Seattle Roof Systems replaced my roof after it was damaged in a windstorm, and the experience was great from start to finish. Along with the new roof, they included a complimentary skylight replacement and custom gutter flashing, which really added value. I love that the new shingles are made from recycled materials and even help clean the air. The crew worked quickly and delivered high quality results. Solid choice all around!

My 20 year old roof was a mess and had a history of multiple leaks and a low quality original installation. Zoom’s crew ultimately had to install 22 sheets of new plywood sheeting when the average roof requires much less. Zoom really bent over backward to attend to every detail to make sure this new install was going to be as bullet proof as possible. He did extra work not in the contract that he didn’t have to do. He was responsible and responsive and made excellent decisions regarding timing, weather and materials.

To make things even more complicated the reroofing required removal and reinstallation of roof top solar panels by a solar contractor. Zoom was forward leaning and enthusiastic in coordinating that and even had good technical ideas on the special mounting equipment that interfaces with the roofing shingles.

He was the 4th of 4 bids —not the cheapest but not the highest either. He has insurance claims experience so he knows how roofs go bad and he has a diligent and loyal crew the foreman of which has 12 years experience. I would definitely hire him again.

Zoom is a motivated and kind person to work with. He has good construction experience and will work with you to create the project you envision.

we had a wind storm the other night, had zoom come knock on our, letting us know we had some damage. he informed my husband that he’d have a quote for us soon. he came back same with a quote. he was able to repair the damage the following day. very punctual, answered all our questions. would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Great service. Zoom stopped by when he pointed out part of our roof was messed up from a recent windstorm, was able to give us estimates same day and come back to repair the next day. Zoom helped my family get our roof replaced by insurance and registered our roof for a 50 year warranty. He even paid for our skylight replacement when insurance refused to cover that. We had a leak coming through the ceiling and Zoom replaced the drywall once the roof was replaced. Insurance covered everything including repainting the entire interior of the house. Zoom and the other owner, Jesse, knew how to handle the claim process and took care of everything for us. We are very happy with Greenlake Roofing and would recommend them to our friends and family.
