Scott was great. I had received 8 estimates. Seco was the one I selected based on their knowledge, warranty, flexibility with my schedule and willing to work within my budget. I would highly recommend them. Save yourself the time and call them first, you will be glad you did.

Back in March this year, during a heavy storm, we discovered a leak in our roof that was dripping into the ceiling through our light fixture. We knew this would be a very expensive job so we had to do some shopping around. After doing our homework, we decided to go with Seco and I am so glad we did.

Let me tell you, Seco was extremely professional from beginning to end.

Some of these other podunk roofing companies didn't even come close! In fact, one of them didn't even go on our roof and hand scribbled out some crazy 5 figure number (that he pulled out of his a**) which was double what everyone else was charging. Yeah sure, buddy.

But Seco emailed us a typed, professional, detailed quote so we knew what to expect with no hidden charges. (Bonus points for the colored graphics). They even provided different options to choose from and the prices were more than fair. And Seco also has financing options available if needed.

They were also extremely responsive and when they couldn't be reached directly, they returned phone calls and emails very quickly - a good sign of reliability!

Once we were ready to go, they were able to get us on the books that same week. And the job was finished in 2 days!

The roof looks fantastic and we love that Seco guarantees their work. We highly recommend them! Seriously, don't even waste your time with anyone else.

I used SECO Roofing to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. I got 5 estimates before selecting SECO Roofing. They clearly gave me the best price and best underlayment (lifetime guarantee). SECO Roofing (Andy Johnson) came to my home, inspected my roof, thoroughly explained what I could expect regarding workmanship and follow up if any problems arose. It was evident by my discussion with Andy, he knew his business and identify any concerns he may have had after his inspection. It was an unbelievable comfort to know I would NOT be nickeled & dimed for every unanticipated problem discovered. Andy’s crew were extremely thorough during the underlayment replacement process. They removed my previous underlayment and replaced all torn or damage wood and identify issued from the previous job (i.e. they discovered the previous company covered up my bathroom fan roof outlets as oppose to venting them) along with replacing warped fascia on both corners of my home. I NEVER observed harder working men then these guys!!!! I was so impressed, I gave the 3 of them $100 tips each and I am retired and not a wealthy person, but I felt anyone working from ~5:00am to 3:00 – 4:00pm in the Phoenix heat deserved it. Conclusion, I have used other roofing companies to replace my underlayment in previous home and after talking to Andy and witnessing their pricing, superior material, thoroughness, and professionalism, I was extremely glad I used them and would never use anyone else. Very honest company with a lot of roofing knowledge. I didn't feel like I was ever being upsold and that what I really needed to fix my roof is what they recommended. I would trust them for any of my roofing needs in the future.

I waited a year to post about the new underlayment Seco Contracting installed on our roof and I'm completely satisfied with the job they did. We had two small leaks in our roof and we have not had a leak since Seco's installation. They also replaced tiles that had fallen off after storms. No tiles have since fallen off. The metal lip and pieces that keep animals/birds out from under the tiles were upgrades from what we had before. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

What a great experience working with you both, in addition the roofing crew was top-notch and very professional. We have had several neighbors complement our new roof and ask how we liked the company; which we answer, they are the best group we could have had working for us. WOW! These guys are SUPER thorough! They caught a bunch of stuff our home inspector didn't even take the time to see with his own eyes.. some things were clearly obvious. We got quite a few quotes from different roofing companies and these guys not only matched or beat their prices... they weren't even comparing similar products! We would have gotten a cheap roof from another company and paid the same as their best roofing system!!!!! Their outstanding service will make you never want to deal with anyone else but them... and their warranty is a no brainer. We chose SECO and highly recommend them! Just glad they finally got their google page sorted out so folks like me can leave a review ;) 5 Star FOR SURE.

This company gets my highest recommendation. From start to finish they were professionals. They worked with me from the beginning and when it was almost done, Andy came by to inspect the work to see if it met their company's standards. We went over a couple of details that he wanted to make sure were taken care of before they were completely finished. The final result was everything I had hoped it would be and at a price that was very affordable.
