We worked with Ted and Sellers Roofing on a challenging insurance claim that took almost a year to finalize. Ted and team were continually on top of our claim through multiple staff changes at our insurance company and worked quickly to provide follow up with them after our claim was only partially improved. A year later we decided to remove a skylight. Ted and team came out less than a week after contacting them for assistance and got our roof patched ASAP. We greatly appreciated the hustle, work ethic, and great customer service.

We have worked with sellers roofing on multiple projects over the last year. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the fact that we could talk to one of the owners if we had questions. We would highly recommend them to not only do roofs, but some remodeling and Decks.

Ted made the entire project effortless—clear estimates, on‑time installation, spotless clean‑up, and even came back at no charge to re‑install flashing when I noticed an issue. Professional, responsive, and genuinely customer‑focused—highly recommend.

We initially contacted Sellers about an issue we were having with a flat roof on our house. They were very helpful in providing suggestions and did not try to push us into any work, so when a hailstorm came through our neighborhood, they were top of mind to replace our roof.

They were incredibly helpful assisting us through the insurance process and then did a wonderful job both with the roofing itself and the cleanup which can always be messy from a roof.

When we had follow up questions, they were quick to respond and even visit our house to review the work and make some small updates.

We rent. The owner chose this company to replace the roof and siding after the hail storm in 8/23. They are fantastic. Keith is a great guy and oversaw all of the work, followed up with me to ensure everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction as we live here. Then they sent out their gutter couple. They were just delightful folks and did a great job very quickly! I full recommend this company for all of your home repair needs.

Used Sellers for a relatively small job but they treated it like a million dollar job. Fast, professional, prepared and skilled. Will definitely use them again!

We are really glad we went with Sellers. The people are INCREDIBLY kind and human and lovely. I actually looked forward to talking to them and trusted them. Always felt like they cared and answered my questions with thoughtfulness and understanding. Roof looks beautiful and price was good. Especially as a woman talking to men in construction, I felt very comfortable and respected (where sometimes with others I could not feel that). They were a joy to work with, with our insurance adjuster/company (had roof covered from hail damage etc) and made it so easy. Would recommend to others!!

I would have never known that I could get set up with a public adjuster and my insurance to get my roof and gutters replaced. We had an inspection done. The inspector was very punctual and responsive. He sent out calendar invites as soon as appointments were scheduled, and checked in day off before arriving. They used a drone for inspections and sent photos for us to view as well as explaining what they saw I detail. We were treated with great respect and importance while on the job and they followed up after to make sure we were satisfied. In my opinion, they went above and beyond.

Ted was amazing! He was extremely communicative, helpful, prompt, professional, and made sure we got the best possible outcome for getting our roof done! The roof ended up needing a ton more work than we had anticipated (the decking was rotted out on 85% of it) and he made the entire process as easy and painless as possible! The roof looks terrific, and I’m so happy knowing it’ll be safe for the winter! I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Ted used a drone with high resolution camera to show us exactly where hail damage had occurred without having to climb on our steep pitch roof. Ted took the time to explain things, and let us know two pieces were in fine shape and didn't need to be replaced. The work quality was good and the price was fair. We would be happy to work with Sellers again in the future!

We messaged Ted on a Sunday afternoon and he responded immediately. We had a problem with a squirrel in our attic & were pretty sure we knew where it was getting in. One shingle was pried up. Sellers Roofing were at our house the next morning & had a drone inspect the entire house. They found 2 other spots. They showed us pictures of the trouble spots & made the repairs. They even waked around the rest of the house to see if there were any spots around the foundation. Couldn’t ask for better service or nicer guys! Highly recommend!!!
