Vendor completed roofing project on our townhouses within the past year. I’ve lived in this townhouse for eight years without any issue. First heavy rain, leak appeared. Reported same day and took the vendor over a week to address. The tech that came out stated he couldn’t find the source of the leak. He stated he needs to come out while it is still wet. Advised him it was reported same day and he needs to talk to his management and have them respond in a timely manner. Then another issue appeared, our units are faced with a code violation discovered by a third-party inspector. Multiple emails and a phone call have gone unreturned. Our HOA stated the following “ Our roofing partner, Sentry Roof, is engaged and committed to making this adjustment for us in every unit.” This has not been my experience.

Sentry Roof does amazing roofing repair and maintenance work. They are professional, fairly priced, and they know their stuff. I would recommend them to any business owner looking for a great company to fix their commercial roofing issues.

Tried to reach them for an unfinished roof repair. Started calling March 2018 contined called thru August 2018. No response. Sent some out June 2018 to put a tarp on the roof. Ive continue to call with one response in July saying they are busy. Paneling in my room is ruined. Called August 2018. No Response. They were once a decent and good company.
