I had very good experience with Senger Roofing…. From estimate, to scheduling, to job completion and the amount of time to complete the job, along with price…. I was completely satisfied. It’s been approx 3 years since the roof was replaced and I have no issues. I would absolutely recommend Senger Roofing .

Recently had a minor roof leak which was quickly rectified by Senger Roofing, and I didn’t even need to be home to have the work done.

Senger sent over Jeremy who called me once on location and we spoke at length about where I had determined the leak to originate from. 25 minutes later, Jeremy calls back stating he found a couple popped nails and one other matter of concern with the attic fan. Jeremy was also able to determine the approximate age of the roof which is not near as old as I thought. The work was done right then and there and Senger invoiced me afterwards.

The heavy rain we had the other night was the test and not a single drop of water in my attic or bathroom ceiling.

After last year's hail storm, Senger promptly replaced my badly damaged roof, the window screens on the back side of my house, the gutters, and the downspouts on the back. Several crews did the different repairs and cleaned up after their work so my house and yard looked great. They worked quickly and I have had no problems with anything they replaced. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Realized we had one vent pipe flange leaking. When Senger's arrived, they took pictures of a second dry-rotted flange. Since we were out of town, the pictures were sent to my phone, the repairs put on their schedule and the work was done in a timely manner. Problem solved!

Senger Roofing not only installed a high quality roof for us, but they also replaced our large roof in less time than they originally estimated - all done in 1 day - while taking excellent care of all the surrounding gardens and trees - nothing was damaged at all by falling debris. The foreman stayed in good communication with us before and during the installation. Best of all, they completed this job at a lower price than every other roofing company. About a year ago Senger installed a rubber roof on part of my home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was meticulous. After a year of all kinds of bad weather there have been no problems and the roof looks like new.
Several months ago they installed gutter guards -- some 30 feet up. The gutters were of very high quality at a reasonable price. Before installation the gutters were cleaned and flushed. The job was done quickly and after installation the cleaneup was excellent. Since then there have been several rains and the quards work perfectly.

Super company, timely, great site cleanup, and very fairly priced. So many area roofers gourged prices after a tornado hit our neighborhood, not Senger Roofing. I highly recommend.

I had a leak at a window and called a couple different people to fix it. They all worked short term. Finally called Senger and they came in and did a proper repair and fixed the leak. Should have called them sooner. They kept me updated on their timeline and did a pro job.

My initial experience over the phone with Michelle at Senger was very good. I chose Senger to completely replace our hail damaged roof, primarily due to the great reviews they received online and because they were listed as a certified installer of the Tamco shingles we chose. However, here’s a couple of things a potential client may want to be aware of.
They specify that “Flashing as needed” is included, but as it turns out that doesn’t mean that they are replacing all of your particular roof system’s flashing. In particular, the drip edge flashing that I was told verbally by Senger was included turned out to not be replaced because they deemed the current 13 year old product sufficient. No communication to me, either in writing or verbally, that they had made that decision. No opportunity was given to me to make that decision. Their response when I brought it up was it simply wasn’t in their bid. Also, their supervisor installer was unaware of the fire code location requirements for ridge vents. I had to call them and get them to come back and correct it. No one from Senger came out to inspect the job when they were initially through to check that the roof was installed to code for a duplex townhouse. Wish I could say great job, but I would not recommend them. Pleasing the customer was not what I experienced.
