Serrano/American Products led by Paul is outstanding. They did such a fantastic job on our roof last year that we had them back to repair and paint our large two story home and replace a deck with composite wood. There was more work than we anticipated on replacing wood clapboard and trim but Paul and his unbelievably hardworking crew completed the job magnificently. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate a lot of rain delays and worked long and hard to accomplish the job. Our home has never looked better and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend them for dependability, expertise, fairness of cost and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.

Serrano II is our go to guy for multiple roof replacements in our condominium over the past years, and currently. Their work ethic and responsibilty is better than the competition. Their work has stood the test of time, and you can be assured you are getting the best value, and workmanship, for your money. We have multiple roofs scheduled or done already this season in our 6 unit buildings. The owner is hands on to assure a smooth operation, with as little inconvienence as possible. We look forward to contracting with them for years to come.

Good roofers, I guess - my condo has used them for years. Unfortunately, they are sloppy on the job site and a little shady with customer service. On start day they tried to obstruct both entrances to my house. I confronted the crew asking them to remove one tarp until I could leave for work. None of the workers understood what I was saying, and came back with a "foreman" who told me to go out the back. When I did so, there was a flatbed mounted crane transferring material overhead, a clear OSHA violation. After I left. they came back, removed the tarp, threw trash all over and removed items from my property to a public area, without my permission. Later my video doorbell caught their truck, intentionally running over my stuff, destroying my patio chairs and one of the original guys purposely trampling over my flowers. When confronted with the video the office left me a check taped to my door, without any apology. A week later, a four-man crew showed up unannounced at my house to claim the 2 broken chairs! Unbelievably cheesy.

I was referred to Serrano roofing by a friend who knew their work and I am so happy that it worked out. They visited the house, checked inside and outside, then gave what seemed like a very fair quote.

The work was completed and the results are excellent. I am very pleased with their service. they are qualified, responsive and I would recommend them with no reservations.

Serrano II replaced our roof last week and did an amazing job. Their staff were on-time, completed the work quickly without being rushed or carelessly. We had our roof taken off (including the existing plywood) and replaced, with new shingles and everything else that goes with it, within a day and a half. They even took pictures of the roof from a drone to show us after. They were IMMACULATE as well - cleaning up even the smallest fragments of material from the job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I went to the Serrano II website and requested a quote for my roof via their website. I then received a call the next business day from a young lady who works at the business asking me further questions. I answered her and she said a gentleman named Ovid will be getting in touch with me. The next day I get a call from Ovid and I begin to tell him the problem and give him the measurements of my roof. I said, I need a quote because I’m getting estimates so I can have my roof repaired. He then asked me how many estimates have I received. I answered that’s a irrelevant question. I also said, If you and me were playing cards, why would I show you my cards. He says, I need to know because I can’t be bothered and you’re wasting my time. I told him I need to get an estimate so I can decide. He then hangs up on me abruptly. According to their website they are 5 star business. Wow I don’t understand how this place can get 5 stars. when you employ arrogant employees like Ovid.

Maybe this company does good work. However treating customers like you’re God’s gift to the roofing business, and portraying a take it or leave it attitude will diminish your reputation immediately. If Ovid is the owner he needs to get over himself. If he’s an employee someone should straighten him out immediately.

From the quote I received to work that was done to replace my whole roof to the clean up of the entire area was impeccable. I had my flat roof replaced by Serrano Roofing and they did an excellent job. Quoted price was in budget, the crew were hard workers and did a complete clean up when completed. More importantly, NO leaks. The crew did quality work, explain the job after completed and were very respectful. I highly recommend Serrano Roofing.

Left a very clear voicemail on the company website describing my needs/address/contact info, after 12 days I finally gave the office a call back, spoke with the customer service individual who stated that she had no knowledge of my message (?). She offered an appointment to come have someone come out and review for a proposal, her quote was an appointment 2-4 weeks out. After the wait time I had already experienced I decided that I will be better off looking elsewhere.

Very Professional from start to finish. Customer service exceeded expectations. Excellent work done in a timely manner. I will confidently recommend Serrano II roofing.
