After having several other companies flake when we asked for an inspection on a leak we were experiencing in our living room, Sentri was like a breath of fresh air! They came when they said they would, shared photos with me, sat with me and walked me through the claims filing process, and even handled speaking directly with my insurance about the additional billing that came up. Our rep, Moises, was so great - he made the entire process transparent and the communication was top notch. Hands down one of the best vendors I've worked with for home repairs EVER!
