Tami, and Ken for their hard work on our extensive mold remediation in our house. They did a great job in removing and cleaning all affected areas and made sure to contain everything properly. I appreciate them listening to my concerns and addressing them quickly and efficiently. Ken, Dante, Kaylynn, and Harley were amazing!!! They have gone above and beyond. They were very approachable and understood what we needed. They even did extra touch ups for us as we just want to be sure everything was taken care of as we are now paranoid over this situation. A large tree branch came through my ceiling in the middle of the night during an ice storm. It was right over my bed and I was extremely scared. I called Ken at Constructeam and he was there first thing in the morning. He took care of everything and was in constant communication with me. I will always call Ken moving forward. He’s crew was friendly and always arrived when they said they would. You want these guys in your corner when something bad happens.

Ken H and the remediation team were efficient, polite, and respectful. They tried hard not to impact the neighbors during the process. The team removed all of our personal belonging and furniture and stored them at their facility, .leaving an empty home. .When the process was completed, they sprayed our home with CLO2 and wiped all of our items with CLO2 prior to returning
A remediation affecting individuals with mold toxicity and health issues is different from standard protocols for remediation.
.Our family member suffers from serious health related mold toxicity and sensitivity. We contacted "WE Inspect" in California specifically aimed at mold inspection for mold toxicity. They were able to evaluate our home and develop guidelines for remediation 'They tested the entire home for mold related issues. They returned after the initial remediation for a retest for at an additional charge and these additional findings were addressed.
If you have a individual with serious mold toxicity we recommend a detailed evaluation.
A second company for remediation to consider is "Home Cleanse" who specifically address homes and business for individuals with Mold toxicity related issues.
We spent approximately $18,000 with We Inspect" and were quoted over $110,000.00 from Home Cleanse

After a total remediation and reconstruction, we are investigating a company to provide a total fine particulate cleaning of all walls and belonging before moving back
This quote was approximately $14,000.00. We suggest only moving in essential items so as to test the sensitivity of the affected individual.

This is the second home we have contracted Constructeam and could not have been happier. We have referred them to friends who were also very happy the with their professionalism and result

Over the latter half of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, we worked closely with ConstrucTeam to restore our home after our 87 year old neighbor drove her Ford Escape into our living room. The whole Constructeam from beginning to end of my project were very professional and courteous. They were very helpful with their suggestions regarding how to reconstruct on a budget. Always kept in contact with me and were on time when they said they would be at the house.

Constructeam ran an insurance related project at my house. It was a stressful situation and we had been dealing with insurance for months before they were hired.

The pros:

They have excellent contractors.
Kept the project on time.
Our PM Greg was awesome - very friendly.

The cons:

We had some issues with some of the details, including with the pack-out, move back and cleaning ...things got lost and damaged. One example was that we had an expensive dresser get damaged because the drawers were not properly marked. Constructeam didn't accept responsibility and wanted to charge us to try and fix it.

Overall, the project went well. However, the owner had a difficult time accepting feedback and I felt like he talked condescendingly to me. It would not have taken much to resolve, but he was defensive and didn't want to listen. I decided it was not worth it to pursue.

I was dreading have to deal with contractors since we have had some terrible experiences. But, all of the folks who have helped give us a beautiful new kitchen have been amazing. Each and everyone of them have been hardworking, respectful, and went above and beyond to make us happy with the job. I even learned some things along the way which will be handy in the future. Thank you to everyone, especially Ahmed, Dennis, Joe B, Gino, and all of the Constructeam crew. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Greg and his whole team were very polite, they spent extra time to ensure things were done right. They were attentive to making sure we were comfortable whenever they were working in our home. The containment team did an incredible job separating the construction area from the rest of the house. The team was also so kind to do the repair work around our schedule, which allowed us to stay at our home for the holidays.

Joe from Construct team was very professional. He oversaw the entire reconstruction of my basement. Always made sure things were done to my satisfaction and desires. Wow, all I can say is thank you to the crew JB, Ahmed, Gino, Joe, Dennis and Brad. They were always very professional and went out of the way to help us from day one. I fired two other companies and am glad I did.
We even had fun together as my Jonah The supervisor kept them in check. He had his own Union card that I made up and got the guys donuts. They let him stay out with them and even hooked him up with a toy from a piece of the carpet.
They were highly recommend and we see why.
We will all miss the guys and can't thank them enough.

The attention given by Ahmed in restoring my home was very professional and he paid attention to details. Best experience i have ever had with contractors working in my home . They were professional , courteous , clean and were on top of the master bathroom demo and remodel every day of the project . The finished product exceeded my wife’s and mine expectations by far .
